• Lea (8/5): Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds - Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’ensemble du personnel est très agréable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Nous avons tout fait à pieds ou presque. 15 min à pieds de la basilique saint pierre, 10 minutes du Vatican, 25 minutes du centre historique. Le Colisée n’est qu’à 15 minutes en métro et la station se trouve à 2 minutes de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Rien de vraiment négatif à reporter si ce n’est que nous avons dû batailler un peu pour obtenir la chambre que nous avions réservée. Les premières chambres que nous avons eu n’avaient absolument rien à voir avec les modèles proposés sur booking (anciennes, mal équipée). Mais tout a été réglé en quelques heures.
• Daleska (1/5): They’re thousands of better options that are mold free and on the same price range. - The location was the only good thing. But the overall place is a scam. They misrepresented the listing and their bathrooms are full of mold. They put me on an annex building two blocks away and which looked nothing like the original place, or what I thought I was booking. This address also wasn’t shared before by Booking.com. Only the original hotel address. Which made it harder to get to with the luggage and Ubers. They offered to change me to the original building or to another room on the annex building but they were all mold infested or not worth the struggle of changing our luggage. Which they didn’t even help with. Bathroom were full of mold. Truly. See the pictures, they admitted it. I would like a partial refund, this was a complete missed representation of what I booked and I could have chosen a way better place for the same amount of money or even less. I only stayed because I wasn’t going to loose half a day changing accommodations while I was on vacation and due to a misleading site.

• Massimo (10/5): Super Soggiorno Romano - Ottima camera, pulizia perfetta, insonorizzazione super. Scuri alle finestre di ottima fattura. Personale gentilissimo molto empatico. Forse unico neo la mancanza del bidet nel bagno.
• Richard (9/5): - Lovely breakfast terrace area. Rooms cleaned daily. Organised well, working lifts, decent location near a metro but easily walkable to Vatican City or longer to tennis and town. Even some tv channels in English! Taxis are looking to rip you off sometimes. 3 decent ones but then a guy who put €38 into a phone display but the meter which was half covered over showed €11.70. Nothing to do with the hotel though. Here the shower cubicle was a little small for a big guy, but it all worked okay. Rooms are not expansive but it is Rome.

• Martin (9/5): Víkend v Ríme. - Lokalita je výborná, je tichá, ale blízko dobrých reštaurácií a Anjelského hradu, blízko, ale máte väčšinu pamiatok Vatikánu. Hoteli nebol hluk, jedine čo si spomínam bol pár vo vedľajšej izbe, ktorí dal všetkým ráno vedieť čo si dopriali :D Personál na recepcií veľmi milí. Izby boli veľmi pohodlné a moderne vybavené. Čistota výborná. Raňajky boli slabšie, predtým sme boli v lacnejšom hoteli v Kalábrií a raňajky boli oveľa lepšie aj výberom aj chuťou. Vyvážilo to, ale krásne prostredie terasy s výhľadom.

• Samantha (3/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - Location was good and close to the metro. The hotel is also in a safe place and feels fairly central / not too far from the Vatican. Hotel had bad aircon, my room had zero aircon and was so hot, opened the windows and had spiders in my room all stay. The aircon was fixed the next day but the hotel first lied saying the intentionally had it off given they consider May as “Winter” then when I said id ask other guests if they had their aircon off too (it was approx 28 degrees Celsius) they amended and said my room had faulty aircon and nothing they could do until the next day, there was no offer of reimbursement or even a sorry for the lies and inconvenience of a very hot room.

• Juan (8/5): Une bonne base pour visiter Rome. - A l’accueil, Thierry était chaleureux et très avenant, plein de bons conseils pour notre séjour. L’hotel est très bien situé pour visiter Rome. Les chambres de l’hôtel principal et de l’annexe étaient très confortables. Dans l’annexe il est impossible de sortir sans les clés (3 clés). Cela pose un problème quand on est deux car il n’y a qu’un jeu de clés, sans compter que cela pourrait être dangereux en cas d’incendie par exemple. Le wifi de notre chambre située dans le jardin ne passait pas. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas au niveau de ce qu’on peut attendre en Italie.

• Hugo (8/5): Bien positionné et au calme. - Son positionnement à un jet de caillou de la station Lepanto et de la qualité de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Aussi, le fait que l’hôtel soit à Prati est bien parce que la rue est calme et nous ne sommes pas réveillés par le tumulte des touristes et des valises à roulettes. Il n’y a pas de loquet de fermeture intérieure des porte. Pour ma conjointe cela n’a pas apporté un sentiment de sécurité.

Onneksi pystyi pitämään ikkunaa auki, mutta kun olimme ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ei ikkunaa uskaltanut jättää auki poissa ollessa. Suihkukoppi pieni ja ei käsisuihku mahdollisuutta. Jos herkkäuninen niin ääneneristys ei mitenkään hyvä.

• Petra (8/5): Ajánlom másoknak. - Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, kiváló elhelyezkedés, minden könnyen megközelíthető. A reggeli teraszáról nagyon szép a kilátás a városra. A szoba tiszta, a takarító srác nagyon aranyos. Ha étel maradt nálad (pl dobozban) azonnal megjelentek a pici hangyák és mindent elleptek. A párna kényelmetlen, vastag takaró csak pléd van, alapjáratok egy lepedőt raknak csak az ágyra (ez április eleje). A reggeli minden reggel ugyanaz.

• patrick (9/5): Agreable. - L’emplacement , la tranquillité , La terrasse Mélangeur et pas mitigeur dans la douche . Pas de douchette . Chambre un peu petite autour du lit .

