• Graça (6/5): Unser Aufenthalt - Insgesamt befindet sich das Hotel trotz seiner kurzen Lebensdauer in einem schlechten, ungepflegten und lieblosen Zustand – was sich auch im Service des Personals widerspiegelt. Beispiele: Keine Reaktionen auf Nachrichten die vor Anreise an das Hotel gesandt wurden, telefonisch war der Kontakt sehr unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ Im Hotel, war unser Badezimmer mit einer Dusche ohne Dusch­tür ausgestattet, was regelmäßig zu Überschwemmungen führte. Zusätzlich war der Duschschlauch bereits nach zwei Aufenthaltstagen defekt, sodass Wasser aus allen Ritzen austrat. Trotz mehrerer Reparaturversuche gelang es dem Personal bis zu unserer Abreise nicht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Usw.
• IPEK (4/5): Otel deneyimi - Fiyat performans açısından bakınca idare eder diyebiliriz ancak misafir konforu hiç önemsenmiyor. Konakladığım gecelerden birinde yaklaşık bir buçuk saat kadar yan odadaki yabancı kızların kavgasını dinledik. Resepsiyona kaç kere haber verdim ve tek yaptıkları kızların kapısını çalıp etraftakiler rahatsız oluyor demek oldu. Kesinlikle bir müdahale yapılmadı. Havuzda bağıra bağıra konuşan bir başka misafirde gün boyu sakin bir tatile imkan vermedi. Otelde genç çalışanlara yer vermek çok güzel ama butik bile olsa bir otelde deneyimli birileri bulunmalı ki her durumda ne yapacağını bilsin. Şezlonglar ve havuz etrafı iki günde bir belki temizlendi. Klor bidonları ortada. Çok bakımsız.

Cet hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est présenté en ligne. À notre arrivée, nos chambres n’était toujours pas prête (14h) après avoir insisté on nous en a préparé une dans l’urgence mais nous avons eu la 2 eme chambre vers 15h30. La chambre est vieillotte, pas entretenu la rembarre de la porte fenêtre cassé dès qu’on prend la douche la salle de bain est inondé malgré que l’on ferme la porte de la cabine de douche, la climatisation d’une des 2 chambres est tombée en panne pendant 24 heures, nous avons passé une nuit affreuse et le petit-déjeuner est une véritable blague : quand on descend à 9h, il ne reste presque plus rien et aucun réassort n’est fait. e l’orsqu’on demande on a l’impression de faire chi.. L’hôtel est mal entretenu, voire délaissé : murs abîmés, équipements vétustes, et une impression générale de laisser-aller. À l’accueil, un jeune homme tatoué, très passif, voire inexistant. Heureusement que les femmes de ménage et la dame qui s’occupe des repas sont professionnelles et agréables — ce sont les seules personnes qui relèvent un peu le niveau. Nous avons dépensé plus de 450 € pour trois nuits, et franchement, c’est lamentable. Les avis en ligne sont totalement faussés. Je demande un remboursement partiel, voire total, car le service ne correspond en rien à ce qui a été vendu.

• 857karlw (2/5): Awful moved hotel after a day - I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. Rooms cramped, no TV, yellow stained toilet, rusted water taps and shower. Water damaged skirting and badly done flooring. Beds made of concrete. The noise at night travelling through the room from the outside and then the gospel announcements around 6am backed up with the dogs howling. We also had a view like I was living in gaza. Absolutely avoid at all costs you have been warned. I think prisons would be a better place
• C3987YLmollyc (4/5): Questionable ?! - Staff are friendly however room and facilities so poor! The amount off dirt on the toilet/sink/tap was horrendous and really unhygienic. Our balcony door has previously been smashed and was sealed back together with silicone. Extremely loud music from downstairs (we were on the top floor so god knows how loud it was for people on level 1) the music was on until 2/3am each night. No water in the pool??? 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a week which is ridiculous. TV was so poor and had about 3 channels which worked (all Turkish) wifi extremely slow also. Walls paper thin so can hear everything that’s going on in the corridors. Would 100% not stay here again

I was pregnant during our stay and cried because it was that bad. Avoid at all costs. I would never have stayed if I knew it was going to be this bad.

