- Katrin Jana (8/5): - Das Hotel ist angenehm klein und sehr gut geführt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man im absoluten Zentrum wohnen möchte ist das Hotel vielleicht nicht geeignet. Für uns war die Lage ideal. Schön ruhig und dennoch zentral genug um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu kommen. Vaporettostationen S. Basilio und S. Marta je ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

- Sílvia (7/5): Preço demasiado elevado para o que oferece - A localização apesar de ser 30 minutos a pé do centro O quarto fica numa espécie de sótão, com vigas de madeira muito grandes que impedem conseguirmos andar em pé na maior parte do quarto, o banho tem de ser tomado curvado ou deitado o que não é nada confortável, uma das janelas não fechava então entravam mosquitos e ficamos com picadas de mosquitos todas as noites, inclusive tem muitos mosquitos mortos e esborrachados pelas vigas de madeira. Definitivamente este hotel tem um preço demasiado elevado para os cómodos que oferece, pelo menos da nossa experiência que ficamos no último piso.

The room was comfortable and well-kept, with a cozy atmosphere that suited the city’s historic vibe. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot or by water transport. Overall, it was a relaxing stay that captured the essence of Venice well.

- Michael (6/5): - Very traditional Venetian hotel, so don’t expect it to be modern as it isn’t trying to be. Location depends on how you want to get about. It’s a 20 minute walk from the train station and a 30 minute walk to St Mark’s Square BUT only an 8 minute walk to a water bus stop (and a Conad supermarket). And from the water bus stop you can get anywhere including easily back to the train station or St Mark’s Square/Grand Canal. The neighbourhood the hotel is in has nice bars and restaurants. We had beautiful views of the canal from our bedroom windows, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Some silly rules like don’t eat or drink in the room, come on that’s just silly and unreasonable. It’s a hotel! Also the rooms are noisy, you can easily hear the room above very clearly. But that’s just due to the age of the building. It’s very old and not built with soundproofing in mind. Lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful and nice breakfast at a great price. No iron. Unreasonable rules like not eating or drinking in the room.

Room was decorated beautifully. Was fairly clean, besides needing a dusting. Breakfast was great. Room price was expensive.. we were expecting a little more for the price, especially since we stayed in May.. but maybe that is just the price to stay in Venice lol. Staff helped us to arrange a water taxi for the morning and that was quite helpful. Overall lovely stay. Thanks for having us

Super apartament, piękny widok na kanał, dodatkowo pakiety kosmetyków typu balsamy, żele, nawet jednorazowe szczoteczki, kapsułki do kawy Śniadanie 10 euro było pyszne, brakowało warzyw - chociaż pomidora czy ogórka. Szkoda, że jak chcieliśmy jajka to okazało się - że są dodatkowo płatne, jajecznica itp. również. to już wychodzi bardzo drogo, uważam, że ugotowane jajka powinny być w cenie tych 10 euro..
- Susanne (9/5): Sehr schönes ruhiges kleines Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmern. - Die Lage in der Nähe von der Vaporetto Haltestelle S. Basilio (10 min zu Fuß) und in einer sehr ruhigen Gasse in der Nähe der Architektur-Fakultät in Dorsoduro war sehr gut. Ganz ruhige Lage und geräumige Zimmer. Bett super und nicht zu weiche Matratze. Es gibt einige Osterien und eine Cicchetteria in der Nähe, aber das pulsierende Touristenleben ist dann ca. 15 min in Dorsoduro bzw Accademia entfernt, was absolut gut ist. Frühstück war ok aber nicht überwältigend.

Vam caminar a tot arreu des d'alla. Era un 4rt pis sense ascensor. El personal de l'hotel molt agradable, esmorzar correcte pel preu que tenia.

- Ariane (8/5): Un bon petit pied à terre pour visiter Venise, pour des personnes qui savent marcher. - Propre, très calme, à 25 minutes de marche de St Marc (et à Venise, marcher est un plaisir). Commerces et petits restaurants à proximité. Proche de la gare routière et ferroviaire (15 min à pied). Photo = vue du balcon. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée (peu de vaisselle, éponge et draps de vaisselle inexistants). Attention c'est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur mais pas un souci pour nous.

- Donna (7/5): Bit disappointed - Beautiful location in a quiet area We were not allowed to use A/C in April so the room was unbearably hot. We had to open the windows all night but were covered in mosquito bites. I asked staff for a fan but was told there wasn't one. If the hotel will not allow the use of A/C that should be advertised on Booking and they should have alternative equipment to cool the rooms. I booked a double room in the annex but was given a room in the main building with no explanation. On the last day there were ants all over the floor of our room. I advised staff when we checked out so hopefully this will be addressed. Would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The hotel was beautiful and in a brilliant location but being unable to sleep due to heat / mosquitoes really took the shine off of the trip

Breakfast can be ordered upon request. There were ants in our room. It wasn't a big problem, but it was a bit annoying.

La nostra depandance era un ottimo appartamento per 4 persone, con cucina vera e utilizzabile. Arredamento abbastanza demodè, comunque funzionale. I quattro piani a piedi non lo rendono adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità.

- Raul Sanchez Utrilla (7/5): - Reserve uno de los apartamentos individuales, con salon/cocina y habitacion con baño. Amboas estaban muy bien y muy limpias. El baño muy comodo La habitacion tenia dos grandes ventanas en el techo pero no podian abrirse, dejando la habitacion muy oscura

San Marco da benzer bir yürüme mesafesinde Yatak eski rahat değildi.Yastıklar rahat değildi.Yastık isteyince daha iyi yastıklar ilave edildi.Odada sıcak su için kettle olsa.Çay kahve standı olsa iyi olurdu.
- Marcos (6/5): Pudo estar bien pero no - El trato del personal, el baño y su ducha. El Colchón de la habitación estaba en malísimas condiciones. Tuvimos que colocar almohadas bajo la espalda para no clavarnos los muelles. Cuando pagas básicamente por dormir y ducharte, esos dos puntos tienen que estar perfectamente cubiertos en un hotel, esos son lo mínimo. Nos cambiaron la habitación al tercer día pero no debería haber hecho falta que nos quejáramos para cambiar un colchón. Ya digo que es un requisito mínimo que debe estar cubierto.
