We would stay at the Copthorne Hotel again when staying in Dubai.

The only slight Disappointment twice they missed our Wake up call request ! Big shout to Mr Tohamy who made our trip extra great ! Also Samar from house keeping always had a smile and did a great job …. The Area is amazing so many eating places and a supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Will definitely stay there again.

- khaled (10/5): - The hotel is located in a very active area, the heart of the city, even the metro station is very near, I'd like to thank the front desk staff who made the check in for me on 15th of June early in the morning, I forgot his name but he was the only staff in duty that morning, he was very professional, he accepted to do early check-in for me because I arrived 8:00am very tired after an overnight flight, he was very helpful then he called me to the room after check in to make sure that everything is OK. Thank you very much

- Adrian (8/5): - Easy to get to from the airport via the metro or fairly cheap in a taxi. Lots of dining options around and a large mall located 2 mins away. Nice pool which has the sun for most of the day.
- Saba (4/5): - The hotel was okay. Although in my first room there were fruit flies everywhere, everyday. My mother, and I stayed in a deluxe double suite but when my mother left, I moved to a single room. But when they moved me to the new room, the room wasn’t clean. There was dust everywhere. Also the room service was very slow through out my whole trip. They came very late. It sometimes would take about 2 hours for the food to arrive. Overall the location was great, and the experience was fine.

A very big shopping mall - city center deira - is less than 5 minutes walk and also a metro station. People there are very nice, for example Ibrahim at the reception, but also the others - the man in the swimming pool & at the gym. The best in this hotel are the meals: breakfast was very good with large variety, and dinner was superb!! The food was excellent and Chaira at the dinner was super nice with everything and even took pictures for us. Thank you Chaira for a great evening!

The city mall for all shopping and dining.Lots of local restaurants all types and taste of foods. nearby supermarket opened 7 days until 1.00am. hotel was packed with residents from lits of countries. ther is akso inhouse dining facility. all around good , fas snd efficient staffs. Rooms were great sometimes there are small probkems which the management tries there best to accomodate. At thd present the hotel is being renovated. Refurbishment to hotel being programmed. For the price is grest comoared to other hotels. Only had a fes nights there. rating this is i ll give it 4.5 /5.... Sorry did not take any photos. Wifi in all rooms .
- Anne-Marie (8/5): Just a stopover. - Have stayed at the Copthorne Dubai before, we were just stopping over to break up our trip to Europe. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is near the airport and very comfortable.

- Peter (4/5): Filthy - Filthy, that’s the only way I can describe this hotel. From the bathrooms to the light switches there was grim. The pool showers were also dirty and had not been cleaned during the whole time we were there, evident by a lump of hair being in the same place all week. One day there was a builder knocking down a wall out in the changing rooms whist we using them, seriously you couldn’t make this up. The water filtration system was broken which meant the bath water was orange in the bathroom, the jacuzzi was broken and the card slot used when you enter the room kept falling off exposing live cables. Im afraid it doesn’t get any better outside. The view is of a duel carriageway being constructed and right next door is a office block covered in scaffolding and workmen looking in to the rooms. This hotel has the potential to be nice but it is dated and needs serious money spending on it. This is by no means the standard of a Copthorne hotel, although I will give credit to the staff in reception who were helpful and quite clearly are aware of the short comings of the hotel.

I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel who offered us an excellent service throughout our stay, especially Mr Mathew and Mr Waleed at the check in desk. They offered us a complimentary upgrade of room which was absolutely great, and they made sure everything was good and at our service within minutes and accommodated our request for late checkout as we had an evening flight . In All it was a great experience, and we would definitely will choose this hotel again 👍👍👍.

Booked a room in this supposedly four star hotel for three nights to break our journey home after a month touring Asia. Messaged hotel a week before arrival to request upgrade to a one bedroom suite. On arrival, was initially told the suite was not available till the following morning. After some more discussion, we were told to wait while one was being cleaned, this took approximately 45mins. While we were waiting another couple were checking in and they were also told that the suite they had booked would not be available till the following Morning. When we got to the suite, the laminate floors inside were still wet, so we left the luggage and went to explore the surrounding area. On return and after a good look round, we were not happy with this rather tatty room, we were then offered a “free” upgrade to a two bedroom suite, actually called The Royal Suite. I cannot begin to describe the condition of the room, twice the size of a one bedroom suite but in a much worse condition. A Lamp held together with cello tape, one of the remotes held together with black sticky tape, broken door frames, dirty walls, cigarette burns in the work surfaces to name but a few things. We were facing a very large, noisy construction site and could hear all the machinery even with all doors closed. It was impossible to use the balcony which had cigarette buts on the floor. I have videos and photographic evidence.

Despite a confirmed Expedia reservation, upon check-in I was told I did not have a reservation, and none of the reference numbers supplied by Expedia were valid, and I was asked to leave, unless I wanted to pay cash for a more expensive room. The hotel responded to my Expedia dispute, that I was a no-show, and refused to refund me. Save your money book somewhere else.

- Ghassan/Mayassi (10/5): - Friendly and service-oriented staff, from the valley parking gentleman to the duty manger with no exception. Frontdesk officer acted immediately when the kind of suite I requested was not available and gave me multiple options of compensations. I settled for an upgrade path the time. Although it was a public holiday and the hotel was almost full, they maintained the same high quality of service and were quick in response. Amazing.....
