• monika (8/5): - Die Lobby sehr schön und Rooftopbar auch. Aber immer fehlte irgendwas. Einen Tag gab es weder Bier noch Weißwein keine Zerrodrinks. In der Lobby waren keine Sandwiches. Es gab keine Mikrowelle. Die Türöffnung musste mehrmals nachgestellt werden, die Badezimmer Tür könnte man nur mit Gewalt schießen und nicht abschließen. Aber es hat mir trotzdem gefallen, Zimmer großzügig und Balkon in bester Lage.
• Oriana (6/5): - Tuve una mala experiencia solo con el tema de el servicio que pagué, hice la reserva y me ofrecía el hotel una bebida incluida en la tarifa que pagué, y en recepción me dijeron que no, que es un error de los dueños anteriores y que se servicio ya no se ofrece, así que si leen eso sepan que no hay ni agua para ustedes con la tarifa, me molesta enormemente las ofertas engañosas.

• Thuong Nhu (10/5): - One of my favorite hotels during the South America trip. Staff were very nice & helpful.
• Isabella (8/5): Could have been better - Overall, a very pleasant stay, but the administrative issues under the new owners are evident. There is no coworking space, so I had to work in their café/bar area, where loud music and constant foot traffic made it impossible to work properly. Both my bathroom and the kitchen had leaks, causing flooding and creating a safety hazard. My door had a faulty lock, which meant my roommates and I had to struggle for several minutes every time we tried to open it. The kitchen was equipped with extremely old and dirty utensils, the trash was not taken out frequently and smelled bad, there were no cups available until guests had to ask for them, and cutlery was often in short supply due to the limited number of pieces. On the bright side, all the staff members were very helpful and polite.
• Sophie (8/5): - Great hotel for a quick stop over in Palermo. We had a quad room which was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. Lovely neighbourhood to stroll through.
• Glory (10/5): Excellent but no bathtubs - Lovely place to stay. I had a private room. Bathtub did not work I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same. They have working showers but no working bathrooms. Cafe on site is great. Front desk staff are helpful. Location is perfect. Walking to many restaurants and cafes.
• Lizette (4/5): - The only good thing about this hotel/hostel is the location. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, even at basic interactions like check-in. The property is falling apart. For example, the toilets don’t flush properly and you have to disassemble it every time to get it to flush. The selling point was the rooftop but they had it closed two of the four days we were there. Stay here only if you can’t find anything else in Palermo.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - O hotel é bem localizado. Tivemos um problema que não foi bem encaminhado. Já havíamos passado duas noites lá, sem problemas. Na segunda estadia, apenas de uma noite, o elevador da coluna onde fomos colocados ficou quebrado o tempo inteiro. Eles poderiam: ter nos colocado na outra coluna com o elevador funcionando, ter nos colocado em um andar mais baixo, ter permitido um late check-out. Não fizeram nada disso, não pediram desculpas, não ajudaram com as malas (6° andar).

• Nora (8/5): - I stayed in the all-women's room with three bunk beds. It was comfortable and tidy. My only concern is that the sheets were some kind of polyester/cotton blend. I didn't like the feel, and there may be some health concerns sleeping in polyester. Not sure why they can't be basic cotton. Otherwise, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast options are great.

Dormimos em casa de 4 camas que eram de madeira e faziam barulho a cada movimento nosso. Banheiro também estava precisando de pintura.

No entanto, os quartos compartilhados, por óbvio, necessitam maior atenção sobre a limpeza. 6 pessoas dividindo um quarto e um banheiro (por mais organizado ou sensato que seja) demanda mais limpeza. Deveria ser limpado diariamente. Isso que eu tenho de reclamação. A privada muito suja sempre.
• Samuel (10/5): Good hostel in Palermo - Very modern hostel and good facilities for digital nomads. Prices are set accordingly, too. Some staff were great (night reception for my check-in, people at the bar), but some others I felt like I was disturbing them by saying hello while they spoke with other co-workers... Sometimes, the bathroom was a bit untidy, as the water was coming out of the shower.

• Justine (10/5): - Highly recommend staying at the Selina Palermo when visiting Buenos Aires!! The Palermo Soho area is such a great place to stay to experience BA and be around so many shops, restaurants, bars, and parks within walking distance. The Selina Palermo is like a hostel but still has private rooms, so even though we got our privacy we still had the benefit of being in a place with a downstairs bar, meeting other travelers, enjoying the DJ sets. We were able to rent bikes from Selina to explore the city. All the workers were so friendly - really just an awesome vibe!