• 906esco (2/5): Not Ideal for Those Seeking Tranquility - I recently stayed at the Niss Lara Hotel in Antalya, and while the hotel itself is good, there are some aspects I'd like to highlight for future guests. The ground-floor restaurant is leased to external organizations in the evenings, which means it's closed to hotel guests. This can be inconvenient if you prefer dining within the hotel. Furthermore, there's live music every night until late. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, this noise can be disruptive. Despite my complaints to the hotel staff, they were unable to address the issue. If you're planning a family vacation, I don't recommend this hotel due to the consistent noise. Exercise caution when booking and consider other options if you seek a quieter stay.
• Crystal (6/5): - Where do I even begin?? This is the most falsely advertised hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures look amazing but in real life, the rooms are far less glamorous. We stayed in family connecting room 207/209. We had a missing shower door in one bathroom, mould in the shower basins, grout falling off the shower tiles, dried yellow stains on the toilet seat, stained towels, no laundry service available, and the most inconvenient bathroom layout. Some positives…the room itself was comfortable with good air conditioning, breakfast and pool was adequate, there is complimentary water, daily housekeeping, staff were friendly and the location was convenient. It wasn’t value for money.

• Ahmad (4/5): - Det är ganska dåligt och dyrt det fanns ingen strand som är nära eller ingår transfer till den har frukost buffén som är begränsad och liten två eller tre olika sorters som pommes salami och ibland ägg och sallader. Simbassängen var ok och mycket högljudd på kvällen för att det finns en restaurang och bar bredvid hotellet som är öppen till 12.30 på kvällen med dålig isolerad rum finns ingen vatten kokare och ni ska räkna hur mycket ni har beställt när ni vill lägga det på rummet när ni ska betala senare för att det kan dyka upp saker som ni inte har tagit eller beställt samma sak när ni ska gå till någon restaurang så räkna vad du har beställt. Trevlig resa 😊
• zahir (8/5): - The staff are very professional, extremely friendly polite and willing to help. We had a comfortable stay for a week. We enjoyed the breakfast options. However, only managed to access the swimming pool once due to the limited hours. On the website it stated the pool is available from 8am until 8pm, but it was from 9am until 6pm. This is very limiting especially since it's peak season and extremely hot. We used the hotel as a base to explore the area so the pool was closed when we returned in the evening.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Linen needs cleaning and/or renewing. - Reception staff lovely and helpful. Apart from the bald serious looking one. Room could have been cleaned much better. All the towels and bedding including pillow cases were marked. The bedding did not get changed once in the entire week we were there. The fridge only turn on when you’re in the room so if you’re out for the day don’t expect your fridge items to be cold and edible on return. The young men on reception were lovely.
• 509sabinam (2/5): Mouldy hotel and rude staff - We arrived at this hotel and the first thing we received was terrible customer service. The man at the front desk was rude and nonchalant. He made me and my whole family extremely uncomfortable. The rooms were also very different in person, the bathrooms were very mouldy and one had a broken ceiling. We had 3 children there and the baby started to feel I’ll after a short while due to the mould exposure. It is a clear health and safety hazard and this place shouldn’t be able to stay open until it truly deals with the issue and shows it cares for its paying customers. We took up these issues with the hotel staff including the manager Goktug all of whom continued to provide unhelpful service. All in all this experience ruined our trip, not only this is created a huge expense as we had to book another hotel for 9 people. Please avoid this place.

