• C&A (10/5): Empfehlung für den perfekter Kurzaufenthalt zu zweit im Zentrum von Paris - Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Lage ausgezeichnet in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Place d'Etoile in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mit perfekter Anbindung an den ÖV. Wunderschön angerichtetes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit aufmerksamenm Service durch Virginie. Unser Zimmer - ein Upgrade - war sehr schön gelegen.

Propre Lit confortable Petit déjeuner parfait, simple et juste ce qu’il faut ! Les serveuses aux petits soins et SOURIANTES Emplacement parfait : métro 1 quasiment au pied de l’hôtel, arc de triomphe à 5mn, de bons bistrots à proximité Un petit coup de rafraîchissement sur les boiseries dans la chambre, la baignoire se décolle du mur laissant apparaître des zones qu’on ne souhaite pas voir 😉
• Ellesabel (7/5): Overall, our stay had both positives and negatives. The hotel has some great features, but the noise would make me hesit - We really liked the bathroom, especially the bathtub. It was very spacious and made the room feel much more comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We went to cafés the first two mornings, but on our last day we tried the hotel breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it. The robe and slippers provided were also a very nice touch and made relaxing in the room much more comfortable. We did not enjoy the noise outside the hotel. It was very difficult to sleep, and we were waking up early every morning because of trash trucks and construction. The noise was bad enough that, if this is an everyday occurrence, I would not stay at this hotel again. In fact, if you value your sleep, it may be better to stay farther outside the city center in Paris. One recommendation I have for the hotel would be to provide portable fans in each room. Being able to turn on a fan would have helped with how warm the room became, and the extra noise would have helped drown out the sounds from outside. I also think the TVs should have the option to switch channels or settings into English. We tried everything to put the TV in English, but it would not work. Most hotels or Airbnbs offer the ability to switch the language to English or allow you to log into your own Netflix account, but this TV did not. Wanting to relax in the hotel room and only being able to watch shows in French meant that we ended up spending most of the time on our phones instead.

• Andri (2/5): Disappointing - Location was convenient. Gentleman who checked is in , I believe his name was Alain was super sweet. They overcharged us; they put breakfast on our bill and added additional waters we never had. That’s not the biggest issue. The woman at the checkout was disrespectful, arguing and calling us liars, and raising her voice at me. I’ve never had an experience like that before. This woman at the checkout was arrogant and disrespectful. Never been treated like that at the Hotel.

I also loved that the staff was happy to help me practice my French! - The staff delivered exceptional customer service throughout our stay, greeting us warmly and accommodating every request with genuine care. The bed was extremely comfortable and the décor elegantly curated, but the true highlight was the breathtaking balcony — a stunning vantage point that captured the very essence of Paris. We left feeling thoroughly at home and will without doubt be returning. There were very few things that could have improved my stay, which would include more lighting in the bathroom near the sink to assist with applying makeup, and small moths that would appear every now and then.

Nos enseñaron el precio de la habitación cuando yo había pagado por adelantado justamente porque era un regalo y mi pareja tuvo que ver el precios. Al final fue todo un error del hotel.

• Katarina (10/5): Určite som tu nebola poslednýkrát! - Od kedy sme prišli, cítili sme sa byť vítaní. Recepcia bola velmi nápomocná ešte aj pred samotným pobytom, kedy som s nimi viedla konverzaciu skrz chat na bookingu. Lokalita je úžasná, pár minút od metro zastávky a od Arc de Triomphe. Mali sme izbu Deluxe s úchvatnou terasou. Izby sú pekné, postel velmi pohodlná. Raňajky boli skvelé, hoci výber je menší, vyberie si každý a určite si aj pochutí. Keď by som plánovala opäť navštíviť Paríž, určite sa vrátim do tohto hotela!

• Tim (10/5): A triumph of a hotel - Great hotel, close to the Arc de Triumph and several metro lines or a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Room had two balconies with a third in the bathroom. TV and coffee machine were great and bedding and towels changed every day. Very quiet location.

• mariah (8/5): I would consider staying here again. The location was lovely. The hotel was nice and for the most part the stuff was ver - The room was lovely. We had two balconies in our bedroom and one in our bathroom. It was very charming and comfortable. the lift was nice for out luggage and after a long day of walking. location was nice we couldn’t quite figure out when the evening bar hours were. We were told one thing when we checked in and every night when we would come home, we somehow mysteriously would miss the bar. It was always closed. We were told it was 7 PM to 11 PM and then one night we came home at 9 PM and we were told that the bar closed at nine and then another night we were told a different time because we came home and it was still again not open. and then of course, our last night there when we didn’t want to stay there and go to the bar it was open very late.

• Sam (3/5): Never again - The location, the bed was ok The room was disgusting, dark, small and clearly incredibly cheaply built with no maintenance or upgrade in 15-20 years. Holes in the wall, dirt and grim, dark dirty old blinds and carpets, hideous decor, dated/old bathroom, poor lighting (burnt my hand on the outside of the bed light) and the wifi was TERRIBLE.
