• Regina (9/5): Ich war nicht zum letzten Mal hier! - Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Lage am Bahnhof perfekt für An- und Abreise, weil man auch Gepäck im Hotel lassen kann. Das Zimmer war wie gewünscht sehr ruhig. Ich persönlich fand die Bettdecke zu dick.

• ALICE (4/5): Non ci tornerò! - Posizione imbattibile per i viaggiatori: L'hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima per chi, come me, si sposta in treno. Inoltre, la vicinanza alla fermata della navetta pubblica per l'aeroporto è un plus incredibile, che permette di azzerare lo stress degli spostamenti e i costi dei taxi. Riposo garantito: La camera era davvero accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Nota di merito speciale per i letti: estremamente comodi, perfetti per rigenerarsi dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro, ma la struttura non ha minimamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente sproporzionato per un servizio che si è rivelato assolutamente discutibile. I punti critici del soggiorno: Gestione amministrativa e check-out da incubo: Al momento del pagamento, abbiamo chiesto di dividere il conto in due parti — una necessità burocratica standard per chi viaggia per lavoro. La ragazza alla reception ci ha trattato fin da subito con forte sufficienza. Come se non bastasse, ci è stata addebitata due volte la colazione extra. Errori ripetuti e zero professionalità: Una volta notato l'errore, abbiamo richiesto lo storno della quota eccedente e la fattura corretta. Incredibilmente, il secondo documento inviato era stato modificato solo nella descrizione del trattamento, ma non nel prezzo finale (rimasto identico!). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere per l'ennesima volta di correggere l'errore prima di ottenere il documento esatto. Atteggiamento del personale: Di fronte a questa catena di sviste evidenti, la receptionist non si è scusata nemmeno una volta. Al contrario, ha mantenuto un atteggiamento indisponente e infastidito. Pulizia scarsa: Anche l'aspetto della pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare, riscontrando carenze evidenti sia all'interno delle camere sia nella sala colazione.
• Katharina (10/5): - Perfekte Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir sind nach 22 Uhr erst angekommen und wurden super freundlich empfangen. Trotz dieser Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend. Am Samstag war der Frühstücksraum sehr voll, aber es war ok. Wasser mit Zitronen/Orangen steht im Eingangsbereich jederzeit zur Verfügung. Für einen Städtetrip absolut zu empfehlen.

• vittoria (6/5): Stanza pulita, bella posizione ma servizio parcheggio scadente. - Mi è molto piaciuta la posizione. Sito a Praga 1 ma non in pieno centro, saturo di turisti e folla. Zona tranquilla e adiacente alla stazione. Stanza pulita e ordinata. Letti scomodi e stanza piccola. Nella descrizione dell’albergo viene spuntata la voce “parcheggio”. Purtroppo non è possibile prenotare un posto auto nel loro deposito, in più hanno possibilità di custodire solo 4 auto di dimensioni ridotte (h. 160) per l’intero albergo. La soluzione è sperare di trovare parcheggio nei parcheggi sotterranei adiacenti, spesso pieni e costosi.

• Josef (6/5): Bis auf ein paar Sachen ist es jederzeit zum weiterempfehlen - Die zentrale Lage Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer bestellt mit einen Doppelzimmer! Aber wir haben einen Behindertenzimmer mit einem 140 cm Bett bekommen. Es gab keine Duschkabine so dass das Wasser großflächig im Bad stand! Es war ständig der Kaffeeautomat kaputt. Die ausgegangenen Semmeln wurden trotz mehrfacher Kontrollen der Mitarbeiter nicht aufgefüllt.Dies dauerte viel zu lange. Aber ansonsten haben sich die Mitarbeiter alle Mühe gegeben.

Ani som počas pobytu o takom niečom nepremýšľala, pretože som sa sústredila na poznávanie doteraz nepoznaných krás Prahy. A pobyt v hoteli mi to umožňoval.

From there you can take the metro, and the stop for tram number 15, which goes to Prague Castle, is also very close. The Old Town is also a 15-minute walk away. It's in a great location, the shower has good hot water pressure, and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend it.

• Ana Paula (10/5): Maravilhosa! - Gostamos da localização. O hotel é perto da estação de trem. O atendente da recepção (Andres) foi maravilhoso. O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso e super confortável. Acho que a taxa de turista poderia ser cobrada diretamente pelo Booking como os demais hotéis fazem. Infelizmente, tivemos que pagar na chegada. E sentimos de não poder tomar o café da manhã. O nosso trem partiu bem cedo.

• Noelia (10/5): Gran hospedaje en Praga - La buena ubicación al salir de la estación de trenes, que en ese mismo lugar salen los flixbus, muy bien ubicado, tema seguridad 10 puntos el lugar, la zona y la ciudad, volvíamos caminando tarde y muy tranquilo. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y luminosa. El personal de recepción 10 puntos, muy predispuestos y siempre dando una mano. Tiene sector para guardar el equipaje cuando haces el check out. Nada, todo está muy bien

• Anoek (7/5): Het was prima, maar niet meer dan dat - Vriendelijk ontvangst, aardig personeel Kamer was heel benauwd, raam kon maar klein beetje open. En dan had je meteen herrie van buiten (station). Badkamer nogal krap. Kleine kamer voor 3 personen ( degene in extra bed moest over andere bed heen stappen om bij badkamer te komen)
