- DaveFromLebanon (10/5): Great experience for first time Paris visitors - We had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel hotel. We got into Paris early and they happily held our luggage for the day so we could go out. When we came back, they'd already moved it into our room once it was available. The front desk staff were always very friendly and were happy to help us with questions about how to navigate Paris. The room itself was clean and tidy. The cleaning crew were great. Coming from America, where "hotel breakfast" is sometimes questionable, we were not sure what to expect, and were really blown away. The breads and pastries were fresh each day, wonderful yogurt, meats and cheeses, and always eggs and bacon or sausage. Even the coffee, which was from a machine, was still really good. It's a 5 min walk from the metro, and about 10 to have a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

- bethlW7472HF (10/5): First class stay - This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just was wonderful as the first. The location, staff, cleanliness and atmosphere are all perfect. We were greeted by Elise who was so friendly and helpful, she took the time to show answer all questions and show us the local sights on a map. It was a special birthday for my Mum and the room had balloons and a bottle of wine. We couldn’t have been more impressed and will definitely be back! Thank you x

Brilliant location, an amazing welcome present on the bed, happy hour drinks in the bar from 6pm-7pm, lovely shower and the fluffiest towels! A short walk to the Eiffel tower, bus stop and the metro. I really loved this hotel, so if I had to be picky, a bit more selection of hot things for breakfast might be nice.

Em todos os hotéis na França se utiliza muito vinagre como produto de limpeza, e para mim isso deixa um cheiro muito forte e desagradável. Poderiam fazer limpeza com algo que tivesse cheiro mais agradável. Contudo o quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, porém muito básico.

A funcionária Manu nos recebeu com um sorriso no rosto e estava sempre pronta a nos ajudar! Ela fez toda diferença. Que pessoa maravilhosa, sempre gentil e muito solicita ! O hotel tem vários restaurantes na redondeza de todos os tipos e preços . Adoramos e quando voltarmos a Paris com certeza ficaremos neste hotel de novo! Café da manhã ok com tudo que precisamos! Breakfast was limited and low quality, the room had drainage issues, and the air conditioning was not working with no solution offered. These problems affected multiple guests, making the experience poor and not worth the price.

On arrival we were so delighted to see the room had a balcony with a view of the eiffel tower and it was spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, so helpful and warm. - kimeV3083OY (10/5): Spoiled us rotten Excellent Stay - This hotel spoiled us. The room was set up so nice upon our arrival. Wine, heart ballon’s, iron and ironing board as requested. Very high say do ratio. Left us another very nice surprise when we had 3 nights left with them. Fridge, safe, nesspresso machine, teas and tea pot, heated towel bar and very nice in room hand wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They called us a cab each morning. Prepared us an early breakfast on the days we had to leave before breakfast. Gave us business cards of local in neighborhood restaurants with 20% off. Umbrellas for your use. And the location is fantastic. They upgraded us to a Jr Suite and we had 2 balconies with views of the Eiffel Tower. We arrived at 7 am and upon our return later in the day, our bags were waiting on us in our room.

- 833candacew (10/5): Fabulous stay, thank you. - My twin sister and I stayed for three nights and were very happy with everything about the hotel from checking in, the cleanliness of the room, housekeeping, breakfast and checking out. We also asked the front desk to order a taxi for us to get to Gare du Nord for our return trip to London and that was all arranged so professionally and helpfully. We loved the location and would stay again if we returned to Paris. We can’t speak highly enough, five stars all the way!

- gavdeluca (10/5): Lovely stay for wife's 40th - Lovely little hotel, a stones throw from trocadero and Eiffel tower. The staff were all brilliant and seemed to genuinely want to make the guest feel special. Room was great and had a lovely view of the tower. The breakfast was excellent and if you want to eat close to the hotel there a couple of nice restaurants down the street. Complimentary glass of wine each evening in the bar is a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was extremely noisy—I was woken up every morning between 6:15am and 7:15am due to rubbish collection right outside the window. Despite raising this on the first day, my concerns were initially dismissed rather rudely. I would recommend being mindful of which side of the road your room faces due to the noise. The wine hour was interesting with no nonalcoholic options. However, Elise took the feedback on board, and I understand there will now be a non-alcoholic option, which is a positive change. Elise Cheniclet was very helpful and made a real effort to ensure I felt looked after, which I truly appreciated.
- Nort001 (10/5): A nice hotel within reasonable walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe areas. - Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room larger room than typical for Paris, and breakfast was very good. The location allowed us a reasonable walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe.

- Vasile (10/5): Perfect for a short stay in Paris - The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Avenue d’Eylau, where you can already see the Eiffel Tower, and about a 20-minute walk to reach it. The neighborhood is very nice, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for a night in Paris. Nothing significant to mention. For a short stay in Paris, everything met expectations and the overall experience was very pleasant.

W head 2 rooms, one upgrade to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It had all the amenities. 5 mins walk to the Troccadero near Eiffel and excellent breakfast. The staff were wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

- RuthyGlasgow (10/5): Excellent and would recommend - Came here with my sisters to celebrate our youngest sisters 60th birthday. Lovely boutique hotel and very comfortable, clean and service from staff very good. We had a couple of little issues but they were sorted out to our satisfaction. Little tote bags were put in the room and a birthday card and chocolates for the birthday girl. There was a free glass of wine in the evening between 6 - 7pm which was very generous and enjoyed, plus the religious Ascension fell on a day we were there where the bakers of Paris bake a special almond custard type cake that was there at the reception to help ourselves, very tasty. A very friendly hotel and our sleeps were very good as was the buffet style breakfast. Location was good too.
