- Jennifer (10/5): - Beautiful property and very clean. A bit of a long walk from the subway and through the mall. If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with tons of options and a variety of international cuisines. We loved it! The staff is what makes this place amazing! The late night front desk employee was so kind and sweet. I booked an extra night because I had a 4am flight. At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag because they said we were going to miss breakfast at the hotel because of the early flight. It was filled with fruits, baked goods, water, and juice! So thoughtful!! And it was more delicious than what was served on the airplane! Thank you again for your kindness and consideration. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

- Zhengping (6/5): Only Location - Location excellent, connected to CentralWorld on the L7 and Lobby at L23. Up to L42 is normal room and higher is club FL. Welcome drink on L54 not much view. Bad side, they are using low quality toilet tissue and no electronic bidet. Walking to Big-C or Train are quite a distance due to mall too big. Big-C thru H&M will be fastest. Breakfast limited of choices, and they don't change much everyday (no Thai curry only Arab veg curry). Some hotels(Terminal 21) offer daily changes to selected items. Overall, price high but quality provided not up to value. Only Plus point location.

Room service varied between two nights with the same dish, one night the tuna nicoise was perfect and the second night it was almost a different dish. Other than this would recommend.

The overall experience was exceptional — from the warm hospitality of the staff to the well-maintained facilities, everything made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport. The service stood out the most — every staff member I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The only minor issue I noticed was with the in-room TV, which had a slight white glare on the screen. It didn’t affect my overall experience much, but I believe it’s something the hotel can look into to further enhance guest comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend Centara Grand at CentralWorld for anyone visiting Bangkok. It delivers both luxury and convenience, backed by truly excellent service. I would gladly stay here again.

- Duke (10/5): - Centara Grand at CentralWorld was the ideal hotel for my family of 4; We stayed in the executive suite which included club lounge access - the food there was amazing all day long and the service was amazing - from the cooks to the wait staff to the head (Mr. M?). Location of the hotel can't be beat - it's right next to CentralWorld shopping mall and within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Central, MBK. If you get a chance to stay at Centara Grand, do it - you won't regret it.

- Jessica (10/5): Amazing stay! - Amazing stay! Ended our Thailand trip with a stay at Centara Grand as recommended by my friend. Originally was supposed to end our trip at another hotel but decided to change hotels after having an ok experience at the other hotel. So glad we made that decision! after reading many reviews, I anticipated getting checked in at 3pm or later (which was fine because we had plans anyways).. but there was actually a room available when we arrived at 1230p. We were able to check in quickly. The room was big (compared to other hotels in Bangkok). Bed was very comfortable as well and bathroom was big! We actually ended up booking an extra night since our flight was not until late that evening and late check out would cost more than booking another night. They did however offer complimentary late check out at 1400. 10 min walk to Siam Paragon and connected to CentralWorld. So close to amazing food and shopping. Definitely will stay again when we come back.

- Si Yi (10/5): - Connectivity - connected to Centralworld (though you would need to take 1 lift to level 23 and then connect to another lift to bring you to level 7 and then walk through the carpark to get to Centralworld) About 5-10min walk to Siam BTS Being near to Centralworld meant that shopping and dining options were plentiful. However the traffic leading out of the hotel was bad most of the time. Do factor in extra time if you're taking a taxi or private hire. Room was spacious and clean, no complaints there. Pillows were on the soft side.

The only complaint I would say is at times it takes forever for the elevator/lift to become available, sometimes you are waiting for up to a minute each time. Other than that, the property is well maintained and the room is clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although, I will say the light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).

Would 100% stay here again. Service was excellent, location is perfect, and the little details (like fixing the slipper issue right away) made me feel special. Great for both relaxation and exploring Bangkok.

Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch. Thank you so much!! Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery. Room cleaning folks are super friendly too. Room is very comfy and spacious with a great view. Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try. Really a wonderful experience :)

- Grant (6/5): - The experience checking in to the hotel was frustrating. We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23. Of course the first thing asked for was a Passport which was in my bags which had disappeared so then I had to wait for my bags to come back again. I then had to go through the process of learning where everything is and where all the places are in the hotel to spend money and then had to install an app on my phone and be shown all the details on that when all I wanted to do was get to my room and use the bathroom. My room was supposedly upgraded but it was very cramped although the bathroom was spectacular and very spacious. The pool area was nice but service was not very good and the wait time was long, I ordered a cocktail but it was basically a 500thb glass of orange juice that maybe had alcohol in it? The restaurant and buffet breakfast was outstanding though. The main reason for my stay was access to Centralworld but it was not very clear how to access the centre.

The new look renovations to the lobby areas, cafe etc is so beautiful. The Executive Lounge / Club Lounge is a really lovely space. The staff & Management in the Lounge are always incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Location is absolutely incredible ~ food and shopping options are literally endless.

- Joshua (10/5): - Top of the line hotel in Bangkok. Amazing rooftop restaurants and bars and if you get to the top, you can have a 360 view of the city. Rooms were upgraded and modern. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and beyond helpful from bellhop to concierge to house keepers. For example, concierge helped us book massages nearby, or the house keepers would wipe down our bathroom floors and made sure everything was clean and tidy. This hotel may be in a more vibrant part of the city, but because it's high up, there's no noise. Connected to CentralWorld and The Groove, and walkable to the rest of the malls like Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, and MBK. Also walkable to MRT. Overall 10/10.

Great breakfast the only cons I can say, it took us literally 15-20min to get out of the hotel through the central world shopping mall or through the BTS skywalk or through the main entrance of the hotel. Lobby is lovely in level 23 you have to take 2 lifts to get to your room. Otherwise everything else in absolutely amazing

- Michael Ho Man (10/5): - We booked a one bedroom suite. Check in was smooth and with separate check in upstairs. The lounge access was great, with great food throughout the day. The suite itself was perfect with both a living room and separate bedroom, the bathroom also had a nice view. Most importantly it was quiet, so I had a good rest. Hotel is connected through elevators to CentralWorld shopping, with great shopping and many food options. We had an early flight, upon departure, it was very thoughtful of them to fix our breakfast to go although we don't need it, since we had lounge access at the airport. The staff from check in to check out were very friendly and accommodating, it was a perfect stay.
