Breakfast was ok.. I was never told there was yoghurt and choice of eggs until I spotted others on my third day.. this needs to be highlighted that you need to ask!

• Mark (10/5): - I've stayed at this hotel a few times and will likely stay there again. Its perfectly located, nightlife, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk, BTS very close as well. The room was clean, good air con,and had everything you would expect. Beds were comfy. A small but very nice swimming pool, small gym and male and female sauna room. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. This is a very nice hotel and very good value for money. What really stands out iare the helpful, polite and friendly staff. Thank you to Tonmai, Jib, Nath and Tin, 10 out of 10 on the smiley scale. Nothing

• Claire (10/5): Super comfortable stay in a quiet location - Room was massive and bed was really comfy. Nice balcony with view of the skyscrapers. Everything was super clean and fresh decor. Was a really comfortable stay. Fresh water put in the room daily, big wardrobe with safe and hair dryer. Laundry service and a great room service menu.location was nice and quiet. Short taxi rides to all main attractions. Had a kitchen area with a huge fridge but couldn’t really make anything as no toaster, microwave, cooker etc so bit confusing.

Big room for family, good facilities, friendly staff. Really love hotel, nothing for unsatisfied many things to do in Bangkok, so do not have time to use the swimming pool :D quite quiet at night, good for us but will be boring with energetic person :D

Staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed from booking Grab taxis to bringing our luggage up to our room. The room could have been a little bit more clean, the furniture e.g. the sofa looked a little dated.

It felt safe around the hotel. Staff (especially the pm team) were super polite and friendly. The access to balcony couldn’t be opened, it would have been great to enjoy the view to the city sitting there.

Hatte großes Zimmer im 9 Stockwerk mit toller Aussicht. Poolbereich eher kein Aber auch hier wurde renoviert.

• MARTA (2/5): NEVER AGAIN - AVOID AT ALL COST - All photographs on hotel profile are made long time ago when this hotel was new or were made by AI. Only one photo checks out - swimming pool. The only "plus" is location which was convenient for us. "Xclusive" in the name of facility is very confusing and very far from reality. The rooms are very worn, so as the furniture. Furthermore, every chair or armchair or couch was in a different style - like a hodgepodge, as if from a garbage disposal. Cleanliness was very debatable - I was afraid to stick to the couch if I sat on it. We had a problem with the air conditioning, which was too aggressive. Switch it off and You „die” of non-breathable air or leave it on and sinusitis is a certainty. We asked staff to change the room with differently configurated A/C but the answer was that there IS NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE. 1 hour later our friends found cockroach in their room and got transfered to „higher” quality room (that was not available for us ONE hours before) - not so eagerly and after long discussion but finally they got new room. „Higher” quality was just as „Xclusive” in the name of the hotel. Anyway, we were lied by the staff. Moreover, lady from "travel office" (chair just at the entrance) was very pushy in offering her services and even more aggressive when she understood that we use popular app GRAB to find taxi or fix a tour.

Silom is the area and is connected to everything Everything was good, but if I have to say something I don’t like was the buffet for breakfast which it was very repetitive, the rest of the hotel very good!

• Robin (10/5): - Tolle Menschen super Service !!! Zum ankommen in Bangkok die beste Wahl. Es ist super gelegen, man hat Party in der Nähe man kann den Skywalk zu fuss erreichen. Es ist sehr zentral aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße fern ab vom Verkehr. Es wirkt sehr Luxeriös und hat einen kleinen Pool, das Gym ist sehr klein und nebenan ist eine Sauna. Super Service tolle Lage

• Deborah (9/5): Vraiment très bon hôtel - Le calme de l'hôtel. La piscine juste parfaite. La chambre était grande et bien insonorisée aussi. Le personnel très sympa. Le petit déjeuner pas très grand mais très bon et du choix. Un petit problème de conception de la baignoire qui coule dans la salle de bain. La literie a part la grande taille du lit n'était pas super. Le lit bougeait beaucoup et les coussins étaient un peu trop dur à notre goût.
• Jan Kenneth (10/5): Amazing location, great amenities, awesome spacious room - I go to Bangkok during Songkran and always prefer partaking in the festivities in Silom. This hotel was perfectly located just minutes away from all the action, but far enough that you don't have to worry about getting drenched with water when you go out. Bonus is that it's 5 minutes away from Chong Nonsi BTS station, which was very convenient. The room I got was large and spacious and had a firm but comfortable bed. I got the quiet room I requested. The facilities were great, it's got a nice swimming pool and even a sauna. The staff were exceptional, as what many would expect from amazing Thai hospitality. The gym was small, had limited machines, and was a little dated.

• Martijn (8/5): Waar voor geld - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer. Goede bedden en prima zwembadje! Lounge netjes. Locatie in silom (voor de gay reiziger) erg goed! Schoonmaak vaak om 16 uur nog beschikbaar en ook altijd welwillend! Je ziet dat het wat ouder is: verkleurde kitranden in de douche en in de kamer/plinten/meubels hier en daar beschadigingen. En de keuken is inmiddels verworden tot niet meer dan een interieur-item. Geen mes glas of vork te vinden. Niet het hotel voor ultieme luxegevoel. Maar daar was de prijs dus ook naar. prijs/kwaliteit is top!! Dus voor wie het geld liever in de kroeg uitgeeft: doen.

Jag gillade det - en blandning av caféer, små restauranger, som ligger på bredare och smala gator. Folk som laggar mat mot kvällen. Bra läge! Städpersonalen var fantastisk. Mycket trevliga människor. Bellboy var en sprudlande trevlig person. Trevligt med en liten bassäng, sauna och gym men bassängen saknar själ och är allmänt väldigt tråkigt att hänga där. Den blaserade receptionschefen (eller den som jag pratade med dagen innan jag checkade in om att jag ville ha en balkong) är en player som luktar opålitlighet. Han är rutinerad med turister och lyssnar inte. Jag fick balkong men mot bakgatan med en uppsjö av AC maskiner som hänger på balkongerna och väggarna. De unga människorna i receptionen har ingen gnista men är korrekta. Man kan inte ens dricka kaffe i pappersmugg vid bassängen. Tråkigt.

És un hotel que destaca, principalment, per la seva ubicació estratègica: està molt ben situat i perfectament comunicat, la qual cosa facilita molt el moviment per una ciutat tan vibrant com Bangkok. El millor de l'hotel: • Habitacions: Són molt espaioses i amb un disseny funcional que s'agraeix. El bany és correcte i compleix perfectament amb les expectatives. • Neteja impecable: Vull fer una menció especial a la Sra. Nui. La seva feina és excel·lent; és una persona molt acurada, detallista i extremadament atenta, fent que l'habitació estigués sempre impecable. • Esmorzar i Instal·lacions: L'esmorzar és correcte i ofereix una bona varietat per començar el dia. Pel que fa a les zones comunes, l'espai de la piscina, la sauna i el gimnàs està molt ben cuidat i és ideal per relaxar-se. Tracte humà: En general, tot el personal és molt amable i atent, sempre disposat a ajudar amb un somriure. En resum: Una opció totalment recomanable per la seva relació qualitat-preu, la seva comoditat i l'atenció exquisida del seu equip de neteja. Hi tornaria sense dubtar-ho!
