Though located at the outskirts (and close to DMK, which is a huge plus for stopovers), the hotel is so perfectly managed that many centrally located luxirious property should be envious about that! Everything- from the reception, to guestrooms, to the restaurants, to the pool, to the gym is in a perefect shape and staff are just superprofessional- friendly, hospitable and responsive, and it was a great ploeasure and relief to stay at the hotel. I would like to extend my greatest thanks to the F&B team: Ms. Nui, Ms. Dao and Mr. Oak (the Chef) for their extraordinary attention to my dietary restrictions and rendering their assistance with a big smile; and also to Mr. Bond of the welnness center whose cordiality and sense of humour and caretaking made our visits to the gym and pool an unforgettable experience. A globetrotter for more than a decade, I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommedn the Micarcle Grand to a most fastidious traveller! And don't you miss the Museum of Contemporary Art within just 10 min by taxi- from the hotel - a very unique experience for even a regular visitor without much exposure to fine arts.

- Higuma2017 (8/5): Almost perfect rooms in imperfect location. - Excellent rooms, plenty of light, cleverly designed, almost perfect, if not for the window blinds in the shower, which do deteriorate with moisture. I love the little round table, much better for working than regular desks. Hotel location is only good for activities in that part of Bangkok - mist likely business. Not for tourists, although it does cater for them, particularly a loud crowd from a certain mainland country. Nothing outside, except for a 7eleven, for which one must cross 2 railway tracks, 6 roads (16 lanes) and 2 canals. Unfortunately the hotel does not have shuttles or a standing line of premium taxis.

- LeeLee883 (8/5): Good stay for one evening - I stayed here for less than 24 hours while sorting it a visa issue. The hotel is close to the airport, so it is convenient to get to and from and for a reasonable price. I was grateful when arriving at midday that they allowed me to check in and that a small parcel I had delivered to the hotel earlier in the week was ready. The hotel interior downstairs is impressive, and staff welcoming. My room was large in size but quite dated with a musty smell, but the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I didn't have breakfast as left very early for my return flight. I was grateful for a 7-11 across the phone to stock up on snacks and ordered a grab delivery for dinner in the room I enjoyed a swim in the pool, great views of planes taking off overhead while swimming. The WiFi by the pool was awful, though, which was disappointing as I just wanted to chill with a podcast after my swim.

Something’s are meant to be provided by hotel to make their guest stay comfortable. Another surprise, They don’t have anyone to take your luggage to room. Lift is far away and u have to pretty much drag ur luggage there. Their staff tells u the way…!!!

- Jerico (2/5): Old room Cockroach - When i enter the room smell is not good, and after getting inside and open the lights i found atleast 3 cockroach, I call the reception and at the end i have to go down by my self and pick up a new card key for a new room.

A maintenance man arrived very quickly and punched a few buttons and the air started to cool off. He said because of the high temperature, it would take a while for it to cool the room. We went to sleep and I awoke at 2 am to a room that now has a temperature of 24 degrees. That’s the coolest it got, even though the temperature was set to 19 degrees. It was too late to call anyone as I didn’t want to wake my wife and I slept on top of the blankets. We were disappointed.

- peciacake (6/5): A Comfortable Stay? - We were looking forward to our stay at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel however our visit proved to be less enjoyable than expected. The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from Don Muang Airport. This was part of the reason we chose staying here: we are not fans of Bangkok traffic. Our room was spacious and initially seemed quite comfortable: we were looking forward to getting a good night's sleep after a long trip. Unfortunately the air-con was pre-set at 25 and could not be adjusted lower. As we'd already unpacked before noticing, we decided not to change rooms. It detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. On checking out we elected to wait in the spacious lobby / restaurant area - the hotel at 10:00 was quite quiet. We sat it what we thought was a quiet corner away from the restaurant and bar areas only to be informed the area was reserved for restaurant patrons (see photo). So we were moved to a couple of lounge chairs directly opposite the bar; these being designated as the "waiting area"....