• Ali (4/5): Nie wieder - Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel "Zum Verdruss" alles andere als angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer äußerst unattraktiven Gegend, die Atmosphäre wirkt düster und wenig einladend. Die Zimmer waren extrem alt und abgewohnt, die Ausstattung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm und störend. Anscheinend viel geraucht wird. Es schien, als wäre das Hotel chronisch unterbesetzt. Die wenigen Mitarbeiter, die dort waren, wirkten überfordet. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig, selbst nach einem dreitägigen Aufenthalt wurden meine Zimmer nicht gesäubert. Die Betten waren nicht gemacht, die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Der Poolbereich war in einem desolaten Zustand, die Liegen waren größtenteils beschädigt und wirkten alles andere als einladend. Auch hier wurde offensichtlich schon lange keine Renovierung mehr vorgenommen. Ein weiteres Ärgernis war die Entfernung zum Strand, der sich etwa 4 km entfernt befand. Es war eine Herausforderung, dorthin zu gelangen, insbesondere ohne eigenes Fahrzeug. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Kindergarten, dessen morgendlicher Lärm jede Chance auf Entspannung zunichte machte. Schlafen oder Ruhe finden war in diesem Umfeld schlichtweg unmöglich. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel "Zum Verdruss" äußerst enttäuschend. Ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen.
• Leiani (10/5): - Nice walking area and bench areas 150m from hotel with nice views of cliffs. Mall is close by. Quiet area. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Kind older man in the mornings for breakfast and nice front desk people. Helped me with all my many bags and made conversations each day. I really enjoyed that. Made my stay pleasant. When I was very very sick from a stomach infection, I had mentioned it to the front desk and later that day someone had called my room to check on me. Very thoughtful. House keeping us very good at their job, rooms were immaculate and floors were very clean. Most places your feet are dirty if you don’t walk around with shoes not here. My room was dirty when I arrived by mistake and they upgraded me to the triple room and allowed me to stay there during my whole stay. No messy switching rooms back and forth. Appreciated that as well. Breakfast was nice for an included meal. Shampoos and soaps we’re also good quality no dry skin. Towels were also very clean. Nice facilities and clean. Pool was nice as well. Just a bit slippery walking around. Overall great stay and would recommend.

They charge you at checkout for water bottles consumed. Swimming pool closed at 6pm which was a shame as that’s the ideal time to unwind. Bathroom smelt of damp an sewage all the time. Staff were polite at all times.

• tonywebb101 (10/5): Lovely staff, comfortable bed - The staff here are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The room is pretty basic but the bed is comfy and it's well worth the money. The pool area is great, plenty of sun loungers and tables and chairs. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again.
• 170rutag (4/5): Disappointed - The internet is crap!!! Breakfast is terrible been waiting for more than 10 min for the bread. About the breakfast menu they can improve and give more choices not only eggs with cheese or cereal. Very disappointed. Only I can rate 5* the receptionist because they very helpful. The cost is not expensive but still they need improvement a lot

• Brannigg1872 (6/5): Acceptable hotel for the cost, nice pool - City centre BUT close to the beach and restaurants. Think TRAVELODGE with a pool as a UK equivilant. Decent sized room ( no UK tv channels not even the news ) only downside which may apply to hotels in area is the never ending DOGS barking at night. WIFI speeds are very poor. Breakfast wont appeal to UK travellers so eat elsewhere

