Mario (7/5): Ganz gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal - Das Hotel war recht zentral zu den Fährterminals gelegen (was für uns ausschlaggebend war, da wir einen Tagesausflug nach Macau geplant hatten), das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber, beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei, unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen wurde auch nachgekommen. Wir hatten extra nach einem nicht so kleinen Zimmer gesucht und deshalb ein Zimmer mit 26 m2 gebucht. Allerdings war das Zimmer so verbaut, dass trotz der angegebenen Grösse kaum Platz für die Koffer war und man ständig darüber steigen musste. Ausserdem war ausser im Badezimmer, kein weiterer Spiegel vorhanden.

cosmin18 (9/5): Great hotel to stay in Hong Kong - Really nice hotel. We were given a room at the upper floor, so we had a great view of the city. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and the room was quite comfortable. The aircon blows directly on the bed. Something should be done about that.

Noam (8/5): - The service provided by the staff was good and professional. the location in is great - Sai ying pun is a great area and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the mtr station. My room was big and comfortable. I had a harbor facing room and the noise was terrible, I was surprised that the hotel did not install noise cancelling windows. also, there is no decent coffee machine in the rooms which is a shame.

Ashish (6/5): Nice location, not good for vegetarians. - Being a Global Brand Marriot, the vegitarian options in buffet and dinner were very limited. In dinner the manager could only find two options for us to eat. That was off. Staff was very polite and even they give the room before time. Options for vegetarians.

MrPhileasF (8/5): Well priced and good service - Courtyard Hong Kong is located on Hong Kong island about a 40-minute drive from the airport, HKG. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and Central bus station and you have the tram and buses just outside the hotel. The MTR is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has a small lobby with the reception and the concierge desks. On the 2nd floor is the restaurant as well as the breakfast, and on the 6th floor is a small gym and the executive lounge, which does food and drinks from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The rooms are big in Hong Kong measures, and well planned. Make sure you get a room facing the harbour for the best views. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near the hotel, however if you are looking for something different then take the tram to Central. Overall a good hotel for exploring Hong Kong.

Suat Yen (9/5): Wonderful stay - Comfortable room size. Bay window is just nice for luggage. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Almost 5 star in terms of room stay. Also love the water dispenser in the room. Twin room has very nice harbour view. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Water pressure of shower is too weak. Would be better if it is nearer to mtr station.

malcolm (8/5): this hotel is in a great position , clean and family friendly - the breakfast restaurant was very clean , had a fantastic choice of western and Asian food, top marks , the staff were very friendly, our room was fantastic with a great view no complaints , their were other facilities at the hotel which we do dint make use of. the hotel is very close, two minute walk to many good restaurants such as Indian, steak house , Asian food , very close to the tram system so really easy to get around cost 22p each. disappointed didn't have a bar , we were out all day and wanted to relax in the hotel a couple of drinks, but no bar although it was advertised as having one. would have preferred a separate restaurant other then the breakfast restaurant

Alan Lim (6/5): - The harbour view from our room was good. Level 24 room (corner suite) on our second night was more spacious. We were given a room with harbour view on level 9 - we could hear traffic noises all the time and it got even louder during the night and wee morning. We had to ask for a room change and was given a room on level 24 (also harbour view) - the noise level was much lower.
Aura Walker (6/5): Hong Kong, Courtyard by Marriott - The inclusive breakfast buffet was very good. The harbor view was great. The bathroom was clean and nice. You had the option to pull a privacy screen down to see the harbor view from the bathroom too. The view was pretty cool. My bed sheets were dirty. I had to have housekeeping come up and put new sheets on before I used the bed. I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door and they went into our room while we were out, to put someone else's suitcase in there despite the do not disturb sign on the door!!! I had to call the front desk to come get the random suitcase. They offered me no compensation for my troubles. The staff seemed a bit frazzled and overworked.

AbsoluteZeroKelvin (10/5): Excellent Product - Stayed 4N in the hotel. Getting via the Airport Bus was easy, dropping a short walk away at Queen's Road West. The hotel is situated a short tram ride from Central where all the flashy shops and restaurants are located. But the area surrounding the hotel is more local - dim sum shops, tea houses (cha chaan teng) and restaurants. It's also next to the waterfront where you could walk for kilometers along the promenade. The hotel lobby is always busy but the staff are not faszed and always have a smile for you. As a Platinum, I was given a corner room with views of the hills. The AC was cold, beds comfy and WiFi strong. There is a small club lounge (surprising for a Courtyard) serving a simple selection of food and alcoholic drinks at happy hour. Breakfast was extensive with 2-3 local dishes (like Hk instant noodles with luncheon meat). Getting around was easy, with MTR, Bus and Tram all within a stone's throw away. Will be back.