- Chaz1906 (4/5): I Hate Writing Reports Like This but I have to be Honest!!! - I stayed at the Miracle Grand for a conference because it was close to the venue and the course organizers selected it. I’ll start off with the positive. First, for the most part, the staff were very accommodating and professional. I had a problem with my television and fire stick and they were able to fix it fairly quickly. Second, the hotel laundry service was very fast, efficient, and affordable. I rarely use hotel laundry but had to in this instance due the amount of time I was going to be there. I was very pleasantly surprised. Third, the bathroom was quite functional, and the shower had great water pressure. Sadly, this is the end of my review regarding the POSITIVE aspects of my stay at the Miracle Grand. Sadly, now the negatives. It first starts with the room itself. While room itself may look pleasing to the eye, it severely lacks in function. First off, there is no closet to speak off, just a wall with a bar that has several hangers to hang clothes that’s above the built-in luggage rack. Second, there are no drawers to place clothes in. Just one drawer each on the nightstands and two small drawers on the wall by the “closet.” Third, there was no dedicated work area in the room. No desk and chair at all. There is a small alcove at the end of the room with a built-in sofa and a small roundtable. That is where I had to work from during my time in the hotel. Fourth, while there was a mini-fridge in the room, it barely was able to keep items cool, much less cold. Overall, the room, while being attractive to the eye was NOT fit for purpose. Next is the food. While the breakfast buffet was decent, the dinner buffet was the direct opposite. The selection on offer were generally not appealing. In relation to the a la carte dinner menu, the selections on offer were fairly limited and when I ordered from it, the food was rather bland, at best. The room service menu had a greater variety of food items and was fairly tasty. However, when room service came to deliver the food, rather than roll it in on the table as usually happens in hotels, he simply picked it up off the table and placed it on the bed, as there was literally nowhere else to put it. I had to take the small alcove table, which I was using as my workspace, and use that as a dining room table. Next and the most egregious is the internet service. I have stayed in hotels, motels and everything in between and the Miracle Grand had the ABSOLUTE WORST internet service I ever encountered. Not only was I not able to connect all of my devices at the same time, but the internet would consistently drop, and I would have to reconnect manually. By consistently drop, I would mean MULTIPLE times in an hour. Sometimes as frequently as every few minutes. During my stay at the hotel, I had an important ZOOM meeting. The internet kept cutting out during the call. It got to the point that I ended up using my mobile phone as a hotspot to finish the call. I was not the only one that experienced these problems. Other conference attendees also suffered these outages. It was so bad that conference attendees that had planned on staying in Bangkok for several days after the conference, all planned to check out as soon as the conference was over and move to another hotel. If I ever attend another conference and they recommend the Miracle Grand as the conference hotel, I’ll choose another hotel and simply commute to the conference. I really hate writing reviews like this but I just have to be honest.
- roblD6409ZK (6/5): Great for Don Mueang airport. But - Fix the wifi! - Like everything, you always get what you pay for. I needed a hotel close to the airport but also a room I could work from - zoom meetings etc. I picked the hotel as it markets itself as a business hotel. £60 for a room with breakfast was a reasonable rate for Bangkok. I understand some floors have been renovated so I can’t comment on the new rooms, our room was very tired and in need of modernisation. The internet unfortunately was the worst I’ve seen throughout Thailand, it was impossible to conduct a video meeting without dropping out. Embarrassing when it’s a business hotel, hopefully this will be fixed. Breakfast was as you’d expect, wide range of Asian and western items plus an egg station. The coffee machine was painfully slow and there only seemed to be one. The gym was well equipped and spacious. Lots of potential but the basics need fixing.

The hotel staff looked after me very well, in particular Tina and Much who made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast here is brilliant - freshly prepared omelettes / eggs and a good selection of Asian and western dishes. They have a tasty buffet lunch too which I would recommend. For people remote working, the hotel has ample room for working on laptops and taking calls. And the location is very convenient for DMK airport. I had a Thai massage in the spa which was fantastic and the gym is well equipped.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Miracle hotel was a last minute option. I booked a different hotel for the next day and not for the day I arrived to Bangkok. It was $42.06 dollars total with taxes included. The taxi ride from suvarnabhumi airport was 475 tbh with tolls. They have a very nice lobby and i checked in at 1 am that morning. The bed was clean and the bathroom had a decent view of the city. It was a Big king size room. I did see some bugs in the bathroom and I had to let the water Run because it was coming out dirty at the beginning. The costumer service of the hotel was the best. I checked out at 12 pm and I came back for my bags at 6 pm meanwhile I went to the city for sightseeing. I used the lobby’s bathroom to change and they offered me an airport shuttle for free that same night to go to the do mueang airport. WiFi was free and it work perfectly. The bar’s food at the lobby was really good. It cost me and my friend approx 500tbh for 2 meals

- John (8/5): Nothing special for a higher end hotel - Room rate is ok for a higher end hotel but food is overpriced. Location for DM airport is good. Pool is good. The rooms need an overhaul. Peeling wallpaper, dirty fixtures and cochroaches need to be fixed. Bed sheets are old and worn with holes. Restaurant breakfast buffet at 520B is overpriced for the value. There's a good selection of food but what should be hot food under heat I found to be cold so a bit disappointing. Ask egg chef to heat everything in their pan.

