- Katherine (8/5): Beautiful views. Could be better. - This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. Luckily I had their WhatsApp to contact them. The staff were neither surprised nor apologetic so I got the impression this was a common occurrence. They fixed it and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I might stay again. It was just a bit weird.

Violeta was very helpful booking my taxi, one of which became a personal friend! Her soft voice & gentle nature are charming. She's so sweet. Sending a message for my bday! Everyone at the hotel made sure my stay was extraordinary! As a woman solo traveling on her bday to a country I had never visited before, these details are greatly appreciated 🤗 The grounds_pool area are so impeccable 👌 I fell in.love since I saw pictures of it online. Didn't disappoint. Rooms are a bit outdated, maybe stained rugs, but everything else exceeded expectations & everything was neat & clean nonetheless 💯✨️😍🥰 I have already recommended to my friends! Cant stop talking about my magical stay! So convenient & close to airport/falls/restaurants 😉

The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5.

Great place to start the evening with a sunset view by the pool, or to end the evening with a nightcap. Very close to downtown area with fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were a bit dated but ok - but the real gem is the property itself and the amazing location! Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant staff made special accomodations gor my wife's diet without having to ask each time. I wouldn't ever expect this, but it definitely shows their level of service. This hotel is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. You get a great view of Brazil and Paraguay from the property. It’s close to the port of you want to take a boat across to Paraguay. The only criticism would be the dinning - breakfast was okay but could be better- had to pay a little extra for soggy pouched eggs. The dinner - improvement needed here too. I felt like going in the kitchen to show them what to do. The town is so close and buzzing so better to go there instead. Overall it’s a

- Kenneth (10/5): - The Panoramic Grande Hotel was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay. The staff was very helpful in every way, especially with suggestions for dinner and taxis. We stayed on the fourth floor facing the rivers and had amazing views at sunset from our balcony. There were many places to eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, however the view of the falls is much better from the Brazilian side.

- Philip (8/5): - This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. The view from our room was beautiful watching this amazing sunset. The pool and hot tub were big snd clean.

Rooms nicely done. Was grateful they offered me an early check-in so i could refresh and head straight to Iguazu Falls. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Had an evening flight out so i enjoyed the pool for my last afternoon and then was able to use the spa to shower prior to flying out. Really lovely, super helpful staff. They will happily arrange taxis and store luggage if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I went back to desk and showed the staff my reservation for deluxe king and they quickly responded by showing me a correct room. Attentive. Great breakfast. Great Pool. As good a location as you can get in the area as it is convenient to walk into town. Safe.
- Kathryn (10/5): Ideal location for visiting the falls - The hotel is situated in an excellent location! The falls are an easy drive away, plus it is walkable into town and the Tres Fronteras.
- Ayla (10/5): - We spent 3 nights at the Panoramic Grand. The staff was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile. Our favorite way to end each of our days at the falls was watching the sunset on the outdoor patio with a glass of wine. The location is right by restaurants in town and a short walk from the bus station that was convenient for seeing the falls on both sides of the river. We would love to come back and stay here during the summer season.

- Denise (10/5): The IGUAZU place to stay - A lovely hotel in the middle of a tropical forest. The amenities where a surprise, a beautiful pool, restaurant bar and spa area. The staff was exceptionally helpful with tourist information in English because our Spanish is really lacking!! I would really recommend staying here if you visit the falls
- Scott (8/5): Wonderful staff - We, retired couple, stayed 5 days in a river view with balcony room. From the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, one could see 3 countries and 2 rivers. Storage was on closet shelves. Bathroom was large with a bidet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool area is wonderful and has a bar and food service. Breakfast was good and included hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. Inside was a lobby bar which served food and drinks and a more formal restaurant. We used a translate app for the Spanish language menu. Best of all was the service, which was very friendly. Everyone at the hotel greeted you with a welcoming smile. We used the hotel staff to arrange transport to the falls, Airports, Argentina, Brazil, and to Paraguay. Fabian at the desk was particularly helpful. With the present value of the US dollar, our stay was very reasonable and the hotel a great value. One minor suggestion for those whose Spanish is weak, menus in English would be a plus. We thank the staff for a wonderful 5 days.

Hotel is well-located, facing the Iguazu River, restaurants and supermarkets are few minutes away. Would prefer the hotel to provide kettle in the room rather than getting hot water from the bar.

- M0RE2D0 (8/5): - Good: The pool as well as the outside properties and view from poolside is fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Bad: Room was very small only 1 place to put a piece of luggage. Bathroom was also small and the sink plus bathroom fixtures need updating. Bothersome was their green policy, unless you leave the towels on the floor they are not being replaced.

The location may not be what you expect - it’s close to the river but not particularly close to the falls, on either the Brazilian or Argentinian side, and not close to the airport. The bus station is nearby.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice property, service lacking - Nice property right on the river with a lovely view. Our only complaint was the service at the front desk - when we arrived, we asked to book a return airport transfer so that we wouldn't forget. When we checked out, we noticed the transfer wasn't on our bill so we double checked - it had not been reserved. Luckily, we were leaving later that day but that could have been a big issue, as we were tight on time when we came back from a tour. Otherwise, nice stay - make sure to get a drink at the pool bar to watch the sunset!

- barbara (8/5): Nice property in Argentine side of Iguazu Falls - Room was very comfortable and spacious, but we were told they were giving us a river view because we were VIPs and instead we had a room in the back of the hotel with absolutely no view. Restaurant and bar staff were extremely courteous and friendly but slow. Food was excellent and breakfast had a very good variety of items. Pool was nice and Spa is being updated, but services are offered at another location in the hotel. Overall it was a good property to stay at. Very clean and peaceful.

Cold and hot pools to relax after you come back from an exhausting adventure day. Food is also very good at the hotel but there are other options in town 2 blocks away. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly.

There was water damage, the shower head was rusted, the floor mat was full of mold, the water that came out of the shower smelled and was brown. The hotel rooms were completely neglected. Looks like they spent some money to upkeep the lobby but didnt spend any money on the rooms. Also, it is the first hotel that has charged if you did not return the plastic key cards. They wanted $50 per key if you didn't return it. I have stayed at many hotels and have never ever been asked for the key card back and then for them to charge $50 if you didn't is even more ridiculous. Looks like a way to just make money and nothing else! Not a good experiemce and would not recommend or stay there again. The bathrooms were so bad it made me slightly ill to just rinse off since I didnt feel comfortable being in there for more than a few minutes.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is THE hotel to stay while visiting the Iguazu falls. It has the perfect location in town, 5 minutes walking distance to a myriad of excellent restaurants and nice places to stroll around, while it sits on top of a hill overlooking the river (and the old, "haunted" ship) that shields it from the bustle and hustle. The staff is charming. Front desk manager Nancy is a gem, always ready to help you in all ways possible, always with a smile. Puerto Iguazu is more than just the falls, there is good food and nightlife as well (Ristorante La Toscana IMHO is Michelin material!). The best 4 days I've spent in Argentina.
