- IFTEKHER (8/5): - Not a good location with the family and kids, as there were lots of bars and night clubs across the roads. Staffs English communication was not satisfactory. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The room cards were not always working properly at the lifts, had to change and report to the reception several times,

- Marcel (10/5): - This hotel was walkable to the main street that has a lot of restaurants and the BTS. The room attendant Aoi was very attentive, polite, and efficient. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. It also had a powerful shower and modern aesthetics with strong and reliable wifi. Breakfast buffet was very good as well with a nice variety of meals with Mexican options as well.

Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and quickly responded to all our needs. Location was very good.. very convenient to many restaurants, transportation and shopping options. We will use this hotel in the future.

Hot food items need to be hotter however. You can order fresh eggs made almost any style for fresh and hot 🔥 A variety of food to suit everyone in the family

It was comfortable and a good size. location was excellent for food and shopping malls. Overall we found this hotel to be good value for money, clean effiecent, breakfast was good although we would have liked to see baked beans to make it a complete english breakfast :)

- Hazel (4/5): - Disappointing stay – not relaxing at all If you’re after a peaceful holiday, this isn’t the place. The resort is full of families and screaming kids — don’t expect to quietly relax by the pool. The walls are paper thin; we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including intimate moments, which was incredibly uncomfortable. We were kept up late by noisy children (starting around 9pm) and a loud fight at the on-site Mexican restaurant that went on till 10:30pm. On top of that, the staff’s English was very limited, making communication difficult — unclear and frustrating Overall, we left feeling exhausted rather than rested.
- JAIME (10/5): - This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff. The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay!

- MAN HO (10/5): - Excellent Family Stay – Highly Recommend We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our children and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully catered to families with children, which made our stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight—safe and enjoyable for both adults and kids, with plenty of space to relax. The location was also a big plus, conveniently close to a shopping mall and other amenities, which made outings easy and stress-free. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower room floor could be quite slippery, especially for younger kids, so a bit more safety padding or grip would be appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

- Pinal (10/5): We will be back! - The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly! The room and hotel was very clean and well kept! We paid a little more to have a room with a washing machine which was a great option and made it easier for our next location (laundry was less thing to worry about). I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the pillows! There were 4 pillows (2 per person) but both too firm and very deep / big! Unfortunately there were no other options so sleep was disturbed. If they would increase the options of pillow firmness that would be great! But not a reason to stop me coming back! Thank you for the great service!!

This is 5 min walk to Emsphere shopping mall. Plenty of options! Only thing is the rooms are not very soundproof, so if you are a very light sleeper, this is something to note. It however did not bother us much, and we would stay here again.

With two kids the room is so spacious and has everything you need. The kids room is just fabulous situated just by the pool where we could relax while the kids were enjoying the kids playroom. The pools is great! Most of all though the staff are amazing! Everyone goes above and beyond and does a great job , from reception to cleaners, bar staff , restaurant staff the doormen! All around fabulous ! We will back! Thank you! ☺️

- Alex (8/5): Great hotel with a challenging location - Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave the hotel, then took the BTS to get back to our room. The proximity to the BTS was the only drawback to staying here, because everything else was pretty perfect. The 60 bhat iced coffees from the restaurant deserve mention as well!

The hotel provides endless amenities for kids - amazing pool & waterslide, free pop corn, happy hour milkshakes, kids club, activities in the room (colouring books, stuffed animals, toys). - Verified traveler (10/5): Bangkok family trip - The property is tucked away on a side street in close proximity to Emsphere and Em district. It was within easy reach to food, shopping and transport. But it was still quiet and you couldn't head much of the noise from the main street. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. One small negative was that the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very kid friendly and the kids club and pool were fabulous additions to entertain and break up the day in Bangkok. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok.

- John (8/5): A very nice hotel on a street with poor access - It was a very nice and spacious suite. The property has a fun little Mexican Restaurant, which is an oddity in Bangkok. The margaritas and tequila were expensive, but the food was surprisingly authentic. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the access to the property - it was dangerous. The street to the property was one lane with 2 way traffic and no sidewalk. If you leave the hotel, just call a taxi to the hotel.