• Verified traveler (6/5): - +++ Hotel's staff was trying to solve the problems on the room. Receptionist girl is always cheerful and smiling. My room's furnitures were comfortable. - - -There was no hot water on the room for bathing. Breakfast was not sufficient and there was no variety. Moreover, my room is far away to hotel's facilities and Wi-Fi connection is not good enough for internet usage (Low slow)
• Reiaz (6/5): - The property was closed to the sea and short drive to the nearest shopping mall. Enough space for a family of 4 and close to taxi. Also close to restaurants and small shops. Hotel is dated and facilities are old, showers doors are broken and chairs and carpet in rooms are stained. TV's don't work and there is no digital stations. The AC works and swiming pool is cleaned. Breakfast is limited, especially for kids where there is only milk to drink so we take our own drinks for kids. There could be more variety of cereal or breakfast options. I would say this hotel is more like a 2.5 star rated , although in a nice location, its not a hotel I would book again or recommend for families who have young kids.
• jay (2/5): - First of all, the rooms conditions are really bad, with damp ceiling, AC doesn’t work and the breakfast is terrible with no water or fresh orange as you would expect for usual breakfast. The staff are terrible with their poor attitude, theree is more to this but I will advice to steer away from this hotel
• 195528 (2/5): Avoid at all costs, - This hotel ruined my holiday. They fraudently cancelled my booking on the basis that my card was declined, three weeks before my arrival date. I contacted the booking Agent who were less than useless (official complaint underway) I also contacted my credit card company and they have given me official proof that there has been no request for funds and they have not declined my card. I believe they cancelled this booking so they could sell it for £400 more than the rate I secured in December 2021. Dishonest and no scruples. The best they would offer was that I rebook the room at the new rate🤣 There are plenty of other hotels, don’t choose this one.
• Filiz (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and the hotel is close to the seafront & cafes/restaurants. Our room was not particularly clean when we arrived and the balcony door lock did not work. There is no shower by the pool and no bar? The staff were lovely and always helpful though!
• Jennifer (8/5): - The flush button in the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned/ The shower head was full of limestone/ Our blankets were stained in period blood. They were clean but that’s still disgusting/ The announcement on ebookers said there was a pool but when we got there it was not even available yet
• Seher (8/5): Pleasant but needs a few updates. - This was our second time in Niss Lara. We came a couple of years back. Everything was as pleasant as before for a 3 star hotel. The location is perfect for walks along the cliffs and the Duden waterfall. Amenities are also not far. The staff are always very welcoming. The hotel itself has become alittle dated and needs improvements. The air conditioning system is slow and sticky. TV channels are all Turkish, but the TV is placed in the wrong place and we keep hitting it each time we pass by the bed. There was damage in our ceiling due to a leak and the bad winter weather that needs looking at. We had booked for 5 people, however only 3 bedding was provided. When we asked for more we were told there wasnt enough due to laundry. We were given more sheets but it was still a cold night for 1 night. The second night we were provided with the extra duvets. Breakfast is nice. A few heated items mostly a cold breakfast. Overall I would give it a 7/10. I was say that it is mostly due to the nice staff that I would consider coming back again next time and the location.

• Karen (2/5): Worst hotel I’ve staying in be warned. - I checked into a room which was disgusting.. Obviously undergoing work but bed was still made up!! I went downstairs to reception.. It took me 3 attempts to tell receptionist the room was terrible.. He then had to look for himself. He then offered me another room next door to the first one. The hall way carpet was filthy!! And on entering the second room.. Yes it was better but window wouldn’t shut, safe not secure to wall, so that could go for a walk!! Damp and limescale in bathroom. No kettle.. I went to ask for a kettle, my reply was “Go in restaurant and use water from a big water urn!!! Maybe you get kettle tomorrow.. My mind made up!!!! I was leaving… After showing the receptionist my photos, he asked if I would forward to a number in his phone Niss Lara.. Niss Lara at not willing to give me a refund as they said they offered me another room!!! Im now awaiting Hotel.com to intervene.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.. I work away a lot and have stayed in many hotels, this is far the worst I’ve seen in my 54 years.. The hotel is a disgrace to Antalya. I could only load 8 photos.

