All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs.

Breakfast offered good buffet choice. Sfaff were very friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Diksha and consiege Allan. Hotel is highly recommended!

- SHAKIL (10/5): - The property is located in a good location. They have valet parking although if room says sleeps 3 it will actually sleep 2 so just be mindful you may need an extra room. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is cleaned to a good standard. Everything works well at the hotel

Room was clean and all service was extremely prompt. I called the front desk because my iron didn’t work and they delivered a new one to my room in less than 2 minutes! Hotel isn’t the newest, but it is clean and well kept.

Even the security staff were very warm and welcoming. Amazing team. The Hotel Manager Amrou Tabbaa deserves a huge pat on the back as he too was hands on, warm and friendly. He made the dream team how they are by leadership by example. Keep it up, Amrou and the dream team.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent Experience - Wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, as the property seemed old and basic stuff like the buttons inside the lifts were not working properly to reach the desired floor.Basic amenities inside the room, nothing special.The breakfast waa also pretty basic with many items being stock outbon a regular basis.Forbthe price that's being charged, certainly it call for a major improvement.Overall.i was happy with the stay and the location is quite central.

Hotel is presentable and in good condition aside from the the unpleasant smell from the carpets in the hallway. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Our room was cozy and we were comfortable during our stay. Valet parking is a bonus!

Almost most of the things in the room were not functioning well. The toilet water was not working and the water kettle when warm would steam all the water and you can't even touch it (very cheap brand). The TV is very old and most of the channels aren't even working. No fridge in the room and the room smells really awful. The hotel was good but the room was terrible.

- Kevin (10/5): Charming - a Home Away from Home - The ground-floor restaurant is this hotel is as good as any restaurant in Abu Dhabi - their salads are to die for! This is an older hotel but well kept and has an intimate charm to it. There is a "basement" bar that has a pool table and two dart boards, a great bartender and good, homey atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice gym with Charles offering helpful workout tips. They have a very good masseuse on site for a relaxing deep muscle massage. Good location located in central downtown Abu Dhabi.

Every single one of them that I dealt with is great,whether it’s from reception, housekeeping, etc. Please send my special thanks to the following: Mr. Allan Miss Floreen Miss Shalie Miss Josie They are outstanding, always checking with me if everything is ok and always willing to help. They took care of my Amazon shipments and kept it in the reception when I was outside, and they bring it to my room if they know that I’m there. What I love the most is that they have common sense, friendly, easy going, and doing their jobs from their hearts. Please pass that to them because they really deserve it, and you should be proud to have such amazing people like them. Thank you and definitely will come back and recommend the hotel to my friends.

I was very happy with the breakfast buffet as well- while some things ran out quickly, the menu was huge and had food from multiple cuisines. It was more than sufficient for brunch. Good value for money! The location was also good, lots of eateries at walking distance, many tourist spots just minutes away on car, taxis and careems were very easy to get. Would recommend!

- Dianna (2/5): Disappointed - We arrived and welcomed warmly to be told our room wasn't ready but another one was but not the one we booked even though it was after our check in time. We took this room on advise from reception to find it didn't have the sofa bed in for the children, we rang reception and they replied with we could have one put you up and the next would cost £20 a night. We had booked the room for four and hadn't expected more charges. Eventually we managed to get both beds without charge. It was a dull dark bog standard room almost depressing and when we read the hotel information book the safety section didn't fill us with joy. The corridors smelt damp and stale with the hint of cigarettes....even though it said no smoking everywhere. The children's beds collapsed when they got in at night so ended up sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Breakfast was a free for all, juices really topped up and bread as hard as rocks. After one night we decide it was not a comfortable stay so returned to Dubai. Would strongly not recommend this hotel!

- KUOLIANG (6/5): My point of view - Comparatively speaking, the room is old style and TV panels are too small in size. But I did thank the hotel for arranging a big suit room for me.
- SS (10/5): Overall Hotel Stay Was Excellent - Holiday Inn never disappoints. The hotel is in good condition and the room is cosy, provides great comfort. Location is excellent. Service is excellent. For the price we paid, I think this is an extremely good deal. Highly recommended.
- Ali Uz Zaman (10/5): Excellent hotel (value for money) - The hotel is located within a good location and the staff is very courteous and accommodating to requests. My only feedback to the hotel would be to strengthen both the speed and strength of its WiFi (especially at the higher floors).
- Ikram (10/5): Nice hotel. Excellent location - Everything about the hotel & staff was good. However, when we lost power one night there was complete confusion. It seems there is no emergency plan provided by the management to the staff. IHG senior management needs to address this issue

The overall condition and standard of cleanliness of the room was excellent, as was the service from the hotel staff. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again as it was very good value for money.