• Nicole (8/5): Zentral, sauber und gemütlich - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann von hieraus alles wichtige erlaufen, bspw. den Vatikan in 15min. Wer lieber fährt, für den ist die Metrostation in 5min erreichbar. Sehr gefallen hat mir die übersichtliche Größe und der Preis. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, dass hier viele bemerken, dass es unpersönlich oder gar heruntergekommen ist. Mein Einzelzimmer im Hauptgebäude war sehr schön gepflegt. Alles, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt, da man hier auch nur schläft. Es war sauber, das ist wichtig. Das Bett war bequem und die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist Standard und nach dem 4. Mal etwas eintönig. Aber man wird satt und alles ist frisch. Für die Delikatessen ist die Stadt dann da.

• Camilla (7/5): Ottima posizione ma camere datate - Terrazza splendida, colazione buona nella media. Posizione comodissima molto vicina alla metropolitana e reception 24 ore su 24. Stanze un po' datate, il copriletto aveva qualche macchia, lo scarico del Wc non funzionava bene, le pareti sono un po' scrostate. Elementi che rendono il rapporto qualità-prezzo (non economico) non ottimale.
• Holger (8/5): - Wir waren für einen viertägigen Städtetrip dort und die Lage des Hotels ist dafür ideal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und waren stets sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und hat uns gut gefallen. Im Bad hätten wir uns noch ein paar zusätzliche Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten gewünscht.

• Luca (8/5): - Camere pulite e funzionali anche se non particolarmente grandi, posizione centrale, abbastanza silenziosa e molto vicina alla fermata della metro Lepanto. Colazione nella norma anche se meriterebbe un po' più di varietà e freschezza dei prodotti per il livello ed il tipo di hotel.
• Ádám (9/5): Well connected location with nice terrace - Small hotel near the Vatican. The room was renovated recently. It was nice and clean. The terrace on the top of the hotel is great location for breakfast. In general the hotel interior could be renovated here and there.

• Rosie (6/5): - Good location, beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast, helpful staff My only issue is that the aircon doesn’t work before May - I booked the accommodation on the basis that there would be working aircon for my toddler, which was frustrating. Not the end of the world but I would have booked somewhere else if this had been clearly explained within the description.
• Desislava (5/5): - Clean room, friendly staff Overall the stay did not meet our expectations. The room was quite small and felt dull, possibly due to the grey wall color, and it didn’t seem very well maintained (there were visible chips in the walls). The bed was very uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, and we didn’t sleep well during our stay. There was a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but since it had no roof, it wasn’t very usable when it rained. We were visiting to celebrate a birthday, which we had mentioned in advance, but unfortunately this wasn’t acknowledged in any way. Even a small gesture would have made a difference. The location is good, but considering the overall experience, we would likely choose a different hotel on our next visit.

• Levente (7/5): - Az elhelyezkedés, közel van a metró megállóhoz. Az alagsorban kaptunk szobát, az ablak mellett a légkondicionáló külső egysége, ami nagyon hangos volt. Kilátás semmi. Három ágyas szobában voltunk. A falakról potyog a vakolat. Az étteremben nagyon egyszerű reggeli. Az elhelyezkedésen kívül más előnye nagyon nincsen.
• Eleanor (4/5): The D- Place - The location is great, super close to the Vatican and in walking distance. The neighbourhood is up an coming so its cheap but lots of places to eat! It was cleaned every day. I feel like this was not the property advertised on the images. I knew we would be in an 'annex' but its essentially an apartment round the corner they converted into rooms so we were up 4 flights of stairs and the room was bizarre. The layout was super confusing, our TV was facing a wall no where near the bed so we ended up moving it. It was semi-clean when we got there but it was cleaned every day. The bed was poor and not comfortable and the whole place looked cheap and not like the pictures at all. I really would have booked somewhere else if I'd have known as it spoiled an important trip. The final kick in the teeth was that they charged us 17E for using the water in the fridge despite there being no signs to say this was chargeable. You'd have thought at least they could have left free water!
• SArah (9/5): - Le logement est petit mais bien organisé. Son plus est la grande terrasse qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur et de la vue imprenable sur le Parthénon. L'environnement est calme. Des commerces à proximité. La literie agréable. La communication avec les loueurs pas toujours réactive et le manque de certaines instructions (comme pour les déchets par exemple) peut être gênant. A noter, la boite à clé (il y en a plusieurs sur le mur) est District.
• Anna (5/5): - We liked the location of the hotel. Breakfast was a very uniform, small choice and tasteless. Coffee was terrible!!! From the 5 days we stayed in the hotel, there was no warm water, only a cold shower could go. There was no ventilator in the bathroom. Sound insulation terrible, sleeping at night couldn't, because the neighbors disturbed! There was no cups or glasses in the hotel room.
• Roberto (8/5): Recomendable para visitar Roma - Buena ubicación, zona muy tranquila para descansar después de hacer turismo. Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y algún supermercado para comprar lo que necesites. Tiene la parada de metro de Lepanto muy cerca, y dando un pequeño paseo llegas con facilidad a Castel Sant Angelo. El desayuno estaba bien, buffet con un poco de todo. La zona donde sirven el desayuno es pequeña, se llena con facilidad, sobre todo cuando hace frio. Tiene una gran terraza que imaginamos que en verano hace que la gente se distribuya mejor.

• Kai (6/5): Nach Zimmerwechsel war es okay - Die Lage ist super, perfekt um zu Fuß zu starten. Trotzdem sind viele Restaurants in der Gegend, obwohl es ruhig ist. Die Dachterrasse kann bei gutem Wetter ausgezeichnet zum Frühstück genutzt werden. Das erste Zimmer, das wir hatten, war weniger komfortabel. Es war kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht und es gibt nur einen Deckenüberwurf, keine richtige Decke. Wir konnten nach Beschwerden wechseln und hatten ein besseres Zimmer, das jeden Tag gemacht wurde.