• AJL1888 (2/5): SH*TT HOTEL THAT RIPPED ME OFF !!!!! - They can't call themselves a 3 star hotel. It is a Sh*T hotel and they stole 500€ (5000TL) from me !!!! I got there with my fam for a 5 days stay in the connected family room. When we arrived I paid with my card the whole amouny for five days. When we got in our room we were shocked from what we saw. 1. The room was Dirty and NOT clean 2. There still was old Trash in the cabins and closet from the previous people who stayed in the room (so the hotel did Not clean the room at all) 3. The water from the showers in both rooms were Flooding into the rooms. 4. We only got 2 towels for 4 persons 5. And last but not least the windows in both rooms could not close at all (and we were with childeren) so we could not take the risk staying in these rooms. We went to the reception to complain about all this mentioned above and the guy behind the reception called his manager to tell him this. So we've paid 5000TL for 5 nights and after a long conversation they agreed to pay me at least 3000TL back on my card. Off course we did not like this but we thought at least we'll have some of our money back. I asked the guy before we left that they really were going to give our money back as agreed and he reassured us that we will get it back asap and so we left for a better hotel. Unfortunately until this day we haven't received anything back and they won't respond to any of my messages anymore. So these people Took my money and they even did not have the heart to give my money back becausse they did not gave me the room as promised. So People be WARNED about this hotel, don't be fooled and DON'T BOOK at this SH*T hotel !!!!!!!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was ok. We liked the pool area but wished there were lights at night. There are lights in the pool but not around the area. They serve what seems to be a standard Turkish breakfast. So if you are use to a standard American breakfast this is not for you. But for the price including a breakfast, you can’t complain. The staff was helpful. Room was small but doable. I distilled shower because water went all on floor because no door to shower just a side glass panel. Was tired of cleaning water with towels everyday. I didn’t complain because it wasn’t nothing the hotel could do. One suggestion for guest is to keep valuables on you or safe because money was missing from my purse after we come from breakfast/swim. I told reception and she just suggested a code for safe. Nothing else was done. Another guest told me that he was missing $200 usd after breakfast but wasn’t sure what happened until I shared my story with him. Well, after that, I requested no one to enter my room. Overall, hotel is ok. If you like walking, you can explore nice restaurants and sea side views around but taxi for tourists things. Thanks

• Daniela (6/5): Entspricht nicht der Erwartung - Das Zimmer war sauber, aber klein, der Duschkopf ist oben fixiert, es scheint somit nicht möglich, dass der Duschboden jemals gereinigt werden kann, er war auch entsprechend glitschig und unhygienisch. Glasabtrennung zu klein, daher nasser Boden im Bad nicht vermeidbar. Es gibt keine Bar und kein Restaurant!! Man kann auf schmuddeligen Werbebroschüren etwas zum Essen aussuchen, das wird dann vom jeweiligen Restaurant geliefert, Empfehlungen dazu gibt es nicht. Frühstück wurde fertig auf Teller serviert mit Pommes, abgepackte Butter , Marmelade etc. Ok in Coronazeiten. Der Speiseraum bzw. Aufenthaltsraum gleicht einer Jugendherberge ohne Gemütlichkeit, nur Tisch und Stühle, sehr lieblos und ungemütlich. Positiv ist freies Entnehmen von Tee und Kaffee aus der Maschine. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit und Preis Leistung auch gut, jedoch sollte man sich nicht erwarten was in der Beschreibung angekündigt wird. Also keine Bar und kein Restaurant im Hotel!!!

• heyna (10/5): Great Staff and clean hotel - Staff were brilliant. Kumar who works at night shift was an absolute gentleman. And the blonde hair girl was also very sweet. These guys went around there way to help me find my way around Antalya. They could improve breakfast by simplifying it. But with good people at the hotel you get an overall great holiday experience. Would definitely come again. If I ever have any plans in Antalya.
• gogo33go (2/5): Rude hotel staff and manager - Very bad stay. They treat you like dirt and are so mean. Even cheaper hotels have manager and reception that are welcoming. This hotel is so rude. Their food is bad. Their attitude is poor. Stayed at cheaper hotels in old Town and they treat people well. Not here.

• franktravel128 (2/5): Hotel wanted to charge me 30 EUROS more even though I booked and paid online with online agency - Booked and paid for. Hotel ignores the rate I already paid through an online agency. If they are going to have their rooms listed on OTA agencies, then they can't choose not to honor the price. Book elsewhere unless you want a rude receptionist to surprise you wanting to charge you more.
• Nmadz (8/5): Clean & Accommodating - Hotel is small in footprint but bedrooms are well sized for the price. The hotel's superpower is the cleanliness and Kamer at reception who made our stay memorable (organising a cake for my birthday, a special alternative breakfast & milk for our 3 year old very late at night). I recommend the management improved the breakfast - lots of jams & random items in the plate which is wasteful. Also, our room safe was not attached to a surface so we didn't use it.

The staff is very nice and friendly they are very helpful. Because off pandemic the breakfast was poor. Otherwise our stay was very nice.
