Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and fast, which made everything easy and comfortable. Special thanks to Jerry and the whole team for arranging the honeymoon/and wife birthday decoration and taking care of every detail. The Turkish hammam and the massage were exactly what we needed after a long day of walking. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were highly experienced. Honestly, I have no negative comments at all — everything was excellent.

- Natalia (10/5): Уютно и радушно, по-домашнему - Местоположение - 3 минуты пешком до площади Таксим, одноименной станции метро и пешеходной улице Истикляль с кафе, кондитерскими, магазинами и ретро-трамваем, панорамный вид из окна на Босфор Такого не обнаружила, но рядом на улицу производятся работы по сносу здания и вывозу мусора в дневное время. Но я гуляла по городу, а ночью все было тихо

- Matías (10/5): Confortable y muy amigable alojamiento en Taksim. - Hotel moderno de diseño y muy bien ubicado. Muy buenas vistas desde el ventanal de la habtiación. Servicio de valet parking. Desayuno excelente. Personal muy amable y predispuesto. En el sector de Spa el jacuzi está siempre con agua tibia/fría, ¡nunca vi algo así! Cuando consulté me dijeron que "es así" y nada más. Desconozco si esto se debe a alguna técnica en particular, pero de hecho no lo volví a usar, porque para mí este tipo de baño requiere agua bien caliente.

Café da manhã ótimo, com muito capricho e com tudo de excelente qualidade. O chuveiro maravilhoso e banheiro super limpo . Só tenho a elogiar esse hotel.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right by Taksim with everything within walking distance. What truly made the experience special was the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every moment. A perfect mix of style, comfort, and hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. ✨

- Bodor (8/5): A decent place that would be a 4-star hotel in Europe. - Gezi hotel is a decent place, I wouldn't call it 5 star, but a decent 4 star rating is more realistic. The hotel is very close to the city center and Taksim metro, the view from our 8th floor room was quite nice, although there was a construction going on right below our window, which made a lot of noise every day early in the morning, even through the closed window it was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was OK, altough as originally we didn't order breakfast when booking the room, so we had to pay for it on the spot, 30 EUR/ person, which felt a bit overpriced for a 'normal-nothing-special' breakfast. The staff working in the reception were very kind and helpful. We were quite exited about the spa area, which was nice, although it only contains a jacuzzi (called a hamam in Turkey), its water could have been a bit warmer; a sauna (also, could have been a bit warmer and why is there a TV in the sauna?), and a steam. Despite the spa was said to be open from 10:00-22:00, the staff started cleaning up around 21:15 and made us feel like they were already closing, also they put our stuff (towel, water bottle, bathing suit) away without us asking or permitting.

- ILIA POLETAEV (8/5): Если есть возможность- бронируйте номер на высоком этаже, вид на Босфор сгладит все недочеты - Расположение удобная кровать и постельное белье Номер был на -1 этаже, с видом на стену) но летом можно посидеть во дворе покурить, посмотреть на стену но нам еще повезло, в нашем варианте размещения можно было выйти ноги размять, пройтись по внутреннему дворику, а кому-то достались только окна с видом на стену, номера выше 3 этажа с видом на город стоят существенно дороже, на мой взгляд цена не оправданная нельзя было подключить Андроид приставку, для просмотра телевидения, телевизор зашит в декоративную стену и к разъемам HDMI не добраться стекло между ванной комнатой и спальней (принять душ пока спит супруга невозможно) шумно в 10 утра 31-го декабря в соседнем номере не закрывалась дверь, либо дверь просела, либо еще какая проблема, пришел технический специалист, и хлопал дверью в течении полу часа, потом в ход пошел шуруповерт, после приступил к проверке, открыл дверь, закрыл, открыл, закрыл,.... и так пол часа=) сплю в берушах, и даже через них услышал этот грохот, все ради вашего комфорта нет в ванной комнате сушилки для полотенец, одежды, считаю это косяк! те же носки с трусами не высушить, не говоря уже про холод который там царил

- Andrew (9/5): - This hotel has great views depending on the room type you choose and location near Taksim Square. It was very convenient to where I needed to be. Getting around Istanbul is no picnic especially at each end of the working day but there are plenty of taxis. Nothing. It was great in all respects for my needs.
