• Gunton (7/5): As described, concierge very helpful, good overall stay. - Amazing location (easy to get to from water transit), short walking distance to main area of San Marco. Great coffee shops, juice shops, restaurants and bars near by. Not the properties fault, but there was a lot of construction from 8am and went all day. Also very close to a bell tower that goes off at 7am, every hour, lucky were early risers so didn’t impact us as we were already awake.

• Hubert (8/5): Good option for a short stay - A really cute hotel in a perfect location in Venice, had everything you needed for the couple of days I was staying. Room was a bit small and you can hear quite a lot of noise from the shared corridor but it's nothing major

• Jameson (7/5): Very old Italian hotel with direct views that are hard to beat - The location of this hotel was excellent. Right in front of the public transport made for getting luggage to your hotel quick. The view cant be beat. I wanted Italian charm and I did get it.. the mattress was firm, which i like. The shower had a door, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was a bit tight and I couldn't get the towel warmer rack to work but maybe that was me. The windows do open and it was wonderful the be able to sit in our room, enjoy the breeze, listen to the water and watch the people. The desk clerks were polite and even held our luggage after check out for a few hours before we left. Breakfast was buffet style around the corner from the hotel. Its served from 730 to 10 and they mean they close at 10. They won't refill stuff til 10 and then let you eat until its gone. At 10, they take the food away so the earlier you go the better selection you get. The thermostat would limit you to a range of 21 to 26 Celsius. It was cold that night and we couldn't turn up the heat. The tv didnt work at first and my husband had to mess with it. When he did get it on only e English channels. All 3 were news. Although the tv had a Netflix button, Netflix didnt work in the tv. There was no clock so you had no idea what time it was unless you looked at your phone. Finding our room was also a bit different. It was kind of like a maze of up steps and down steps..it took me a whole day of get it down and by then it was time to go. Also there was a step down to get into the room and a step up for the bathroom so make aure you remember that so you dont fall. The thermostat would limit you to a range of 21 to 26 Celsius. • Silke (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt und direkt mittendrin in Venedig - Die Lage ist traumhaft - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune gebucht. Besser geht es nicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es wird in einem kleinen Restaurant serviert, das wenige Schritte entfernt ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich, wenn es eine Frage gibt.

• Herta (9/5): Man kann durchaus das Zimmer im Nebengebäude buchen, für Kurzbesuche durchaus in Ordnung. - Super Preis Leistung , beste Lage, man kann durchaus das Nebengebäude buchen, ist sauber und schön. Auch die Aussicht ist nett. Man wohnt über den Frühstücksraum.

Una persona de mediana altura no entra bien. Y falta un poco de mantenimiento. Enchufes respaldo de la cama sueltos y alguna que otra cosa más.

• BC (10/5): Perfect does not exist...but my stay at Hotel Paganelli was perfection - I loved everything about my stay at Hotel Paganelli. It was my second time staying at this hotel. To me they have the perfect location when you have to take the vaporetto. It is walking distances to most if not all of the vaporetto lines. I travelled with my child and it was amazing to see the hotel from the vaporetto when we were coming from the airport. The staff were absolutely amazing at any time I needed assistance. I also loved the little flowers by the window outside my room. Loved it. On this trip, I don't think there is anything more they could have done to top off.

• Coral (10/5): Inolvidable - Ubicación inmejorable. La habitación con terraza espectacular, este punto hizo nuestra estancia inolvidable. El personal muy amable y atento, de hecho nos dejaron una sorpresa en la terraza. Limpieza y confort de las camas, un 10. Productos de aseo muy completos. Baños impecables y bien diseñados.

No teníamos ni dónde alojar las maletas que tuvimos que poner bajo la cama incluida la ropa porque el armario era demasiado pequeño para dos personas. Tan pequeña que sólo daba para una mesita de noche de modo que uno de los huéspedes dormía literalmente con su lado pegado a la puerta.

