We couldn’t charge phones at that time and I couldn’t dry my hair. The staff was kind to try to fix it soon but it kept happening. Breakfast was quite basic, not too much choice

• Vojtěch (7/5): Spokojenost - Lokalita perfektní, snídaně sice každý den stejné, ale výborné. Personál jak který den, ale vesměs usměvavý a ochotný. Nejprve jsme dostali úplně jiný pokoj, než jsme si objednali. Až po reklamaci nám řekli, že nás druhý den přemístí. Nelíbilo se mi, že nám nic neřekli hned při příjezdu. Kdyby se zmínili, že nám dají pro jednu noc jiný, horší pokoj, protože mají např. plno, bylo by to OK, ale neřekli nic.

• Jeanette (7/5): Godt ophold - Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Det havde været rart med et vindue, man kunne kigge ud af.

Im Zimmer fehlte ein Ganzkörperspiegel und der Haartrockner erfüllte seine Aufgabe mehr schlecht als recht. Das Frühstück war leider schlecht und nicht empfehlenswert.

The only thing we didnt like is that our room was located with two other rooms, like "bed&breakfast style, like three small rooms inside one apartment. Other than that, everything was very good.

• Michel (5/5): Bel emplacement mais chambre pas à la hauteur des photos et prix un peu élévé - L’hôtel était très bien situé en centre ville ,par rapport à la gare .Il y avait beaucoup de restaurants dans la rue ,nous en avons bien profité chaque soir.Les petits déjeuners étaient très corrects La chambre était relativement petite pour 3 personnes ,très sombre ,peu d'ouverture vers l’extérieur.Pour un confort très simple ,le prix apparait assez cher

Sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Terminin asemalta, mikä oli meille tärkeää ohikulkumatkalla yhden yön majoittumista varten. Aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen. Huoneen ainoa ikkuna oli sisäpihan kuiluun, josta ei juuri taivasta näkynyt. Useamman yön majoituksen hankkisin itse esim. lähempää historiallista keskustaa tai Trasteverestä.

• Giedrius Augulis (1/5): Not the kind of expensive hole you expect when you arrive in a beautiful city. - Not bad location and breakfast. More i can't say anything good about this hotel. The room had a tinted window to the courtyard. Air conditioner does not work. There is no air in the room. When the window is opened, there is a terrible noise and smells from the kitchen. We are very tired, without rest all days. No ventilation in the room, that's why there's mold on the walls.

Viešbutis ekonominės klasės, kambariai paprasti, bet patogi lova, gerai miegojosi. Maista įprastas, galėtų būti įvairesnis, trūko daržovių. Atvykę gavome kambarį kažkur apačoje rūsyje, tamsų be langų, bet paprašėme ir pakeitė į gerenį, didesnį .

• Dragan (9/5): Za boravak do tjedan dana u Rimu izvanredno mjesto zbog blizine središta i odličnog doručku. - Izvanredan doručak. Mnoštvo različite hrane (svatko si može pronaći nešto za sebe bilo slatko ili slano). Sobe su ugodne, klimatizirane te vrlo čiste (čiste se svaki dan po volji korisnika). Hotel se nalazi na izvanrednog lokaciji (blizina kolodvora i trga republike te autobusne i metro stanice) a ipak dovoljno daleko od velikih gužvi. /
• Mary (7/5): Overall it was good - The location was very good, close to Termini , many bus stops and metro . Many nice cafes were around the hotel. Walking distance from Trevi Fountain and piazza republica, which was very convenient . Breakfast was good. My bed / couch was inconvenient due to metallic tubes on the edges. When we chose the room the beds were different in the photo . There was no mirror in the room. Hairdryer was also inconvenient. No shampoo at all in the bathroom, and no drinking water at least for the 1st night . Cleaning service was not attentive , they took my pijamas along with the laundry and towels, luckily they found and brought it back the next day 🙂

• MARTA (8/5): Hotel correcto - En general bien, buen tamaño de la habitación, reservamos una cuádruple, buen desayuno, todo limpio. Es una buena opción pero algo caro, todos los hoteles están muy caros en Roma. Aunque está a 20 minutos de la Fontana di Trevi se hace largo el camino cuando ya estás todo el dia caminando, pero bueno, aparte de esto el hotel es muy correcto

Saubere Sanitäranlagen Sehr karges Frühstückbuffet und sehr wenig Platz zum sitzen. Wenn man nicht einer der ersten war hatte man kaum noch Platz. Schon gar nicht für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Zimmer war sehr karg ausgestattet

They wouldn’t give us a second key unless we asked , they gave it to us the second day , however we needed it since the first night , one friend had to stay in the room in the dark , since the keys are the light switch to the rooms
