- neslihan (8/5): Summary Accommodation - Otelin konumu gayet güzel. Metro ve alışveriş merkezine yakın. Etrafında market ve yemek yiyecek yerler 5-10 dk yürüme mesafesi ve arabayla 2 dklık. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın üstünde ama seçenek çok fazla yok bana göre. Bir de kahvaltının erken başlayıp erken başlaması pek iyi değil bence. Ama odalar gayet güzel modern tam olarak demesem de ortalamanın üstünde, yatak rahat ve yalıtım gayet güzeldi. Kaldığım oda da ışıklandırma sistemin de bir düzensizlik vardı. Tekrar gelir miyim büyük ihtimalle evet.

- Mark (10/5): Good hotel - Friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms were cleans and functional, of good standard for Istanbul. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice and restaurant staff not very attentive. Location within easy walking for restaurants, Malls and Metro, but this is not a tourist area so be prepared to only find menus in Turkish.

This was my worst hotel experience in Istanbul ever.

Nice balcony with the room, however it needed cleaning and the plants were all dying up there through lack of water. Good shopping mall nearby, metro is a short walk but otherwise this is not a great location. Room service finishes at 10pm which was frustrating after a long drive. Good hotel overall and it suited our needs.

Odaya siparis verdigim yemekler müthis lezzetliydi. Hizli bir sekilde servis edildi. Otopark otel altinda kapali ve ücretsiz.

Pandemi koşullarına uygun olarak da otel gerekli önlemleri alınmış olsa da kahvaltıda diğer misafirlerin sıcak büfesine maskesiz olarak gittiğini gördüm ve bu durum bende tedirginlik yarattı ve kahvaltım daha bitmemiş olmasına rağmen bir daha büfeye gitmedim. Büfe/Restoran sorumlusu kişinin bu konuda mutlaka gerekli uyarıları yapması gerekir.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Все очень достойно - Было очень приятно, что в честь дня рождения бесплатно повысили категорию номера , НО единственный минус, что никто не предупредил, что бассейн в отдельном корпусе, надо идти черех улицу, да еще не дает полотенца или со своими или в отеле, мы просто возвращались, это единственный неприятный момент, номер был с террасой , все чисто и комфортно, обязательно вернемся еще

When I went to book in I was told that they only have one outdoor pool and it was closed. I cancelled my booking and did not stay there. How can they mislead there customers like this. 😡

- stephane (8/5): Vacances en famille - Hotel très propre, personnel très pro, parking gratuit. Dommage que l'hôtel soit au bord de la route ,mais l'isolation est correcte. A 10 minutes à pied du métro pour rejoindre st Sophia compter 45 minutes de transport en commun.
- sarah (10/5): EXCELLENT HÔTEL - Hôtel un peu loin de Sultanahmet 25 min environ. Mais il y’a un centre commercial juste à côté (8 min à pied). Le personnel est adorable également et ils parlent anglais. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Je ne sais pas quoi dire d’autre à part le fait que j’ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Ps : la piscine est juste géniale ( 2 )
- Funda Gül (10/5): Konumu iyi, nezih ve şık bir otel - Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Ayrıca otelin iç dekorasyonuna ve sükunetine bayıldık. Caddeye bakan bir odada kalmamıza rağmen hiç gürültü vs de gelmedi. Temizliği tamdı ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey de konulmuştu. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer olacağı kesin. Teşekkürler

Hotellilla kuitenkin selvisi, että kuntosali on suljettu aina maanantaisin eli juuri silloin kun olisimme sitä yhden yön majoittumisen aikana halunneet käyttää. Olimme valinneet hotellin nimenomaan sillä perusteella, että siellä on kuntosali käytössä.

- Duygu (2/5): Hiç memnun kalmadık - Oda çok sıcaktı, klimadan odayı soğutmak istedik fakat merkezi sistem olduğu için soğuk değil sıcak üflüyordu. Camı açtık fakat hava koşulu nedeniyle esinti yoktu. Nefes alabilmeyi sürdürmek için camı açık bıraktık, bu sefer de sivrisinek içeri girdi. Birini öldürdük derken bir tane daha meydana çıktı. Bütün gece sivrisinek kovaladık. Hotel görevlilerine odanın çok havasız olduğunu ilettim fakat yapacak bir şey olmadığını ilettiler. Odaya eşyalarımızı bıraktık, birkaç saat sonra yemek yemeye gitmeye karar verdik, çıkarken yakalayıp çıkış mı yapıyorsunuz diye sordular. Hocam hotelin ücreti zaten ödenmiş bu ne telaş ? Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer.

- Engin (8/5): Eksiklerine rağmen tavsiye ederim - Otel güzel ve odalar sessiz ve yataklar çok rahat. Sadece yerdeki halıların kesinlikle değişmesi lazım. Yatak başlarındaki kanepelerin de üstü çok pis. Onun dışında resepsiyondaki arkadaşların suratları nedense çok asık. pizza istedik bize hazır pizza getirdiler gelen de kurumuştu. Ama kremalı etli makarna güzeldi. Oteli tavsiye ederim ama bu eksik öğeleri de halletmelerini umuyorum.
- Turan (2/5): - Sigara içilir oda diye oteli tercih ettik ama lobideki arkadaş bize odalarda sigara içilmiyor diye ukale bir şey şekilde söyledi.. Oysaki önceki konaklamalarımızda odada sigara içtik hatta kül tablası vardı.. Biraz daha kibar olabilirlerdi

- Verified traveler (10/5): - When I first booked this hotel, my expectation was just cleanliness and a gym presence. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was an exceptionally professional and pleasant staff. Everyone including front desk, housekeeping and waiters , they all make you feel you are home. Great experience we had . Next time , I just wish they will improve the breakfast ( lunch and dinner menu and taste was great ) and the gym ( which is in the apartment complex ).
- Q.P. (8/5): - War alles bestens, wurde kostenlos und unaufgefordert upgegradet, hatte Zimmer mit Bslkon. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel ist Nichtraucherhotel, hält sich sber leider keinet daran, haben 3 Zimmer ausprobiert, aber leider ohne Erfolg.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spacious rooms, nice hotel, in a quiet part of Istanbul. English is very limited with most staff members. Understandable since hotel is not near the touristy area of the city, but I wished they knew their own room service menu better since it is offered in English.

- Gaynor (10/5): Perfect business hotel - Perfect hotel - well managed, comfortable, great breakfast and in ideal location for the businesszone of Istanbul, with fancy shopping centre 15 mins walk away. Not for holiday makers looking for cultural activities or historic sites.