• Masakazu (9/5): ヴェネチアにくるならまた宿泊したいホテル。 - ロケーションが良かった。水上バスの乗り場の目の前。サンマルコ広場まで徒歩４－５分。ラグーンビューの部屋は、素晴らしい眺望だったし、内側向きの部屋はとても静かでよく休めた。スタッフもしっかりしており、笑顔で対応してくれた。

• S2058CEpaulc (10/5): Clean quiet friendly hotel, highly recommended. - Just got back from a fantastic four nights stay at the Paganelli hotel. It’s situated on the waterfront very near to the boat stops for easy airport connections and water buses for getting around. Very close to St Mark’s Square and all other attractions. We stayed in room 101, it was very clean and tidy, and nice and quiet, queen sized bed was really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Paganelli

• Natasa (9/5): Výborná voľba pre pobyt v Benátkach, krásny pobyt za rozumnú cenu. - Fantastická poloha hneď na nábreží. 3 min na nám sv Marka. Mali sme izbu s výhľadom na more a ten bol úchvatný. Pohodlná posteľ, v izbe bolo všetko potrebné; aj čaj a káva. Vešiak pri dverách by bol prakticky, ale poradili sme si:) veľmi ústretový personal na recepciiy. Choďte sa pozriet na terasu na streche. Škoda, že hoteleve ranajky nepodávajú v bistre pred hotelom, tiež cena by mohla byt nižšia. 20€ na osobu je síce na Benátky bežne, ale keby to bolo pre ubytovaných hostí menej, asi by sa aj viac využívalo.

• Jiani (7/5): O forte do hotel é a localização em Veneza - O forte desse hotel é a localização. Realmente você desce do vaporetto e já está no hotel que também fica bem próximo da Praça são Marco. Outra vantagem é que eles guardam a sua bagagem se chegar antes do horário de entrada ou quiser deixar por um tempo antes de sair do hotel, o que facilitou muito. Não pegamos diária com café da manhã, mas vi que o café é um local próximo, não é dentro do hotel. Também o quarto que ficamos era muito pequeno e as camas não eram grandes, mas confortável. Os corredores são bem apertados e as escadas também, mas cumpriu com o objetivo de ficar um noite e poder aproveitar o dia da chegada e da saída. Banheiro pequeno, mas bem funcional e até creme hidratante, shampoo, lenço de limpeza de rosto. De modo geral, um hotel simples, sem luxo. Pelas fotos parece outro hotel internamente. Quarto bem pequeno.

• Ana Idoia (9/5): - Muy bien situado a la vuelta de la Plaza San Marcos. Muy silencioso a la noche y una habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Ideal para una pareja pero un poco justa para tres personas. Todo está muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Estupenda la terracilla interior de abajo. Además se puede guardar el equipaje mientras visitas Venecia. El desayuno merece la pena (fruta, dulces, huevos revueltos, verduras, yogur...) No es realmente accesible. Tiene ascensor pero por su morfología hace que tengas que subir y bajar escaleras para cambiar de ascensor. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, como era nuestro caso, puedes condicionar un poco

• trak01 (10/5): Great location - recommended! - 3 night stay Stayed in the annex in room 223. The annex is in another building around the corner - reception take you there on arrival. View to side street. Room was good. Comfy bed but pillows were hard - asked reception for a softer one and all quickly sorted . There were a couple of small cosmetic issues if you want to go searching for them but it was a good room - clean, nice crisp bedding with a good shower. The street had the occasional noise but its a city right... take your ear plugs if noise sensitive. There was some building work happening close by - could hear it but not really a problem TBH. Shampoo / shower gel etc provided with clean towels each day tea and coffee with kettle in room - no milk tho - once again ask reception and they will quickly sort you some There is a mossie vape in the room - suggest you plug it in and turn it on as we were both bit overnight Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant under the annex - pastry, cake, cold boiled eggs, meats, cheese, rolls, toast, yoghurt, fruit and cereals. There is bacon and scrambled eggs but the eggs looked pretty solid and even tho on a warmer the bacon was cold but there is plenty of other stuff. Might be a good improvement to see if the hot stuff could be kept warmer. The breakfast is oddly in different locations in the restaurant so go looking and you will find it all. The location is fab - right near the water taxis, bridge of sighs and St Marks Sq just around the corner We would come back again - recommended Cafe International in under the main hotel on the front - it gets the sun and the Aperol is only 5 euros!! Food is OK but keep away from the cheese / ham toastie!!
