- Nageda (1/5): This hotel is the worst - Nothing the staff member was nice I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very dirty, and the room did not feel clean at all. The bed and bathroom were dirty, and the AC seemed to be blowing out dust, which made the room feel dusty and uncomfortable. I even started feeling sick overnight because of the condition of the room. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

The room was so dirty. I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor, a bug on the bed, the bed sheets were stained looks like they never cleaned. I did the check in at 12:00am, was a bunch of people outside with loud music and chitchat until like 3:00am.

There was a bar located in the motel which was not listed on the listing which was loud. I had to clean the room when we got there there was hair everywhere the floor had not been moped there was blood all over bathroom door Breakfast, listed a bar inside the hotel and allot cleaner

The restaurant was horrible they charged us twice and when my husband told the guy he was very rude and started yelling at my husband that he was lying. I would not recommend this place at all.

They should take this off booking.com - Nothing Not what it seems My daughter stayed here and I paid for everything, including the deposit—and getting that deposit back was a huge issue. The amount changed at check-in, was processed incorrectly, and at checkout they claimed no deposit existed. The refund was delayed and even sent to the wrong card before being corrected. Still not showing any refund after they claim it was corrected . On top of that, the room did not match the photos, cleanliness was lacking, and key cards constantly stopped working. Lisa is rude and try’s to control the conversation. Staff manger and general manager also talk down to you as Lisa does and try’s to convince you of lies but when confronted and confirming with the bank the finding were untrue. Very dishonest people and place. Others have also not received deposits back. Stay away! Roach infested

- Wilson (1/5): Absolutely horrifying !! - Absolutely nothing other than Lisa. early in the morning helping us out with ice ! Because there was none to be found ! To started off !! 16 cops blocking the entrance! As soon as my daughter and I went to unload the car, we witnessed a domestic dispute across the parking lot with a woman screaming at the top of her lungs. Somebody please help call the cops. ! And yelling at him not to touch her as he was chasing her !!!!!! then to find six gaping holes in the wall around fire fixtures, no emergency latch on the inside door! Light fixture completely hanging down 6 inches where I can see all the wiring in the underneath of the floor above! Holes in the shower around fixture! ! This is absolutely unacceptable that this room was even rented ! Felt like I was in some sort of horror movie the only car in the parking lot! Had it not have been late when we arrived and had such an early morning?! I would’ve stayed somewhere else!!! Six gaping holes in the wall! were six gaping ! A smell like I can’t even explain ! Doors with no locks!

Requested refund! Remove it from Booking.com It was nasty. The landings, steps, elevators, air conditioning leaking and/or spitting water on your legs as you walked by. The room number was missing. I returned my key, cancelled my stay and went to a clean safe hotel.

- Cynthia (1/5): Awful - The price The room was filthy. There was an abundance of hair on the floor. Once the covers was pulled back, There was hair in the bed. We had to use our own blankets to lay on to avoid the hair. The bathroom appeared to have mole throughout ceiling and bottom of the walls and floor as well as rust. Visible repairs need to be made in this unit. As soon as I checked in, I identify that there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk, requested a remote and was told that it would be brought over after about an hour. I called again and I was told again that it would be sent to the room. Needless to say I checked out the next day and still did not receive the remote. We left a pair of socks in the room for housekeeping to see just how filthy the floors were.

He was alone but handled the crowd very well. The pictures are very deceiving as the room given was very dirty. A lot of the lamps around the room shower, doors, were oxidized! The floors in the bathroom when stepped on has water come out (we had just entered the room). The pictures make it seem newly renovated but the place was not at all. Since it was midnight we asked for another room which was a little better. The new room had a pool view but they have a night “comedy” show which is more like a club that music is played until 3am and not able to go to sleep m.

