Fiò (8/5): Piacevole - Staff molto gentile e accogliente, c’è stato qualche piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata che si sono premurati a risolvere, stanza pulita e comoda , ottima posizione. Se dovessi dare un consiglio aggiungerei uno specchio oltre quello del bagno.

Only problem was nowhere to put things in bathroom, so took one of end table by bed into bathroom and put chair as end table. Desk staff very good. Location wonderful - just everything in Florence was walking distance. Tons of restaurants all around as well. Bathroom needed at least a shelf.

Hotel muy limpio, con trabajadores muy amables y pendientes a tus necesidades. Buen buffet con variedad de pastas(croissant, bomboli.....). Un hotel al cual volvería. Todo mé gustó. No sabría poner un Pero.

The location is very close to the train and bus central stations that is very good for connections to other cities including to visit near by places like Siena, Pisa and Lucca. It also walkable to main attractions and also you have bus and tran urban services in less than 5 minute walk. Room with good space and all clean. Bathroom , shower and cleaning excellent. There is a small refrigerator, but it lacks a freezer compartment; that could be improved. A perfect place near good restaurant and gelatos. Martin (8/5): - Hotel je blízko centra, také blízko konečné stanice tramvaje jedoucí z letiště. Do oblíbeného Mercato centrale je to kousek. V noci byl v okolí hotelu klid. Čistota pokoje ok. Malá koupelna, ale hygienu zde provedete. Postele byly pohodlné. Pokoj nejde zevnitř zamykat, pokud je někdo zvyklý. Snídaně ok, bylo všechno co je běžné u hotelové snídaně, jen od každého druhu jídla byl omezenější výběr, vše bylo doplňováno.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the historical center and 10 minutes from the train station, with nearby restaurants and a small grocery store. My only critique concerns the bathroom: the toiletry holder fell off and there was no place to store my items. Additionally, the shower head was difficult to adjust and remained pointed mostly toward the wall, which made showering inconvenient..

It was raining on our last day and the receptionist lent us his own umbrella to walk around the city before returning to gather our luggage. Thanks again for that! :) I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommend. The only improvement I would suggest is to install a small shelf in the shower where you could put the toiletries while showering.

Svetlana (5/5): C’est pas le pire compris si vous voulez être bien situés pour un prix correct - Très bien situé et le personnel est adorable Le petit déjeuner est pas génial, c’est mal isolé et le matin il y avait beaucoup de bruit, dans la salle de bain la douche se fermait pas, le coin de la douche était devant les wc et le lit « double » c’est juste 2 lits simples collés donc problématique…

Sandra (9/5): Great - Nice, quiet hotel, very friendly staff and relatively large rooms with comfortable beds. Location is excellent, about 10 mins walk from the centre and close to train station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast has a wide variety of choice (for Italian norms).

Hubertus (9/5): - De locatie is top, perfect gelegen op 10 minuten lopen van de Dom. Ook is het fijn dat hotel aan een autoluwe straat ligt. Daarnaast is het heel fijn dat de centrale markthal haast letterlijk om de hoek ligt: een heel gezellige plek met op de eerste verdieping heel veel keuze in avondeten, met goede prijs-kwaliteit. Het hotel is schoon en netjes, en het ontbijtbuffet is heel goed.

Miño Maruri (2/5): Expensive and not worth it. - It was really close to the city center. The room was on top of a bar, therefore we found it uncomfortable to sleep. We communicated our problem to the staff members and they didn’t do anything to help us.

Jacqueline (8/5): Goed hotel, prima ontbijt en alles op loopafstand. - De locatie is op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden en je hebt net geen last van hordes toeristen. Volgens de man van de receptie hadden we een kamer met twee aparte bedden achter elkaar besteld. Daar weet ik helemaal niets van, maar hij en de volgende dag zij hield vol dat ik die kamer echt besteld had. Gelukkig kregen we na twee dagen de mogelijkheid en andere en luxere kamer te betrekken. Dat was sympathiek, maar we hebben de eerste kamer gewoon maar gehouden.

Antje (7/5): Das Hotel ist ein typisches Stadthotel etwas veraltet aber mit einer zentralen Lage. - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut alles da was man braucht und nicht nur Süßes. Betten waren gut, Personal war nett. Für wenig Anspruch kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Bad hatte keine Ablagefläche , das ist ein großes Problem gewesen!!!!!!! Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und ungemütlich, könnte freundlicher eingerichtet werden.

Sylvie (9/5): Super hôtel pour apprécier la beauté de Florence - Hôtel très bien placé. À 10mn à pied du centre historique. Tram direct de l’aéroport à 5mn à pied, gare ferroviaire pour aller à Pise à 5 mn à pied et gare routière (départ des excursions pour Sienne ou Les 5 Terres par exemple) à 10mn à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel
Charles (6/5): Overall our stay was quite good. - Breakfast was good .. Location was also very good Bathroom was a bit small, AC fan remained the same speed very fast, couldn't set it slower for some reason. Short of cloth hangers, you cannot have only 3 hangers for a couple.

Analu (8/5): Great for a short stay discovering Firenze - Location - perfectly walkable to the entire old town, kindness of the staff, spacious room, cleanliness bathroom and bedroom, breakfast. Quadruple room was great for a family of 4. Flexible check in/check out. The single beds were comfortable but double bed had a worn out mattress.

Mentor Begaj (7/5): Good - The hotel has a wonderful staff who were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is very convenient, close to railway station and near the city center. Everything you need is nearby. Breakfast offered plenty of choices. I did not like that the hotel had not done enough to protect the room from mosquitoes. After it got dark, mosquitoes appeared in the room. Throughout the night, I had to deal with them as they kept bothering us.

Taylor (10/5): The hotel comfort and customer service added to our visit. - The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional, extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was decorated and cleaned very well. The room was lovely with a view to the garden. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and cosy; great bathroom too. Great to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air. Good to have a lift too. The breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Really surprised how quiet the hotel was into the evening without being disturbed by other guests. There was nothing not to like.

Cornel (7/5): Good for families - Great location and good breakfast. The hotel is great for families with children, our room had beds for five people. Location is great, close to train station and anything you want to do in Florence. The single bathroom is small and it would be nice to have a soap dish in the shower. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

David (9/5): Great value for money and very conveniently located - Very conveniently located only five minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station. It was also only a five minute walk down the Via Faenza to the Piazza del Duomo and ten minutes away from the Uffizi Galleries, the Palazzo Vecchio and other central tourist attractions. Our room was on the top (third) floor) away from the noise of the street and we had no problems with any noise inside the hotel either. It was very comfortable and we had no problems with the facilities at all during our 11 night stay. Breakfast was included in the price and there was always a very good range of hot and cold food provided each morning, while the staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing that I can think of.

Tünde (9/5): Jól választottunk - a hotel közel volt a vasútállomáshoz. Tökéletes reggelivel indult a nap. - Fantasztikus volt a reggeli, hatalmas kínálat, a korábbi várakozásomat is felülmúlta. A recepción dolgozók kedvesek, nagyon segítőkészek. Minden rendben volt.
