• Elisabeth (8/5): - Das gleiche Zimmer, zum gleichen Zeitpunkt über Booking gebucht war für mich um 30 € teurer, als für meine Freundin. An der Rezeption konnte mir das nicht erklärt werden! Sehr schlechter Eindruck!!
• Christina (6/5): - Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Empfangsbereich sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage für mich sehr passend. Die Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist leider bereits sehr abgewohnt. Bezüge sind abgewetzt, Vorhänge haben Löcher und der Teppichboden hat auch bereits bessere Zeiten gesehen.

When we asked they said it had been prebooked, although it was empty. After two hours when we went down to front desk, ( when the staff had changed), they said it is available and no pre-booking, whatsoever had been done for it! Even gave me the keys. We did not change as it was late in the day. I don't know what to call it. Ignorant staff?, uncooperative staff? Racial discrimination. The experience left a bad taste !

• Adam (9/5): Convenient stay with good public transport - Modern and clean next to the U2 line. Please don’t charge guests €35 a night for parking. You have a spacious parking garage just offer it with the room especially on the weekend when street parking is free. I was told in advance and agreed to be charged but it’s a but pricy as the hotel is not even in downtown by my definition.

Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Ankünfte wurde zuerst nur ein Zimner zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl alles bereits bezahlt war. Das war für uns unverständlich. So stand meiner Frau und unserem 17-jährigen Sohn vorerst nur ein Zimmer zur Verfügung. Erst als ich um 23 Uhr ankam wurde das zweite Zimmer freigegeben.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und die Zimmer Ausstattung (Möbel und Teppich) hatte deutliche Gebrauchs und Abnutzungserscheinungen, wirkte sogar schmuddelig und verdreckt.

No quarto nao foi feita a cama, despejado o lixo nem retirada/ lavada/ substituida as chavenas de cafe e chá. A casa de banho também não foi limpa. Compreendemos que não sejam substituídos os lençóis e as toalhas de banho em estadias curtas mas a arrumação e limpeza são essenciais diariamente.

I stay in this hotel for location only and mot similarly priced hotels in Vienna have more attractive rooms. Could really do with redecorating rooms and lighter wall color

• Johanna (9/5): - Unsere Zimmer waren schön groß und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und auch laktosefreie sowie glutenfreie Alternativen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Herrn Georg vom Frühstücksservice, so freundlich sind wir noch nie morgens bedient worden. Vielen Dank! Der Drehsessel am Schreibtisch war schon sehr abgenutzt und sah ranzig aus, der Check in hat ewig gedauert und man bekam nicht alle Infos, außerdem musste ich noch einmal zurück da die Zimmerkarten nicht funktioniert haben. Sehr schade

• Carina (9/5): - Ich war schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Frühstück ist auch diesmal sehr gut gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Bett ist im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels etwas härter aber sehr bequem! Lage ist auch optimal, da sich gleich eine U-Bahn Station in der nähe befindet. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15min beim Ernst Happel Stadion Hat alles gut gepasst

• Ivan (8/5): The stay was excellent, ve are very pleased. - I liked the room, it was nice, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was also very good. The bathroom does not have working ventilation. Also, hotel has parking which you have to pay separately for 35 EUR per day. It is not included in the price.