Very very dirty, all doors and walls were full of fifth that they were all BLACK! Bathroom door would NOT close! Sink was clogged! We given TWO towels for a 3 day stay with a family of THREE! While using the restroom, ROACHES! I cleaned and wiped the entire hotel down, filled the bathtub up for my 6 year old kid, and boom “mommy, I have a fly swimming with me.” I go check and there it is ANOTHER ROACH! Thank god my kid does not know what a roach looks like! I reached out to booking.com and was told because I am currently already in the room and the stay wasn’t long, there’s nothing that can be done! PLEASE PLEASE, if you ever want to book anything go to EXPEDIA! I’ve never not had ONE issue but a million of issues every single time with booking.com! The photos match nothing that was given! The photos don’t even do enough justice! I wish I would have thought of taking more! Couples spent the entire day sitting on the steps used to walk in and out of the hotel, smoking marijuana all day long! Not to mention burn marijuana blunt marks all over the tub INSIDE AND OUT! Stay somewhere else and please please reconsider ever staying here or booking through booking.com

- JOHN (1/5): we left and looked for another hotel. this was the worst i had ever booked - bathroom door did not close fire alarm covered with plastic bag ants in bathroom the joining door to another room was broken bad smell

- Mariele (1/5): Desagradável - Fiz check in em um sábado anoite e simplesmente estava rolando uma festa com som alto no salão ao lado da piscina e colado nos quartos. O som alto foi até meia noite. Limpeza deixa a desejar, banheira velha . Éramos quatro hóspedes , e deixaram apenas 2 toalhas de banhos. Fomos tomar café da manhã 8:30 e não tinha mais nada. A recepcionista tentava repor os alimentos e atender os hóspedes na recepção ao mesmo tempo.

- Gabriela (1/5): El peor hotel de Orlando. - Absolutamente nada. Todo súper sucio. Habían cucarachas, todo estaba roto, en pésimas condiciones. No cumple con absolutamente nada de las normas básicas de higiene. Súper peligroso, todas las noches habían fiestas con personas bebiendo y fumando marihuana, y después te seguían a las habitaciones. Los trabajadores no facilitaban nada, y se enfadaban cuando pedíamos cambio de habitación, ya que la primera tenía la puerta rota y no cerraba, y habían cucarachas, la segunda, estaban las sábanas sucias y la cama sin hacer, y la habitación llena de basura. La tercera, todos los muebles rotos y cucarachas por la habitación. El colchón con una mancha de sangre, todo lleno de óxido. La última noche, me quería ir, y ellos no querían hacer el check out, y decían que nos teníamos que quedar esa noche. El trabajador que estaba, no quería aceptar la llave de la habitación, y mucho menos devolver el depósito ( que en booking pone que son $50 y cuando llegas allí te cobran $100, y si no pagas no te dan las llaves). Al final después de una hora discutiendo, nos han hecho el check out. Si queréis vivir miedo, ser perseguido por los pasillos del hotel, dormir entre bichos y estar preocupados toda la noche, con personas picando en la puerta, este es el hotel perfecto.

- Vaturi (3/5): This place appears to cater to extended stayers, it looked like people live there. It find a family staying here I would - There wasn’t anything that stood out to me that I liked I read the previous reviews and booked anyway since the reviews seemed to be primarily based on customer service. The place is ghetto and it’s located in the hood. The primary building has exterior room doors, while the executive suit building has interior room doors. There was a weird smell, our carpet had a huge blood stain and a whole in the ceiling around the fire extinguisher. The bedding was fresh and that was the most important to me. There was a huge party at the pool that seemed to last until early morning hours. My room overlooked the pool so that was annoying. I wasn’t thrilled and I wasn’t disappointed. I needed a clean bed for an early drive as I was just passing through. You get what you pay for and they are priced accordingly with that logic in mind.

The pool is def eye catching!

- Michelle (2/5): The staff here are wonderful, it’s a shame that the rooms aren’t. - The staff in place, deserve a better hotel to work at. The photos are deceiving, transferred rooms twice because of how gross. They claim they were renovated, the rust on the door hinges makes it look like blood. Beds are lumpy, outdated, i can’t understand what parts were renovated. Bathtub nasty. Both rooms look like they never been deep cleaned.

- Nick (1/5): Borderline should be condemned. - The pool it looked nice. Unfortunately, after seeing the condition of the rest of the property, I’d be almost afraid to use it. The only saving grace is we only had to stay one night, no way I would’ve stayed more than that. Pretty much everything place was a total dump.

When checking out couldn’t get a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party, but I had to sign a receipt when checking in. Also had to pay $100 incidental, most hotels are $25
