- Madheea (2/5): - The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise does not stop the whole night. When I complained that I couldn't sleep the front desk staff argued with me and gave me such a hard time and then eventually gave me another room still at the front of the hotel by the street but a higher level. The noise was less but still kept waking me up. Worst night ever. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night. It should be mandatory for hotels to notify customers of the noise level.

- Riehana (8/5): Nice and clean - The hotel is located in a very good place close to Task square main strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeping not the best place to stay as Friday to Sunday nights are very loud on streets due to clubs.

Truly the only issue I can say are that the beds are extremely uncomfortable, making getting rest difficult. If you can - I would stay in what seems to be the more historical portion of the property. - Preeti (10/5): - We was given a warm welcome upon checking in, staff throughout our stay greeted us with warm smiles. Rooms were stocked with detailed amenities. The location of this property is for guests that want easy access to the heart of Taksim. The only downfall to this review is that we did find the wooden flooring of our room a bit sticky and we did find what looked like remains of some type of food laying on the floor- hoping it was a one off and possibly housekeeping had overlooked this . Overall I would recommend this hotel and would personally revisit.

The hotel is in the heart of the busy neighborhood of Istanbul but the room noise isolation was great and we had comfortable and quiet night. Overall great and I’ll definitely consider this hotel whenever I return back to Istanbul

- mohd (2/5): - Every day am getting a problem with the receptionist staff he’s not professional enough and the hotel is not allowed any friends from out of the hotel to visit in the room or if I want to get a coffee at the top roof restaurant and i have to pay 100€ for any outside person coming to visit me And another staff take an advice from the bellboy when they talk by turkish because I can’t understand what they say he told him in a tobacco problem situation if I don’t want to pay just call the police and when I try to meet the manager they say he’s coming in Monday morning till I check out I haven’t met him

- Hussain (2/5): Worst experience at Turkey - Worst experience in Turkey, room waa small although i booked for 3 persons they told me that all the 3 persons must have 1 Bag. After 2 days they changed the room. Employees are rude No access for baby stroller and no one from the employees were helping Noisy at Night Heater in the room was not working
- Akram Mohamed (10/5): Great hotel - The hotel facilities are very new, modern appliances, the shower was amazing! Some small issues, such as: there is no AC (just central heating) and at night the room gets hot, also the fact that the breakfast is not a buffet, which is kinda unconfortable (but its ok considering most of the properties dont even offer breakfast). Location was incredible, very near taksim and istklal and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

- Moosgan (4/5): - I honestly would not stay at this hotel again. Not all of the staff were friendly, cleaners were lovely Marcun and aldeta., however the rooms were not cleaned to a proper standard. no hoovering or anything, air con did not work. You would be woken up by the sound loud voices of the cleaners having full blown conversations at 6am and all you can hear is doors slamming which sounds like fire exit doors when they are patrolling. No consideration that guests are sleeping. also do not stay here if you like peace and quiet as the noise outside will go on until 7 in the morning. the pictures on Expedia is not what you will see when you arrive quite deceiving. They did try to make it special for my birthday but a lot of major lets downs. The only good thing is that it is walking distance to everything literally 30 seconds.

- Zaki (8/5): - Hotel is new and walking distance to Taksim Square. Amenities are good - first room was a bit small whilst the second one was much bigger. Front desk staff was not too helpful and friendly compared to the staff at restaurants. Had breakfast every morning and the staff there were very pleasant especially Oguzcan. Even though breakfast was free, they did not informed me that additional drinks (orange juices, cafe latte) were extra. Stayed in other properties in Turkiye before and all items in breakfast was included. Was taken aback by these additional charges.

The staff was helpful and welcoming The breakfast was good, with a number of options. One of the nights it was noisy with music coming from the street

They will clean the room well before you check in but never the same afer and you cant ask for any extra sugar or nescafe packet during the day 😉. Zeinab from breakfast staff will ask you to write a good review about her but she barley smiles after that. I would like to thank the breakfast team behind the counter for their service and they are the only 3 people that I saw smiling continuously in the hotel
- Ahmed (4/5): - You have to suffer until you have your breakfast as it is not open buffet as all the hotels but you have to order each item many times until the staff responds to you and always tea and coffee came so cold and sometimes they inform you that there is some items finished already even tea and coffee in the room you have to ask about in order they put it in the room and even no tissue in the room which is something I never saw it before in any hotel

- Peter (6/5): - The hotel is located very close to Taksim and there are plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. However, it’s is very noisy as there is a lot of traffic at all times of the day. Even with the windows shut sirens and continuous honking echoed through the night. What was worse however was that the rooms are poorly insulated so you could hear noise from adjacent rooms bathrooms and continuous slamming of doors all throughout the night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern but don’t expect a good nights sleep and bring ear plugs if you do. The staff in the hotel were rude, unhelpful and it’s seemed inconvenient to ask them a question. Overall the hotel is nice and in a great location, but there are probably comparable hotels nearby that may be better

- Roy (8/5): - The hotel location is a key for shopping, the hotel room is big and well equipped. Due to the location it is a bit crowded especially during night time. Overall the experience was pleasant
- salah (2/5): - Stuff are very rude. They don’t care for complaining ;dirty tables all the time ; they don’t arrange your extender day I went to my self ask for more days and they didn’t care just telling me no more rooms available.
- Imrat Aamir (8/5): - We were a part of 5, and initially we had one Deluxe (3 people) and one Superior Room (2 people) booked. On check in, the Superior Room felt a bit small so the Hotel was kind enough to change the superior Room to a Deluxe Room. Overall the 5 night stay was very comfortable. Location is great, right off Istiklal and hotel was very cute and clean. Only a couple of cons: The bathroom in one of the Deluxe Rooms was very very small, to the point of being difficult to use (the second one was fine). Secondly, they were not serving buffet breakfast due to covid and instead had a standard breakfast platter (cheese, bread, honey, jam etc) with a cooked egg option. While the platter was nice and the omelettes were delicious, it got a bit boring after 5 days. Would be really great to see some other options like fresh fruits, waffles etc. Overall, this is a beautiful, quaint and very reasonable hotel in a great location!
- Joshua (4/5): - This Property Looks good from the Photos but do not be Fooled! The Good: - Hotel spaces and decor are nice The Bad: - Terrible front Desk and Staff. They barely great you upon entering and seem irritated if you ask for anything at all - Location is very noisy. You will be up all night from the sound of people outside, sirens etc. It’s loud - The corner is very sketchy. Seedly people standing in front of the hotel constantly Conclusion: Definitely look elsewhere for the money.

- Hussein Jaffer (2/5): - I will start with what I didn't like! -The hotel staff did not respect my privacy even while I was hanging on the door "do not disturb". They entered my room twice while i was out of the hotel and i found out when i got back to the room finding changes in my room. - The room I stayed at had a balcony without a key, where I didn't feel safe at my first night! One I asked the receptionist for a key to lock the balcony, he responded saying why are you afraid! No one will come to your room which was sarcastic and not helpful. The next day I asked another receptionist for a key, and asked to provide one once i return to the hotel, I came back realising that the staff entered my room to check the keys of the balcony while "do not disturb" hanging on the door. They provided a key to lock the balcony and took it back, therefore, I have a balcony without being able to make use of it as well as the privacy being breached. - I call asking for water multiple times, sometimes I get them providing me with water and some other times no one comes to provide me water to my room! - I was out of the hotel, once I came back finding the room doesn't look the exact same. I rang reception asking who entered my room? Knowing "do not disturb" was on the door. He replied back saying they came into your room to provide what is missing in the mini bar!! Which i did not ask for and that is also another time to get my privacy breached.
