• Sandra (8/5): Decent hotel for the price - Friendly helpful staff. Close to many options for eating. Must be near a hospital because sirens were non-stop day and night. It's a bit of a hike from the I.P. Pavlova train station with luggage (we are seniors).
• Leah (9/5): - The room was big, the hotel is well connected to public transportation, the room was quiet (on the 5th floor), the staff was nice No air conditioning available yet because it was too early in the year but the room got warm. Luckily opening the window was fine because we were too high up for any potential street noise.

• Avivit (10/5): Excellent value for money - I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, a couple of days for sighseeing and a conference. The location was excellent as it was jsut about midway between the conference center and the city with easy transportation. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping addressed all requests. Airconditioning and all facilities were excellent. Highly recommended. No complaints

Podría mejorarse mobiliario un poco antiguo, y no cambia precio de 1 a 2 personas .Nada importante.

Tableaux dans la chambre 502 trop noirs et pas du tout romantiques. Manque d'air dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel en général (pas de terrasse, balcon, patio ou rooftop...) Ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles français, même le service Welness n'est pas très accessible (complet). Nous avons commandé un taxi 2 fois depuis l'hôtel, il est arrivé en retard de 15 mns en plus de l'heure prévue et surtout facturé 400 Kc pour le centre ville. Pourquoi ne pas indiquer l'application Bolt, simple rapide et surtout 72 kc pour la même course???

• Stefan (9/5): Good option for a long weekend in Prague - Beautiful staircase. Very friendly staff. Easy to leave the luggage in the storage. Spacious rooms. Bar open until 11pm. Nice varierty of choice for breakfast. Clips to close the curtains. A bit further from the center that we thought. A bit of noise from cars overnight, not a huge problem but better windows could help. Curtains could be less transparent. Some days breakfast room a bit crowdy.

• Uta (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem der Service bei der Hilfe beim parken war sehr gut. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war der Lärm von der Straße, wenn das Fenster auf war. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

• Janeylou7 (10/5): Perfect for us! - Wonderful 4 night stay for my husbands 60 birthday. Sadly leaving today. Hotel lovely, absolutely immaculate. The staff were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We chose half board and the food was fantastic. Breakfast had plenty of options that suited us and the dinners were superb. You certainly won’t go hungry here! Goran in the restaurant was fantastic and so lovely. The hotel is situated next to a very busy road but due to excellent glazing, you don’t hear it unless you have your window open. We always carry earplugs wherever we go so worth taking with you. 2 slight issues were that one shower door kept coming off the rail but fixable and there were also a couple of loose plug sockets. Thank you to all the staff, housekeeping etc who made it such a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend and return!

Sijainti keskustaan pääsi pienen kävelyn jälkeen raitiovaunuilla, eläkeläisiltä matkustaminen julkisilla ilmaista. Huoneet reilun kokoisia, olimme liikenteessä toisen pariskunnan kanssa, joten illalla mahtui huoneissa olemaan ja seurustelemaan (superior). Boogin.com sivuilla kaikki verot sisältyvät hintaan, kaupunkivero kuitenkin veloitettiin jo tullessa hotellin vastaanotossa. (neljä henkilöä 2€/vrk olimme viikon eli 56€)

Quality of the breakfast was disappointing.We stayed in a luxury family suite but no welcoming sparkling wine or pralines just some local still water. We thought the small containers of nuts by the water were included but they cost us €15! No bath robes or slippers. We will return to this beautiful city in autumn but not to a hotel that does not provide full services for Luxury Suites. This hotel could be very good but …..

• Andrew (6/5): It could be a great hotel but ….. - Lovely property, clean and organised. Staff very nice. By an extremely busy, noisy major road 24/07. Did not provide complimentary sparkling wine or pralines for a deluxe suite as stated. Provided complimentary water with a selection of nuts at the side, these turned out to be very expensive items. Breakfast of two mornings was short of cooked items and the one toaster takes 4 minutes.

V kúpeľni bolo dostatok toaletného papiera, tekutého mydla, šampónu. Raňajky boli chutné. Bolo z čoho vyberať. V ponuke bolo, sladké, slané,zelenina, čerstvé ovocie...jedlo stále dopĺňali. Nám chutilo. Personál bol milí, usmievaví. Hotel má dobrú polohu, blízko metra. Za nás spokojnosť. Určite odporúčam tento hotel.

• FionaF753 (8/5): Very comfortable hotel - Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Good location and room was very quiet and comfortable( 4th floor). Only down side was that the room was very warm. I turned the radiator off but still it was warm. The window opened but it was frequently noisy outside (police sirens etc ). The air con was limited to 17 degrees. I would return here.

• 933janeyh (6/5): 60th birthday stay - The hotel was pleasant and clean. Everything was green which I guess was expected being the Green Garden hotel. We booked via easyJet holidays for a 4 night break for a 60th birthday celebration. I booked the hotel due to other reviews and its ’friendly staff’ description. Well I think the friendly staff had left during our stay. I did not find any of the staff friendly during our stay apart from one of the waiters who went off shift for a few days after the first two nights. He was very helpful and gave great advice on the food choices available. The lady who took over in his absence was very blunt and didn’t seem to like her job! The half board menu option is on a two day turnaround so a little repetitive but I have to say it was amazing and very tasty varying from goulash to schnitzels. Sadly on our last evening the hotel had accepted 84 guests for an evening meal, so when we went down at our usual time as half board guests, there was no table available and the whole restaurant had been taken over by a coach of German tourists. It was absolutely chaotic and can only describe it like a scene from ‘fawlty towers’. The staff were very stressed and by the time we received our meal it was cold and the risotto I had ordered was full of salt. Needless to say I didn’t eat it. It was a shame as it had been a decent expected until then. The hotel was approximately 25 minutes by foot to the town which was bearable as the weather was so good with blue skies and no rain. Overall it was an ok stay and comfortable but I would not stay at the hotel again. The bedrooms are really warm but if you open the window it then becomes noisy with traffic. Prayer itself is a very pretty city and I felt very safe as a tourist there.

Labas garšīgas brokastis. Viesnīca atrodas 5 minūtes gājienā no C metro līnijas Pavlova, 22,23, un citu tramvaju pieturas.

Check in was swift & personal (the receptionist greeted me by name) The rooms are as described on the website & the bed was comfy and linen was clean & crisp. The food was amazing, we stayed half board and would highly recommend. The vegetables were clearly very fresh & the meat was of a good standard. (See photos) Drinks were reasonably priced too! Loved the Negroni cocktail 🥃 The hotel is within walking distance of all of the places of interest. We clocked up between 20-30k steps per day. Prague castle Jewish quarter Charles bridge The old Train Station Vysherad Castle Prague old town Astronomical Clock Several very cool bars… etc In our opinion a great place to stay for a 4 night stay in Prague. • Jack (7/5): Nice place to stay, good food and friendly staff. - Lots of choice for breakfast, well stocked and frequently refilled. Should have had a double bed since paid for superior single. Also a bit of a mix up around payment for breakfast, it was unclear as to whether it was included or not.
• Agata (10/5): Hotel fajny , następnym razem na pewno tam się zatrzymamy. - Polecam , lokalizacja super, do centrum 10 min, śniadania pyszne, super obsługa :) Nic do poprawy