12gayey (10/5): Stunning view and friendly staff - The hotel is in a very good location and has a wonderful view of the harbor and marina. You can easily get everywhere from here. There are bus and tram lines nearby. Walking from the hotel to the ferry wheel is a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are much more spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong, and they are always clean and tidy. The bed is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The staff are always very polite, helpful, and friendly. Concierge Holly, in particular, was very helpful to us. He was always warm, smiling, and kind. I am happy that I stayed here during my trip to Hong Kong. I am considering staying here again on my next trip.
michee3333 (4/5): Strange/uncomfortable - Strange/Uncomfortable experience. I will start with the positive. Most of the staff were gracious, helpful and welcoming. The executive suite was a good size. The Concierge floor was a great edition for coffees, drinks and one evening a snack. The restaurant, MOMO offered every type of food for breakfast and well executed. We had an issue with towels of all things. After a day of touring we came home to a note to call management. Apparently several towels had makeup stains and the manager wanted to charge us 700 Hong Dollars for a few cheap towels!! We have one day left and I am nervous to wash my sunscreen off my face..at my hotel. In all our years of loyal travel and being happy with Marriott/Bonvoy this was the most absurd/outrageous situation.

I was a first time visitor to Hong Kong and I particularly appreciated the patient staff who answered my numerous questions about how to get around, how to get a taxi, etc etc. It made it much easier for me to manage
Cordelia (8/5): - The room that I stayed in, Room 2306, was very nice and clean with a beautiful view, The food available during breakfast time was good. The staff at the reception counter were helpful, efficient and professional. The staff at the MoMo Cafe do require more training. While they were courteous and pleasant in their manner, they lacked experience. For example, during the breakfast buffet on the first two days of my four day stay, my untouched or unfinished food/drinks were taken away from my table during the two minutes when I went back to the buffet counter to get some more food or drinks. When I came back to my table, all food and drinks previously left untouched or unfinished at my table were taken away. I had placed my utensils accordingly to indicate that I had not yet finished my food and my drinks were untouched, but unfortunately everything was taken away so I had to go back up to the buffet counter to get the same food and drinks one more time. Thereafter I was vigilant and watched out for staff eager to clean my table whenever I got up to go to the buffet counter and I once had to remind a staff member that I was not yet finished and to not touch my food plate. This is particularly a problem when a customer a travelling solo with no other person sharing their table to watch out. It would be appreciated if the staff could be reminded to pay attention and wait until they truly believe that a customer has finished their meal and has left the restaurant before clearing up a table, unless of course if the staff have explicit agreement from the customer to take away food and drinks. There is an etiquette for how customers should place their utensils when they have to leave their table momentarily but have not yet finished their food - staff should pay attention to this. Austin (7/5): Good rooms. Good gym. But rooms need better soundproofing against noisy guests. - Nice rooms, nice bed, nice lighting, nice bathrooms. A family (2 adults + 2 children) down the hallway kept their room door open nearly at all times during hours they were awake and were very noisy. The sound permeated through the door to my room. The sound proofing on room doors is insufficient. Television reception to certain channels (CNN) just didn't work at all during the stay. The Saturday evening around 10pm in the gym, the water dispening machine was empty. I exercised for an hour (brought my own water). Didn't see anyone refill it.

Venture25227659638 (10/5): Affordable to be in central and good location. - The hotel is located on other side of the bay and nearby the Kennedy town. During our check in at early evening and the team welcome us, their friendly and on point with explanation of the hotel. There is a good dining option outside of the hotel, 2 convenient store nearby and few option for dinner. Meanwhile day time more options for breakfast and lunch. The access to the tram is nearby and airport bus stop is in front of the hotel. There’s various option either by walking or public transportation getting to central or Kennedy town. Overall it was a good experience and wonderful stay.

Small refrigerator that worked well. A water purifying machine delivered room temp, warm or hot water for instant coffee. Very helpful concierge who assisted us. The front desk also changed money for us. One night the restaurant was closed to guests as it was used for an outside group.

tanp2018 (8/5): Safe and Convenient Location with Excellent Service - I stayed at this hotel after a late business meeting and felt completely safe walking around the area by myself. While most shops close around 10:00 p.m., there are still some great local restaurants and dessert spots nearby. A special mention goes to Holly at the concierge desk. His English was excellent, and his customer service truly stood out—something that can be rare in Hong Kong. Holly went above and beyond by helping me carry my heavy shopping bags, and I’m very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. The room was small, which is typical for Hong Kong, but I found it a bit stuffy—likely due to the high humidity. The hotel does provide a dehumidifier, though it didn’t make much difference for me. Overall, the location and service were great, and Holly’s assistance made my stay much more pleasant.

Astrid (9/5): - Great area, near water and lovely residential area. Quiet.. Dark at night; good curtains and not many appliance safety lights. Good air quality and adjustable air con. (Fresh air would be great but I could not find a hotel in Hong Kong that had openable). It would be good if the cups were washable and not disposable. This avoids waste and unnecessary resource use
