• Richard (7/5): The location & stay is overall satisfactory, but would have been better with future improvements. - Metro station, bus stops, boulangeries, cafes and supermarket are located within 8-10 mins walk from hotel. There is also a carrefour supermarket which is a 5 mins walk from hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet but safe. The lift was out of service and the luggages were carried up via the stairs. The fittings in the room looks dated and there is only 2 electric sockets in the room which is located on the writing desk. The sink in the toilet is narrow and washing up is a challenge. There are no hooks near the bath shower to hang a change of clothes and bath towel.

Cleanliness. - The zero-waste toiletries and high pressure shower - The safe available in the room. - Great buffet breakfast, and lemon water jugs accessible throughout the day. - Classy and beautiful common areas. When I checked in at the hotel late in the evening, I was told that the elevator was out of service and my room was located on the 6th floor! I had booked this hotel because they had an elevator as I had a large and heavy suitcase so I was a little frustated about this at first. However, the staff offered to bring my suitcase up to my room the next morning as the desk person was alone and also offered me a complimentary breakfast as a compensation. Despite this inconvenience, they handled this unforeseen incident quite well. The sewer smell from the bathroom. However it went away after opening the window. The water temperature in the shower was sometimes unpredictable and could pose a burning hazard. A kettle in the room to make tea would be a nice addition.

Le personnel est très accueillant et la chambre joliment décorée. La salle de bains est très bien, la douche spacieuse, les serviettes très grandes et douces. Les horaires du petit déjeuner sont très appréciables (jusqu'à 10h30) et le buffet est très varié (du salé, du sucré), avec des produits de qualité. Rien, tout était parfait

The location is good, the hotel is old, but clean and nice. The bad thing is payment terms: we selected payment upon arrival, instead we have been charged the entire amount the day before check in and some weird guarantee payment which was never mentioned anywhere.

• Aleksandra (10/5): - The hotel exceeded our wildest expectations! From the moment we arrived, exceptionally friendly and professional staff were waiting at the door. Luggage can be left in the storage room if needed. Our room was waiting for us even before check-in! It was clean, large, bright and warm. It had air conditioning and a thermostat, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on outside our homes, and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom: small but comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious shower tray. The room was cleaned daily, with the sheets and towels changed as well. The water quality was also noteworthy. It didn't dry out our skin or cause breakouts. We'll happily recommend this place to friends.

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional service, staff and location - Not too far of a walk to the metro which made it easy to explore. The neighborhood was not full of tourists but locals. The elevator is extremely small and was down one day of our stay. It was a climb going to the sixth floor.

The only cons were the fact that when we initially entered the room, the desk was covered in ants, though once opening the window to allow cooler air, the ants went away for the rest of our stay. I think the fact that it was hot, made the ants appear because the hotel was very clean. The other downside is no AC. Other than that, the staff was very English friendly and I had no other issues.

Right on the main metro line to get you anywhere you need to go in the city Water pressure in the shower was lacking. The heater was still “on”, so the room was a little too warm for my preference. Breakfast was convenient, but not worth the $ with so many good bakeries and cafes in the neighborhood.

• DerUral out of Zone (10/5): Immer wieder Super Aufenthalt bei Euch - Das war bereits mein 8. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ich wähle es jedes Mal ganz bewusst als meine Nummer 1! Der Aufenthalt war wieder rundum super. Der Service ist hervorragend, das Frühstück fabelhaft und reichhaltig, und auf individuelle Wünsche wird stets eingegangen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer werden täglich gepflegt, das Bett gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Besonders positiv möchte ich hervorheben, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist – wir kamen um 3 Uhr nachts zurück, und auch da war das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist außerdem angenehm ruhig, kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Schade, dass das Hotel selbst keinen Parkplatz hat. Uns wurde aber ein Parkhaus empfohlen, das nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war und auch sehr zu empfehlen ist.

• rajrohitreddy (6/5): Decent but not great - The hotel is pretty old and there's foul smell in the bathroom. Rooms can get stuffy and you need to keep the windows open. But that's the case with almost all hotels in Paris. Water in the shower can vary between extreme hot and cold and you have to be very mindful or you'll end up burning your skin. Giving 3/5 instead of 2/5 because the staff is very kind and attentive. But there's only so much they can do when there are issues out of their hand.

Also she prepared some nice surprises - more than 10 Easter chocolate eggs for my 7-year old son! Location is also very nice, located in a quiet and safe residential area where you can find the metro and buses within 10-min walking distance!

The property is NOT SAFE at all ; they have a policy that you have to leave the room key to the reception whenever you are going out of the hotel .. I booked from 17th March to 20th (3nights) only since I’m going to Zurich, Switzerland for 2 nights and coming back to Paris for another day before going back to my home based country ; so I decided to stay for a night again on the 22th March with Ms. Zoreh giving me a good discount ….A day before I m travelling back to Paris ; I opened the booking .com app to check my 1 night booking but I cannot see it so I was thinking that it was just a continuation of my previous stay so maybe she did not put it on the hotel’s computer system anymore; On my return back to Paris I bought a Tissot watch at Zurich Duty Free at the Airport. I arrived past 5pm at Hotel Chatillon …tooked the key from the receptionist with the name sounds like Mina then headed to my room ; same room that I stayed for 3 nights; since I was hungry already; I hurried and placed my passport & extra money on the room’s Safe but the Tissot watch , I decided to keep it my small bag which I have locked …. When I came back to my room past 9 o clock already , I immediately check on my watch to fit it, I opened the padlock which I have put on the small back to secure it but my surprised my watch is not inside the box ; it was stolen then I immediately checked on my other hard luggage and saw that it was forcefully opened because He/she cannot opened because of the Pin Code number I used ; I immediately told the receptionist( the one on duty is a man already )and told him that i lost my watch and my other luggage was forcefully opened ; he said he will report it to the manager and it’s their 1st time to have an issue like that …. Also the door knob of my room was not broken ; ; So 100%, when I went out and gave the receptionst the room key …. that person immediately went to the room and stole the watch & forcefully opened my other luggage ..

• spencerh781 (10/5): Divine - Having come to Paris since the 1960s I thought this kind of small, comfortable, traditional hotel, within my price bracket, no longer existed. Happily, when I came here for the first time in 2025 I discovered that I was wrong. Here you will find an attractive bedroom, with a comfortable bed, a good shower room, enough room to store your clothes, and a surface to work on your laptop. The front desk is always staffed 24/24, and breakfast is brilliant and reasonably priced. Stay here happily like I do!

Guests are required to leave their key at reception when going out, yet there is no proper verification when someone asks for a key to a specific room. In practice, this means anyone could simply request a neighboring room’s key and walk right in. This is a major flaw that the hotel needs to address immediately.
