Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch die Station der vaporetto sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das sehr freundliche Team des Hotels runden die top Bewertung ab.

• Michelle (9/5): Very satisfied with our stay, we like the quiet and easy access of the location. - I like that it was easy to walk 15-20 minutes to and from the coach/tram station or 2 stops (line 1 by water bus). Easy to go around Venice just a few minutes to water bus stop. I love the colourful motif on each floor and rooms even the breakfast lounge. I feel safe that there’s a receptionist that could check especially during the night. I like our purple room on the top floor with a nice view of Venice, it was a quieter area and staff are very friendly. I like our breakfast too with a selection of cold and hot food. I will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel. Nothing.

• Antonia (9/5): Ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft für Venedig-Erkundigung - Ruhige und zentrale Lage, gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar, ausgesprochen freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter; wir konnten das Gepäck am Abreisetag problemlos bis nachmittags unterstellen. Sehr empfehlenswerte Pizzeria ("All´ Anfora" in der Lista dei Bari 1223) nur ca. 200 m entfernt ! Ein Einzelzimmer lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum (daher morgens etwas unruhig); Beleuchtung im Zimmer deutlich zu schwach. Beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis an oberer Grenze.

Pokoje i sprzęt zużyty. Brzydki zapach wilgoci w pokoju. Nie zamykające się, uszkodzone drzwi. Spalone żarówki. Pokój nie tak kolorowy i ładny jak na zdjęciach, po prostu biały. Kawa w pokoju , rozpuszczalna nescafe w Italia! W Polsce nie do pomyślenia w 4 gwiazdkach, a to Włochy! Hotel bylby ok, ale nie można dawać sobie 4* i żądać taka cenę za taki standard.

Very friendly and professional staff went far above and beyond to help us with my wife's birthday celebration, thank you 🙏 Nice and cozy place, very quiet. Walking distance to everything, good breakfast, new mattresses and pillows. Highly recommend!

I really liked not waiting for an elevator just to go to breakfast. Very nice staff. Clean hotel. Real openable windows is a good plus for me. I don’t like air conditioning. Delicious breakfast. Especially the cakes were very nice, homemade tasted. I also liked the little things that are done to avoid food waste (i.e packed muffins, self-boil egg) I really wanted olives for breakfast, but for some reason there wasn’t any. Maybe include olives :)

Tive um problema com o fluxo de água do chuveiro que parecia entupido, solicitei ajuste mas não fui atendido, ou ajustaram e continuou entupido. Melhor o banho com o desviador (chuveirinho).

• tom18380 (6/5): doesn't feel like a four-star hotel - -great location of the hotel, due to the proximity of the Ponte di Rialto and the Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station -we booked the superior double rooms and it was a good choice, as the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable -second-floor rooms offer a nice view -comfortable hotel mattresses / beds -hotel phones were not working, so we couldn't reach the front desk -hotel lift not working either -upon arrival heating did not work in one of the hotel rooms booked, so we had to go down to get some help -hotel breakfast choices were very limited -when checking out, the front desk clerk wanted to double charge us for breakfast, even though we had booked the hotel rooms with breakfast included in the price; the issue was finally clarified, but the hotel is not one I would return to

Personale molto cortese. Ascensore fuori servizio per 4 giorni. In camera spazio intorno al letto insufficiente. Cuscini (per noi) scomodissimi, ma in hotel non ci sono alternative. Set da bagno inesistenti (se non le cuffie per la doccia)

Impossible de régler de la température de notre chambre, il a fallut demander à la réception de régler la température excessive depuis la centrale de commande. Les moisissures sur le bas du rideau de douche et les dépôts de calcaires sur le sol de la salle de bain. Des planches du parquet instables et fixées par des vis qui dépassent: risque de blessures en marchant à pieds nus!