- Stuart (8/5): Ok - Book a superior room you will be in the old building. Premier room new building next door. Room was fine but quite old and tired. Bed very hard. Restaurant in the new hotel very good. Nothing much around the hotel. Swimming pool is ice cold.

- Kevin (10/5): Beyond expectation - Excellent hotel for a night's stopover before departure from DMK airport the next day. Room was spacious, very clean and relaxing. Decor (stained wood) was a little damaged here and there but overall was beautiful and restful. Evening buffet was more expensive than I had expected in Thailand, and an added "Service Fee" bumped it up a bit more, but beautiful food and breakfast included was great. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

- priti (8/5): good for conventions only - friendly staff and easy checkin but location is far from ideal. very difficult to get to anywhere after business at the hotel. with their location they should have a frequent shuttle service to nearest skytrain as even taxis difficult in the evening. one felt trapped a bit as there wasn't anything much to do at the hotel either.

The hotel is clean, but you can tell it’s condition is a bit older. Breakfast is great! And the best part is the staff. So kind, courteous, and pleasant. Thank you!

- Chanita (8/5): Pleasant Stay, Near Donmeung Airport - All staff were very nice and kind, ready to help. I asked for a tooth brush, the staff promptly came to my room. I had to leave early (4am), the staff helped me grab a taxi and kindly suggested me to wait inside the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. I loved it and had a pleasant stay.

- prakash (8/5): Nice and decent hotel for short stay - Stayed there for a very short. Hotel is nice and decent. Room was good and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as we are vegetarians so limited options. Didn't explore nearby surrounding as was there only for a night. A free airport shuttle service was provide by the hotel. Loxated very close to domestic airport.

- Hahn (8/5): Old hotel, dated facilities, excellent service - I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 5 years or so. This is an update after a 3-week stay this month. The good: Staff services - from check-in to check-out, including restaurants, room service, and bellman services - are all still professional, efficient and friendly as always. Though restaurant menu and buffet selections are not as large as other 4-star hotels, the Miracle Grand foods taste better, at least to me, who like more authentic Asian foods. Also, unlike other hotels that have large group tours, this hotel did an excellent job of isolating the noise and hustles of tour groups from regular guests like me. Just okay: Location is good if you are looking for a hotel close to Don Muang airport. But the only shopping and dining nearby are in IT Square, about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The bad: The hotel and facilities are still dated. Room innovations will be needed very soon. The TV receptions are the worst I have seen in 4-star hotels. (I spend more than 100 hotel-nights a year.) Biggest improvement: The quality of WiFi internet connections is now excellent. It used to be my biggest complaints about this hotel, but not any more.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Gone downhill - I have stayed here before and been impressed but seems to have taken a step downhill. Room was generally clean but dusty. Room booked for 2 adults one toothbrush supplied. Mini bar stock was not as stated on check list informed reception they said I had an old stock card, so gave me another one informed them it was still no where near correct missing about 6 items their answer it's ok housekeeping know what's in the room. The same house keeping that can't figure out a twin room should have 2 toothbrushes. Everything ok but if they had charged me for mini bar items I wouldn't have had a leg to stand on. Breakfast also disappointing they can't even cook bacon.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great breakfast and spacious rooms - We stayed here for 3 nights. Though the lobby shows updates, the rooms themselves are a little dated. The daily breakfast was a highlight, and we appreciated the spacious rooms and easy access to the nearby university. Unfortunately due to other obligations we weren't able to use pool or gym facilities as these close early. Also our bathroom ceiling showed signs of water damage and when we requested a clean shower curtain form housekeeping, there was no action taken for the duration of our stay. Overall Miracle Grand Hotel met our needs for this stay, but with the exception of the breakfast, didn't wow us.

- Wacha (10/5): One of my favorite hotels. - I liked the location that is close to Donmuang international airport. I also liked the variety of food, free airport shuttle and great service. I will stay here again next time.
- Dean (8/5): Great Hotel - Get hotel for the next morning flight from Don Muang airport , went out for a stroll and the nearest shops are a good 5 to 10 minute walk, but there are all the things you need in the shop in the hotel. plus free shuttle bus to the airport was great.
