- Andrea (10/5): Super cozy, feels safe to return to after a long day. - A classic comfy and affordable hotel experience! The staff was lovely and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was super nice, lots of veggie options. Location is a residential neighbourhood and has good connection. It felt like a safe haven to return to after a long day out and about. I cant think of anything :)

- Levent Eriş (1/5): Disaster and required a money back compensation beside an apologize - Absolutley nothing 1) The hotel was under construciton and physically in bad condition and it was not mentioned in either hotel internet site and booking presentation page and/or during booking 2) The air conditioner of the room was not working and it is not repaired 3) I asked for a slipper set, but there was only child slippers and I am not given any slippers later on 4) The elevator of the hotel was very very slow and seemed to be unsafe 5) The receptionist was in an attitude that he did not wanted to listen to my requests and deliver the room key and let me leave the recepiton desk.He and she (two different recepitonists) were in nonchalant mood. They were thinking that such failures and deficincies were quite normal for such an underconstruciton hotel 6) There was a periodic noise in the bathroom (thanks God only hearable int he bathroom) that starts every minute and lasts a few seconds ,but never stops and very disturbing 7) The entrance and open garden lobby area was very dark at nights and there were construction debris and dusts ont he floor. 8) In the room , there paint scratches and damages visible and disturbing, There were waterleak staind , became quite yellow. 9)There was not enough light in front of the mirror. I had difficult dueing my shaving 10) The water basin was improperly installed that, the mixer was very near to the edge of the basin circle and was not leaking in the center, so when you wash your hand, the water leaks outside. 11) The room was not worth the money paid. therefore I ask for an apologize and and compenstaion. 151,5 euro /night price was extrelemely high for such an unconfortable hotel
- Zenia (8/5): Godt Hotel med stor valuta for pengene. - Indretning af værelse til tre personer. Dejligt det var tre senge og ikke en sovesofa + seng. Dejligt der var brus og Badekar :) Personalet var imøde kommende. Og der var mulighed for parkering. Gulvtæppet var slidt/beskidt.

- Arlinghaus (7/5): Sehr nettes Stadthotel - Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber, Bad war klein, aber alles da. Fernseher vorhanden. Ich hätte gerne das Fenster geöffnet, aber das ging wegen der Klimaanlage nicht, die hat aber gut funktioniert. Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig. Im Zimmer stand eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung Das Bett war für mich zu hart. Spricht aber wahrscheinlich für ein nicht durchgelegenes Bett.

- Andrea (7/5): Gut geeignet für einen kurzen City-Trip Aufenthalt - Zimmergrösse ( superior Zimmer), Frühstücksbuffet - gute Auswahl, Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Innenstadt für City Trip gut erreichbar, Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung, Lage/Umgebung nicht sehr anheimelnd, muss man wissen, wenn man das Viertel Gesundbrunnen wählt, Renovierungsarbeiten im gesamten Eingangsbereich - der ( auf den Photos recht schön) in Natura dadurch trostlos wirkt, Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster ( superior) auf eine Mauer, Bad-Standard eher schlicht

Abbiamo trovato anche personale che parla italiano. Abbiamo anche provato la colazione e c’è di tutto in abbondanza, nulla da eccepire. Posizione un po’ distante dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche ma per noi andava bene perché avevamo parenti residenti in zona. Parcheggio comodo anche se a pagamento €17,00

Parkplatz vorhanden. Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Teppich und Gardinen mit vielen Flecken. Der Toilettendeckel sehr unansehnlich. Nachts ab und zu sehr lautes Türen ins Schloss fallen lassen.

- Jungblut (6/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub in Ordnung. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten . Der Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Sehr gut geschlafen . Teppich sehr fleckig. Decke des Zimmers sollte gestrichen werden mit gelben Flecken versehen. Fensterrahmen / Dichtungen müssten erneuert werden. Sieht ungepflegt aus. TV fällt immer wieder aus.

- Klaus (10/5): Etwas mit Parkplatz gefunden - Primär hat ein vorhandener Haltepunkt vor dem Hotel, uns in der örtlichen Situation in das Hotel geführt. Wir haben danach neben einem freundlich Empfang auch ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gefunden. Zusätzliche Entdeckung blieb der Umbau des denkmalgeschützten Bereiches zu einer Hotelanlage. Alles war okay.
