Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Michelle (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung für einen entspannten Florenz Aufenthalt - Hotel ist sehr schön und relativ modern gestaltet, Zimmer sind der Knaller, in meinem Fall sogar mit Terasse. Zimmer generell sehr groß und sauber. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, alles frisch (mein Highlight war die Pfannkuchen Maschine). Lage sehr ruhig Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, man braucht ca. 30 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Bei dem Preis aber vollkommen in Ordnung (Hotels im Zentrum deutlich teurer).

Mauvais emplacement, difficile à trouver, coordonnées maps pas correct ! Pas beaucoup de choix au buffet du déjeuner, très petit quantités, suffit pas pour tout les clients..... Ça vaut pas le prix.... Am évite, il y a des meilleures Hôtel moins cher à Florence, mieux placé.....

Preferirei trovare una bottiglia di acqua minerale fresca in frigo. Il bagno: La doccia troppo piccola. Nel bagno della camera assegnata al mio dipendente non c’era il bidet.

- sofia (10/5): Superb! - Totul peste așteptări. S a pierdut taximetristul când am ajuns, dar după ce descoperi locația, nu mai ai motive să ți pară rău. Autobuzul foarte aproape, la locație am avut transport dus/întors centru, foarte convenabil. Mic dejun de 5 stele. Am fost în sejur: Bologna, Florența și Roma, câte 3 zile in fiecare, toate de 4 stele, dar de departe, cea mai bună cazare a fost la Florența. Nu am ce să reproșez. Mulțumesc pentru excelență! -

- Julia (10/5): Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen - Das Hotel ist sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Innenhof, in dem man auch frühstücken kann. Das Shuttle ist absolut preiswert mit 2,50 pro Person pro Fahrt. Abgeholt wird man direkt vor dem Hotel und es fährt bis an eine Brücke kurz vor der Innenstadt. Die Rückfahrt kann bequem per Telefon oder WhatsApp gebucht werden.

- Carsten (9/5): - Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel- die Zimmer als auch das Restaurant und die Lobby sind modern und mit Stil eingerichtet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und aufmerksam- für einen Aufenthalt perfekt, allerdings knapp 5km vom Zentrum entfernt- uns hat dies gar nicht gestört. Der Fitnessbereich befindet sich im Keller und passt nicht ganz zur sonstigen Ausstattung. Die Geräte sind aber sehr gut. Die Dusche im Zimmer war sehr eng, obwohl Platz für eine größere Grundfläche im Bad vorhanden ist.

- Salima (9/5): If this hotel was in the city center, they could charge 1000 EUR for a night and people would pay willingly - The room was very comfortable, large, beautiful, it had a door to inside garden with a pool, absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly The only minus is location. It’s far from city center (45 minutes with a bus) and the bus almost never comes on time and if you miss it, you have to wait for another 30-40 minutes in the evening, which is a trouble

Vale muito o custo benefício mesmo na estando tão perto de Florença. O café da manhã também é bom, tendo bastante opções (poderia ter mais porções de frutas frescas). Alguns funcionários da recepção poderiam ser mais claros em explicar como funciona a questão do transporte para Florença. As informações passadas pela equipe da tarde foram muito vagas. No dia seguinte, o atendente da manhã foi super solícito e explicou mais claramente, e também nos alertou sobre a opção do ônibus (o que foi melhor até que o do transfer do hotel). O espaço do box do chuveiro é bem pequeno, nos atendeu bem, mas dependendo da pessoa pode vir a ser um problema.

De plus, l'hotel est situé à 200m d'un arrêt de bus : 1h de trajet pour être en centre ville pour moins de 2 € par personne . ATTENTION: c'est une carte par personne (donc on a dû prendre une carte carrefour pour notre enfant.) Nous avons pris cet hotel plus cher que la moyenne pour la piscine . Il est indiqué sur la page de l'hotel "piscine en saison" . Nous sommes arrivés, il faisait 22°, et on avait demandé le type de maillot de bain avant . On nous a répondu 'n'importe quel type de maillot de bain fera l'affaire' . Or piscine fermée !! du coup, on a payé une différence pour une piscine fermée au final .. C'est surtout notre fils qui a été décu ! Il aurait été plus simple de marquer : "Piscine fermée jusqu'au 1er Juin" (ce que l'on nous a dit à la réception).

