- Tom (3/5): - Location was excellent Felt like it was not clean. The room had damaged elements. It was an exceptionally small hotel room by US standards. The bar was not open. It was being used to store luggage. Curtains torn and tiles missing in the room. Most alarming: I returned and found my key card wasn’t working. I thought I heard noises in the room. I went back to the desk to get a new card. Returned to my room. It appeared some one had used the toilet and failed to flush and the shower door was open in a way I hadn’t left it. Can’t say for certain but I am concerned the room may have been second leased for some purpose and I’m troubled by that

- Haritini (8/5): Very satisfactory - The location was excellent. The view from the room was amazing. The room in general was clean. Clean sheets, towels and bathrooms daily. There where some complementary facilities that where really nice, like the all day coffee, tea and hot chocolate station. The hotel in general was old. There were some specific parts of the room that we found dirty, like the charging station and the remote control.

- Suzanne (2/5): Stay Away! - The location is amazing - so close to everything in Soho. The place is one step up from a dump. They should charge $99/a night. The facilities are gross and old and run down. The sheets smelled so bad I had to put a towel over my pillow to sleep. I also booked separately for 2 nights and they made me move rooms after my first night - even though I offered to "down grade" to a room on a lower floor. It was a big hassle. I am going back to NY at the end of the month and I was going to go back to this hotel but after my experience, I cancelled and booked somewhere else. Stay away!

- Monteiro (10/5): Great location and value. - Location is perfect for everything SOHO has to offer. Easy to subway. Beds were comfortable. I loved that there was free and unlimited bottled water. The tea and coffee facility downstairs was a nice add-on. Nothing that I can think of.

Luggage storage was helpful. Solid experience for the $$. Would have loved a mini-fridge. Wifi and cell service were spotty sometimes.

Pra começar, eles disponibilizam na recepção garrafa de água a vontade para os hóspedes pegarem (sem precisar pedir) e estação de café - isso, além de prático, gerou uma super economia, considerando que cada garrafa de água em NY não sai menos de 3 dólares. Localizado próximo de 2 estações/linhas de metrô diferentes, com mercado (Trader Joe’s), farmácia, opções de restaurantes menos de 5 min de distância. Fica bem próximo as principais ruas do Soho, e 15/20 minutos a pé dos principais restaurantes de West Village. O quarto é bem espaçoso, foi super confortável ficar 11 noites com mala grande, banheiro super bem conservado e bem cuidado (sou crítica quanto a isso), não deixou a desejar em nada!!! A limpeza do quarto era feita diariamente e os funcionários super simpáticos. A recepção guarda as malas sem cobrar nada!! E tem um caixa eletrônico atm na recepção, que é super prático. Indico muito, tornou a viagem mais confortável e inesquecível!!! Gostei de tudo, indico de olhos fechados!!!

- Filippo (8/5): Un hotel turistico ad un buon prezzo in una posizione comoda per visitare la città evitando il caos di Times Square - Si trova in una posizione strategica al limite di Soho e vicina alla metropolitana Una rinfrescata le farebbe bene e la stanza era più piccola di altre strutture visitate a New York (anche se questa era lievemente più economica)

- Abraham (9/5): Excelente ubicación en SoHo uno de los barrios más cool de NYC - La ubicación es excelente en el barrio de SoHo que es uno de los más cool de todo Manhattan. El hotel es un edificio limpio, accesible, cerca de varias estaciones de metro como Canal y Spring, hay varias tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías y boutiques cercanas. También es posible caminar o moverte en bici desde ahí a lugares como el Distrito Financiero, Chinatown, Little Italy, Tribeca, Parque George Washington, etc. Es una excelente opción para hospedarte en tu visita a la gran manzana. La relación calidad precio es buena y las habitaciones están bien, pero son algo reducidas y el colchón de la cama era algo sensible. Alguno que otro enchufe (contacto eléctrico} en la habitación no servía para cargar celulares, cámaras o baterías.

- Ron (9/5): En corazón de Soho- Excelente relación Calidad-Precio - Esta super cerca a estaciones de metro, a nosotros no nos gusta quedarnos fuer de Manhattan, pero tampoco nos gusta lo ruidoso y complicado de la zona del Times Square, entonces este cerca a SOHO es perfecto. Siempre nos toca una habitación con excelente vista a la ciudad.

- Rafael (7/5): Buen hotel para corta estancia - Las zonas comunes eran muy confortables y te ofrecían agua, café e infusiones gratis las 24 horas del día. Eso se agradece bastante. La cama era cómoda. El personal de 10, amable y servicial!! La zona de Canal St. es conflictiva por las noches y en el parque de al lado hay gente que duerme en la calle. Por lo que si tu intención es moverte por la ciudad y llegar tarde, quizás sea algo inseguro. Es cierto que la zona de Soho es muy buena pero no justo donde se encuentra este hotel. Nosotros nos alojamos 7 noches y es cierto que la limpieza de la habitación era bastante mejorable.
