- Andrew (9/5): - The hotel is along the Suzhou River and is a very pleasant place to stay. Staff were friendly and polite. There was no restaurants around the hotel so you would have walk half a kilometer or more to find a restaurant. Many people seemed to be ordering food in as this could be an option.

- Daria (6/5): В целом, неплохо, но есть отели сети сильно лучше. - Расположен рядом с метро, в шаговой доступности 2 станции метро Longde Road и Wuning Road (11 и 13 ветки), достаточно новый ремонт в номерах, есть стиральные и сушильные машины в общем доступе. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Отсутствие шкафа - "фишка отеля", но по фото не понятно. По сравнению с другими Holiday Inn Express - не самый гостеприимный отель. Уборка в номерах на 3 из 5, можно и лучше. Достаточно скудные завтраки, но есть что взять поесть из европейской пищи.

The staff are accommodating and kind despite the language barrier. Value for money. The pillows are kinda firm and limited to one per person only. It's a bit uncomfy if you are not used to one/firm pillow only. The airconditioner unit in our room was malfunctioning. The maintenance staff had to bring an electric fan for us. Though, the other room that we booked was great, no issues at all.

- Ioja (8/5): - Locatia hotelului este excelenta, intr-o zona foarte linistita, in apropierea canalului Suzhou. Camerele sunt suficient de mari, cu baie spatioasa si paturi foarte confortabile. Micul dejun este foarte divers si cu multe produse foarte gustoase. Personalul este foarte distret, politicos si eficient. Curatenia din hotel este impecabila. Lipsa unui dulap in camera este destul de ciudata, mai ales daca stai mai mult de o noapte. De asemenea, internetul este un dezastru, functionand foarte prost. Pretul a crescut destul de mult in ultimul an.

- Cristina (9/5): - Me gusta la ubicación por estar cerca a pie de una estación de metro ( Longde Rd) por lo que es fácil ir a los lugares más visitados de Shanghái. Así como el lugar tranquilo junto al río. La comodidad y luminosidad de la habitación. No es algo exclusivo de este hotel sino general en la mayoría de hoteles de China , es que no saben inglés aunque se esfuerzan con el traductor por ayudarte en todo.

Jack, one of the front desk staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable, provide excellence assitance. The front desk staff not smiling, and do not listen when we were speaking to them.

La ubicación, ya que está en un lugar tranquilo junto al río pero al mismo tiempo bien comunicada por metro, linea 13, estación Longde, está muy cerca a pie. La limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación.

- MARIA (4/5): BAD EXPERIENCE FOR HOLIDAY INN - ROOMS WHERE VERY SMALL WE COULDN'T MOVE. WE WHERE THREE ADULTS AND THEY HAD TWO BEDS (A DOUBLE AND A SINGLE BED). WE STAYED 10 DAYS AND THEY CLEANED THE FLOOR ONLY ONCE AND AFTER I ASKED THEM. NOBODY SPEAK ENGLISH. AT BREAKFAST IT HAS ONLY EGGS AND BREAD FROM WESTERN FOOD ALL THE REST WERE CHINESE FOOD. METRO WASN'T CLOSE.

La posizione non è centrale ma è vicina ad una delle linee metro più importanti considerando la dimensione della città. Lo staff non parla una parola di inglese, quindi comunicare diventa un problema. Diverse volte non ci siamo capiti e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare, in una struttura alberghiera mi aspetto di trovare almeno una persona che lo parli decentemente.

- Taliyah (6/5): Okay. - I enjoyed the view from my hotel and seeing people exercise. Every day, I would wake up with reddish spots on my legs or other parts of my body. Despite this happening consistently, it was only later that I noticed a small bug near the bed. When we eventually left, we discovered that the issue was due to bed bugs, and I had to take medication after our return. I also recall that the housekeeper would usually make the bed but did not replace the old bed sheets or covers.