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich .Deutsch spricht niemand , doch alle waren sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer sind klein für uns hat es gereicht .Alles sauber . Beim Frühstück kann sich sich niemand beschweren, es gab Wurst , Käse Marmelade /Honig, Joghurt, frisches Obst , Müsli , Pancakes und verschiedene Croissants. Abends haben wir nur einmal dort gegessen ,wir fanden es nicht so gut. Gut war der Shuttlebus nach Florenz . Ansonsten kommen wir beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder in dieses Hotel

Location is not very nice. Room had quite a few problems needing repair. Restaurant had been privatised so we could not access. Pool was closed. Interaction with the personnel at reception was not very pleasantl. Shuttle to Florence, which should be very practical, end up not being so because it stops at 7.30pm (can not have diner in Florence)

Σημαντική παροχή το mini bus του ξενοδοχείου (χωρίς χρέωση) που σε πήγαινε σε ένα σχετικά καλό σημείο της πόλης μέσα σε περίπου 20-30 λεπτά. Λίγο "τσιμπημένη" η τιμή, ωστόσο η παραμονή μας εκεί ήταν πολύ καλή. Θα το συνιστούσα

- Luzia (10/5): Resort lindo e espetacular!! - Fabuloso! O resort é espetacular!! Tivemos um up grade para suíte júnior e nos deliciamos com um quarto simplesmente incrível. Deixamos nosso carro em frente ao hotel (estacionamento na rua, mas seguro e gratuito). As instalações são exatamente ou até mais bonitas do que mostram as fotos e o atendimento é excelente. A roupa de cama impecável e o buffet do café da manhã delicioso. Apesar de ficar afastado do centro histórico, eles têm serviço de van que, de hora em hora, faz o transporte dos clientes (mediante reserva e sem custo). Para quem está viajando de carro é excelente, porque não há risco de entrar em uma ZTL (Zona de Tráfego Limitado) e ser multado e ainda pode tomar vinho, aperol ou cerveja, sem receios. Foi uma experiência deliciosa! Já indiquei para alguns amigos e, voltaria, com certeza! Os meninos que fazem o transporte podiam ser mais bem humorados! rsrsrs

Servizio navetta non utilizzato, ma sicuramente un valore aggiunto al soggiorno. Colazione migliorabile Buon rapporto qualità prezzo La posizione è decentrata, si trova a Bagno a Ripoli e per andare verso il centro di Firenze devi attraversare l’Arno in prossimità dell’accesso all’autostradale A1 (Sud) quindi strade sempre molto trafficate anche per la presenza in zona dei lavori di realizzazione della tramvia. Per raggiungere in centro il auto occorre una mezz’ora abbondante. Abbiamo avuto problemi nel trovare la struttura utilizzando Google Maps

- Franka (9/5): - Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt in Florenz, das Hotel hat seinen Teil dazu beigetragen. Tolle Zimmer, alles sauber, super Frühstück! Das der angegebene Pool nicht nutzbar war.
- Margarita (8/5): - El hotel está entero reformado. Es pequeño pero muy cómodo y con una decoración y ambiente muy bueno. Es muy tranquilo, tiene una pequeña piscina y restaurante propio. El café de desayuno es bastante bueno, tanto el de máquina como el que te preparan las chicas. Las camas son muy cómodas pero el baño es pequeño, sobre todo la ducha. Es tan estrecha que me costaba la vida enjabonarme los pies y no pude ni depilarme porque casi no te puedes ni girar. Pero excepto por eso dos detalles, el hotel es una gran opción en relación calidad precio. Aunque está lejos del centro tiene un servicio gratuito de shuttle que te lleva y te trae al centro en nada. Genial. El desayuno bastante bien, buenas calidad y encuentras de todo, aunque poco variado. La ducha, es diminuta, no te puedes prácticamente duchar. También estaría bien mayor variedad en el desayuno, sobre todo, dulce.
