• Delia María Isabel (8/5): Muy buen descanso - En principio nos dieron un upgrade por lo que estuvimos en una habitación grande con una sala. El hotel no es muy moderno pero está muy bien mantenido. Muy cómoda la cama y almohadas. Importante nada de ruido, tranquilo. El personal muy atento a cualquier requerimiento. El desayuno bueno. Se encuentra frente a una plaza y muy cerca de todo. El desayuno es de 7 hs. 10.30 hs. es decir que si uno desayuna a las 10 tiene que poder elegir de todo lo que ofrecen ya que lo pagué. Pues no, quedaban muy pocas cosas, no reponían. Tuvimos que pedir que solucionaran la salida de agua de la pileta del baño ya que salía un hilito de cada canilla (no era monocomando) y lo solucionaron.

• AWilliams1978 (8/5): Nice hotel in the centre of Mendoza - Really nice hotel in the centre of Mendoza. Room was big with a separate seating area. Fridge didn’t work which was a bit annoying as it was hot outside. AC was good. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine. Staff super friendly and the reception staff spoke good English.

• Ignacio (5/5): Es solo un buen edificio - La atención del personal es muy buena En primer medidas al ingresar aromatizan el lobby con algo que es similar al olor de un baño, bastante feo. El hotel es antiguo, cuidado pero antiguo, el desayuno es deficiente con pocas opciones que se terminan pronto y no todo lo reponen. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba solo si era colocado en 16 grados, el piso estuvo sucio toda la estadía ya que no lo barrieron o aspiraron en 5 días que estuve. Tampoco reponen las toallas de mano para dos adultos, el primer día hubo dos y los demás días dejaron solo una. En resumen es un buen edificio pero los servicios no son buenos.

• Jose Javier (8/5): Linda estadia, comodo en cercanias pero OJO con el estacionamiento - La ubicación del hotel es ideal para recorrer varios circuitos a pie. Cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, el parque San Martin. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el servicio de desayuno es muy completo. El estacionamiento que ofrecen no es en el lugar, el mismo se encuentra a la vuelta del hotel con la incomodidad que es el huésped del hotel (en caso de volver de una excursión, un evento o una cena después de las 19.15/30) quien debe buscar la llave del candado que lo abre, volver al estacionamiento, dejar el vehículo y volver al hotel para dejar la llave. No resulta ni cómodo ni SEGURO tener la llave q abre la puerta y la responsabilidad de todos los autos allí estacionados. NO me parece q sea lo correcto.

Sin solicitarlo, nos pasaron de la habitación normal que habíamos reservado a una suite Detalles mínimos que podrían mejorarse, deberían mejorar los productos de aseo, jabón líquido, shampoo y acondicionador que estaban en los dispensers de la ducha.

• Kathy (9/5): - Loved the location of the hotel and our room was extra spacious and very quiet, with no one able to look into our room from other buildings. We were disappointed in the breakfast. The hot breakfast was not as good as we had had in other similar hotels during our trip.

Breakfast was wonderful, many options. Staff, always helpful, recommended and arranged for airport transport for our group of 10. Close to shopping, many restaurants nearby, and several blocks to Plaza Independencia, the heart of the town. Twin beds were not as comfortable as I would have preferred and the pillow too flat for my preference. Wonderful views of the mountains, but substantial traffic noise. The gym was not up to my standards, no air conditioning and need a good cleaning.

El inodoro se mueve, el piso enfrente de la puerta levantado, regulación del agua de la ducha mal, tiene olores ...... Relación precio /calidad esta muy debajo de como se vende el hotel, muchos detalles que no van con la clasificación de cuatro estrellas .

• Sarah Jill (9/5): Gorgeous rooms in a great location - Comfortable and spacious room. We arrived very early from our bus and could not check in but staff did their best to help us to get changed and store bags. It is in a convenient location. Breakfast was exceptional - especially on Sundays. A good mix of sweet and savoury. Only very minor: We arrived very early in the morning and it would have been a nice gesture to be able to use shower facilities or grab a tea/coffee from breakfast. We had been on an 18 hour bus journey. Pool was crowded - adult only hours would be beneficial. Water in rooms would be good.

The staff helped us arrange airport transfers for our group of 10. One couple became ill before a New year’s Eve dinner @ a local restaurant and the staff kindly prepared them a late night dinner for their room. Very thoughtful. Great location across from Plaza Italia. Filtered water cooler readily accessible & available, that’s a major plus. Flat pillows a negative for me but others in the group liked them.

En la recepción Juan es un titán, siempre con buena onda para atender a los huéspedes, en general la atención del personal es muy buena. La piscina en la azotea ayuda a combatir el calor en verano. Poco espacio de guardado de ropa y elementos personales, para lo espacioso de la suite. Muy mala la calidad de las toallas.

• Tassiana (7/5): Boa estadia. - Localização, limpeza, café da manhã. Piscina gelada mesmo em dia de muito sol. Estacionamento fica em local distinto, aproximadamente a 100m do hotel.
• Sabine (7/5): Ich werde nicht mehr in einem Amerian-Hotel buchen. - Die Lage am Plaza Italia ist gut, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rezeptionist Juan ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist unpraktisch. Es gibt auf 40 qm keine einzige Schublade. Die einzige Verstaumöglichkeit befindet sich im zweitürigen Schrank. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad beschränken sich auf den Platz rund um das Waschbecken. Die Handtücher sind teilweise ausgefranst. Das Restaurant ist nicht ansprechend eingerichtet, am Abend ist die Beleuchtung geradezu gruselig.
