W związku z tym, że nasze bagaże nie doleciały na czas, pani na recepcji pomagała nam kontaktować się z obsługą lotniska. Położenie hotelu jest bardzo wygodne, w bliskiej odległości od przystani. Mogliśmy dzięki temu spędzić miły dzień na zwiedzaniu tramwajem wodnym Bangkoku. Hotel został nam polecony przez właścicieli biura Tajskie wakacje, z którymi spędziliśmy miłe 3 dni na wycieczkach w okolice Bangkoku. Hotel jak najbardziej wart polecenia. Śniadania obfite i smaczne. Wszystko bardzo nam się podobało.

Het zwembad is heerlijk met een mooi uitzicht, de airco doet het fantastisch en natuurlijk het uitzicht over het meer vanuit onze kamer. Handdoeken zwembad telkens op moest ik telkens om vragen (dus naar beneden lopen).En geen kaas bij het ontbijt, maar ach beide kleinigheidjes.

- Cindy Juliana (1/5): Disastrous - Nothing spectacular The room is haunted and was disturbed throughout 2 nights stay which kead me to continue my sleep in the lobby! When this was conveyed to hotel reception they tried to change room but all 3 rooms was situated in the corners as well. What was worst! The hotel reception staff didn't allow me to sleep in the lobby and I was disturbed by them moving the pillows I places my by feet as there was no comforter and blanket provided!

- Edelynn (7/5): - The Suite room is very spacious, with nice furnitures and decorations, and clean. It's better than other 4-5 star hotels along Chaophraya. Beddings are fresh and clean and bed is comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. Location is walking distance from Asiatique where you can take the boat to Iconsiam and other attractions along Chaophraya river. Vicinity is very quiet. Hotel provided complementary bottle of red wine, 2cans of beer, 2 bottles of softdrinks, and 2 bags of cookies. Breakfast and restaurant do not have much food variety. No ramp for luggages/wheelchair/person with disability/elders. No pool, gym, cafe. You have to go to outside cafe to buy refreshment. The hotel looks rundown from the outside. Inside is in good condition but too dark.

- Ellie (8/5): A nice quiet stay with good access by water bus to all Bangkok has to offer. - Great location if you want a quiet peaceful stay in Bangkok! A very short walk to the river taxi at Asiatique so you can access and dip in and out of the more hectic tourist destinations. Charoen Krung st is nice and has plenty food options. Staff unfriendly/unhelpful. Sarcastic notices around the hotel and lists of how much you will be charged for damaging items, taking bread from the buffet breakfast etc lead to an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The location, breakfast and friendly personel are what I liked the most. The rooms are a bit dated and would benefit from an update or good maintenance.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Classic hotel near Asiatique - One of the more older hotels, but it's clean and has all the essential necessities. All of the staff, are so lovely and kind. 10 minute walk to Asiatique. A coin operated laundry and dryer machines available via short walk through the hotel's car park. Though it is slightly further away from BTS/MRT, there is a bus stop a stone's throw away from the hotel. Since it's situated away from other busy areas it is definitely an easily an accessible place for taxis and food delivery services. Overall good valuable hotel.
