• samir (3/5): - Purtroppo l'hotel che fa i lavori di manutenzione e tagliaferri alle 8 non rispetta gli ospiti,alle 8.20 per forza ti svegli,ci potevano,mettere in altri piani visto che era mezzo vuoto,i bagni puzzano che manca il cambio d'aria,e non capisco perchè hanno rifiutato di darmi un'altra chiave per la stanza anche se l'addetto era molto gentile ma non mi è mai successo.l

Con questa problematica (NON DA POCO) è in 4 (quattro) anni di seguito che mi reco presso detta struttura che mi ritrovo a combattere. Questa volta anche se subito segnalato il personale non è stato in grado mdi risolvere il problema e tantomeno sono stati in grado di sostituirmi la camera. Complessivamente tutto a posto a parte il solito problema del malfunzionamento del sistema di aspirazione preposto nei servizi igienici. • Kim (1/5): Not value for Money!!!!! - That it was near to the shopping centre The AC made noises after every 30 seconds, which we complained about. We were then shifted to another room, same problem. Came and stayed 5 night and I have not slept at all due the sound of AC. Even we turned off the AC still made the noises. Breakfast at the hotel is not good, please please don’t add it to your booking, lack of selection and little flys there.

• jamtrailsa (4/5): Doesn't live up to 4 stars - Definitely not a 4 star hotel. They charged us €37 extra for 2 nights in city tax. It is located next to a supermarket and you use the busy car park out front. There was a loud, buzzing noise in both our suites that went off every 15 to 45 seconds. They said they had never heard of it before and would investigate. I wrote an email about it, never got a reply. Aircon can either be on 17° and max, or off. Wifi unreliable. Not worth the money.

Per - Ottimo personale, camere comode, silenziose. abbiamo cenato all’arrivo, buon menù e buona cena. Prezzo giusto porzioni abbondanti Perdita alla doccia, l’asciuga capelli non funzionava (segnalato e non ho capito se è stato riparato o non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare io); stipite non in buono stato, telecomando del condizionatore mal funzionante. Certamente la colazione da rivedere: frutta sciroppata in piena estate e yogurt distribuito con la macchinetta. Ho scelto quello alla fragola e dopo l’erogazione dello yogurt bianco la macchinetta ha aggiunto il colorante aromatizzato alla fragola. La parte più negativa del soggiorno.

• gregoryhD8220BE (8/5): Time in Rome - The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The one issue I had was the 'Control' over the air conditioning unit in my room. When we arrived, the room was extremely hot and on the west side of the hotel receiving the hot evening sun. I tried to turn the a.c. down to help cool the room and nothing happened. I discovered I could not adjust the temperature up or down. I went down to the front desk and asked about it and was told very bluntly, 'It's set to stay on that temperature.' I said, what do I do if it remains to hot, 'It's set to stay that way and that's where it stays.' I said, so what if it gets too cold, and again, I was bluntly told 'Turn it off.' I understand and respect being conservative with energy, but when paying for a hotel room, I don't think the hotel should be able to tell me what my comfort level will be and if I don't like it, basically, too bad. Other than this issue, I really liked the hotel.