• Jasmine (6/5): - The best part about this hostel is definitely the many ways to socialise (they use a hostel whatsapp group), the amazing location and helpful staff. But, it is too expensive for what it is. It isn't that different to other hostels in the area but charges more. The bathrooms are clean but old. There is no terrace or outdoor social space. Breakfast was not included.
• Carlos (8/5): - Si tenía privilegio VIP no me dieron absolutamente nada. Habitación ok, el desayuno muy básico. Lo mejor el ambiente que hay es muy bueno. Lo que más me molestó es que me preocupé de bajar para pedir un taxi con tiempo en recepción, pero la chica que estaba en la mañana le puso poco interés y 20 minutos después me dijo que aún no había podido contactar un taxi. Yo conseguí un Uber en 2 minutos. Pocas ganas de trabajar y mala atención hacia el cliente de esta persona en particular. El resto bien.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - A rede Selina é a uma favorita, mas o Selina Palermo deixa a desejar. Embora a localização seja muito boa, o staff não é muito simpático e a limpeza não é das melhores. No quarto compartilhado a única limpeza é a troca de jogo de cama para o novo hóspede. O banheiro não foi lavado durante a minha estadia, só retiravam o lixo. A recepção/área comum parece uma loja, entulhada de roupas e acessórios à venda, e os itens de alimentação vendidos (água, sucos, sanduiches) custam o dobro que nos kioskos do bairro.

• Timothy (8/5): great service - We were there just one night. Since rooms don’t have phones (or TVs), the night clerk personally came up to knock on our door as a wake-up call, then ordered us a pre-dawn taxi to the airport.
• Shahriar (6/5): Great staff but the hotel needs work - I have very mixed feelings about this hostel and it's mainly because of the last 2-3 days that we were there. They consider themselves somewhat of a coworking space and yet the wifi barely worked while I was there. I missed two important work meetings in one day because the wifi was down the for the entire day. The elevator was not working for 3 days and everyday we got a promise that it will be fixed the next day (it wasn't fixed). We were on 6th floor and it got old really fast going up and down the stairs in hot/humid conditions. The private rooms have also seen better days. The hostel is in need of a fresh paint and just an overall updating. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location in Palermo and has great front-desk staff that are always willing to help you and answer all your questions.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.lets just say the hotel is instagram worthy for the design but Its functionality no. Unfortunately, my experience during my stay was not so great. The elevator broke and was out of service for our entire duration of our stay. We had to go through the stairs across and take the other elevator down, just an inconvenience to do everyday. No hot water for the day as well. The ac hardly worked and blew out air not cold and bed was hard and squeaky. Overall not a bad stay but just the one time we went there were tons of mishaps.

• Lauren (10/5): Great boutique hotel in great neighborhood - This is a really nice boutique hotle in a great area of Buenos Aires. The only negative was we had to ask for more towelsa or during our second staym, there we no towels in the room. But staff was extremely helpful and very flient in English. Loved the neighborhood. Found an excleent restuarnt within a block of the hotel. Would hgihly recommend thisn place.

They had a karaoke night while I was there which was a lot of fun. They even let me keep my luggage in the locker room after my check out. Overall, an amazing experience!

It all starts with the front desk reception team, going though the lobby decoration and more importantly the quality and comfort of the beds. I’ve stayed in a 4 bedroom plus dorm and it has two single beds and both the quality of mattress and the bed linen feels it’s first grade quality. This was what impressed me most as this beds are available both in the dorms rooms and the private ones. Another thing that I was surprised to see what the great staff they have availabe at reception. They are not the grumpy and bored staff that you will find in other youth hostels but interesting and chatty people willing to help you and settle you down easily and efficiently. The location is also very good in the heart of Palermo and within easy reach of many bars, clubs and restaurants. The only thing that could be improved is to locate the basin within a close compartment or within the bathroom. As it stands now, one has to turn on the light and create a bit of noise while using the basin while other guests are resting. Other that than is a stylish and easy to deal hostel. Definitively would stay here again.

From the 3 persons I dealt with all were warm, friendly, chatty and genuinely interested in your stay and to help in anyway they could. Just a great first impression. Good job guys!! The 4 dorm plus was very pleasant - with the best beds I have stayed in a hostel ever and better than most hotels included the bed linen and the super comfy pillow . They have two single beds and one bunk bed (with two beds). They all have a balcony, plenty of locker spaces and plugs, table lamps, like in a standard hotel. The bathroom is also good with shower, shampoo and conditioner provided. Not the towels though. You can hide them for 150 pesos and they return you 110. I was not able to take advantage of the facilities but they seemed good and they have a rooftop bar with a free drink included at 18:30 so guest can mingle together. I would definitively stay here again. The dorms are a great value!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved the lounge/common area downstairs with a bar and restaurant. Super nice energy and vibes, great for working and chilling. The rooms were great, loved how private each bed was with its positioning and the curtains. And the rooftop area is just superb. Perfect view for the sunset and having some night fun without needing to go out.
