Tal vez se indicó este particular en la información de Booking pero yo no lo tenía en cuenta. Me contacté a través de la plataforma para saber si era el hotel el que realizó este cargo pero nunca tuve respuesta. Cómo no estaba seguro de la descripción del cargo si era el hotel, tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta.

- Guest18274914 (6/5): Just an average hotel - This hotel is very outdated, with unmaintained lifts and a curtain in the shower. Everyone we used the lifts it made a different sound and had sudden stops - the certificate inside it showed it should have been service checked last month. Breakfast was very average. Carpets were very dirty, making white socks brown after 10 minutes. On the other hand, staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, so it was a good night sleep. TV was working well.

- Gisela (10/5): Great hotel not just for business travel! - Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning in a nicely appointed lobby. I liked that the hotel allows for service animals as well as is pet friendly. I suggest those rooms should be on the 1st floor for easy access outside. Also, no carpeting for a cleaner room free of pet odors or accidents. breakfast ended at 9am so almost missed it. should be a little later on holidays and weekends. For business travelers M-F 9am is ok because they have different needs than those traveling at a slower pace.
