• Paula (7/5): Clean and tidy, no frills. - The room was clean and acceptable. The room they checked us into had an intermittent vibration noise that I found disturbing, especially since it could go all night. After 30 minutes in the room I asked the desk for a change and they gave it to us without hesitation. No coffee maker in the room. No safe in the room. No fresh coffee even in the lobby. Not too near breakfast establishments.
• Asuman (6/5): Good for an overnight stay. - We needed a clean room and comfortable bed to sleep in and well maintained and clean bathroom of course. Bed might be very hard for some but it was good for us. The room had bare minimums ( no coffee maker or microwave, but there is a quietly working mini fridge) and it was perfect for our needs. However...... And you get to have free parking. The only nightmare was a sound, which I can only assume to have originated from a water heater or something, that comes from the vicinity of the bathroom. Every ten minutes it works up then stops until the morning. We checked-out at 7 am, so I dont know the rest. Like that was not enough, from the same vicinity, we had another terrorizing noise, something just like a handful of glass marbles are dropped to a hard surface makes when the toilet flush was used in another room. The first time it happens, it is terrorizing. The following ones just become irritating as you cannot sleep once you are awake for, remember, there is the incessant water heater noise that accompanies the night. Adding to the frustration, a second, startling noise, sharp clatter, like a handful of glass marbles hitting a hard floor was triggered whenever someone flushed a toilet in another room. While initially alarming, the sound quickly became irritating; once startled awake, sleep became impossible—especially when paired with the incessant rythmic noise of the "possible culprit" the water heater. On another note, although our room was not facing Whilshire, we still received a portion of some traffic noise as well.

• Charlotte (8/5): Nette Mitarbeiter - Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns haben Nachttischlampen am Bett gefehlt. Es gab leider nur sehr helle Deckenlampen über dem Bett.

Große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und sehr hilfsbereites, nettes Personal. Top Gegend. Habe insgesamt 4 Nächte dort verbracht. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und ein Safe haben mir gefehlt.

Room service was also good since they replenished, also was nice that I was able to park in a garage. Nothing stood out that I disliked, maybe just that the walk ways weren't inside the building.

• Loola (10/5): - I accidentally booked for the wrong night and they were able to help me even though it was like 2am. Ended up partying too hard on Santa Monica and needed somewhere last minute. The room was comfortable, smelled nice, showers were very nice and warm with excellent water pressure, it gave me everything I needed and actually became a place I’d love to return to just for convenience and location to WeHo. No complaints
