Never book a taxi in Egypt on Booking.com !!! - I didn't like anything I booked a hotel in Cairo — Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel on Booking.com. for April 23-24, 2026. Confirmation number: 6962116531 — (see attachment). Immediately after, I booked and paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel and back on Booking.com for €32.31. €32 was paid from my Booking.com Wallet account, and €0.31 was paid with my credit card (see attachment). However, no one met me at the airport, and I ordered and paid for a different taxi from the hotel. I request a refund of the €32.31.

Er is iemand geweest, maar de douche bleef koud. gevraagd of ze iets voor ons konden betekenen, in de zin van compensatie maar geen respons op gekregen. Bij een Hilton hotel zou ik dit niet verwachten!

Go back - The outdoor area and the spaciousness of the place plus the facilities The rooms are old specially the carpet furniture and their room and curtains were dusty, which gave me severe allergy. Some of the stuff need training and how to be more courteous in dealing with customers.

- Roslyn (10/5): Comfort amidst welcoming Egyptian hospitality. - This is a superb hotel. I spent 4 nights here on one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. And the pillows are a great height. The staff are helpful and friendly without exception. The heated pool is wonderful and the wellness center with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna is excellent particularly thanks to the fabulous Ghada! There is a wide variety of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants; I particularly liked the Lebanese restaurant, Dabke. Amazing Babaganoush. The hotel has a lovely vibe and is conveniently located, just 10 minutes from the airport. Nothing
