O ar condicionado não desligava, não tem nada que mostra como liga o aquecedor e havia um barulhinho bem baixinho que não parava. Devia ser do frigobar.

Boris (9/5): - Отель, в принципе, соответствовал ожиданиям. Нельзя не понять, что ценовая политика зависит от общего состояния рынка и спроса. Но, когда отель позиционирует себя как 4*, опыт подсказывает нечто иное. Что, бесспорно, прекрасно в этом месте, рядом находится железнодорожный вокзал, поэтому нам без напряжения удалось посетить еще несколько городов прекрасной Тосканы. Основные достопримечательности Флоренции также находятся на доступном расстоянии. Персонал очень любезный и ненавязчивый. На этом главные достоинства заканчиваются и можно переходить к пожеланиям. Не в качестве критики (ваш бизнес - не моё дело), а в порядке пожеланий (как благодарный клиент), отмечу, что удобства в номере можно определить максимально минимальными: кровать - прекрасная, широкая с удобным матрасом, шкаф - вместительный, но практически без полок. Сейф - сомнительной безопасности, можно взять подмышку и вынести. В минибаре нет ничего, кроме воды. Другие небольшие полезные детали, которые можно встретить в подобного уровня отелях, не помешали бы. Основные же вопросы остались к завтраку: за 4 дня в выборе не изменилось ничего. Думаю, отсутствие разнообразия в меню и узкий ассортимент продуктов (к примеру, лишь один вид сыра) - это главное несоответствие 4*. Всё-таки есть с чем сравнить, в том числе с другими отелями как Флоренции в частности, так и Италии вообще.

Logo que lembrei que havia esquecido, entrei em contto com o hotel que respodeu que infelizmente não havia encontrado nada. Respondi dizendo que tinha plena certeza que estava lá pois eu mesma havia guardado. Depois disso responderam que estavam com os casacos.

Konstantin (8/5): Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen, wegen der Bahnhofsnähe, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar - Super Frühstück, die Lage war sehr gut für Bahnreisende. Man konnte das Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet halten, da die vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen und Autos störten.

Denise (5/5): This is not a 4 star hotel at all more like a 3 star . - Hi the breakfast was good but the coffee etc was not and Luke warm water for tea and eggs etc not hot . I didn’t like the location so close to the train station and the surrounding area . Absolutely no view only of train tracks and quite noisy. I didn’t find the area pleasing at all . We had to change rooms . It is expensive for a 4 star which it is not !

Struttura di livello a 4 passi dalla stazione. Buona pulizia generale delle aree comuni e delle camere. Avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa, ma purtroppo la presenza continua del tram ha vanificato tale richiesta. Camera non molto spaziosa. Mancanza di appendini in bagno. La cassaforte non ancorata al muro. Area comune di dimensione limitata. Prezzo un po eccessivo. Dimenticavo: caffe pessimo.

Kerri (8/5): Lovely room, clean, 2 min walk from SM Novella Station, 10 min walk to city center - Extremely convenient to SM Novella Station (3 min walk with luggage), and about 11 min easy walk to the centre of Florence. Our room was spacious, clean and we had our own private small terrace from where we enjoyed a drink and some sunshine each afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Elevator handy with luggage and mobility issues. Not right in the centre of town, but we knew this when booking, was more important for us to be close to the station as far as moving luggage.

Margarita (8/5): Hotel cómodo y bien situado para visitar el centro antiguo de Florencia - La localización y el desayuno. El tranvía al aeropuerto para a 3 o 4 minutos andando. El tranvía pasa muy cerca del hotel y se oye el ruido bastante. Quizás no sea igual en todas las habitaciones y dependa de la orientación

Angelo Ros (6/5): Weekendje Florence - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, de receptie, de schoonmaak, het ontbijt, alle personen. Ontbijt eenvoudig, maar heerlijk. Kamers schoon en ruim! Geen airco het grootste deel van het verblijf, vanwege raam aan de straatkant en veel lawaai geen optie. Veel te warm! Kussens niet fijn! Locatie prima, maar de weg naar het hotel vanuit centrum kan wat onprettig aanvoelen.

Teuta i Srdan (9/5): Lokacija, čistoća i osjećaj sigurnosti čista desetka. - Osoblje na doručku iznimno ljubazno. Prvi dan smo kasnili na doručak i gospođa koja ramo radi je bila puna razumijevanja ...skuhala nam je kavu i na miru smo doruckovali.
