- Cassandra (10/5): Reposant et magnifique - j’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Ce fut vraiment reposant. Le lit est incroyablement confortable et j’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance que les jeux de lumières mettent en avant. L’hôtel est aussi idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique sur son rooftop. Peut être que le ménage pourrait être mieux fais ou que l’administration remette à neuf le mobilier. J’ai pu voir quelques taches et égratignures dans le dressing et sur les murs des WC. De même que quelques résidus de calcaire dans la douche.

The bathroom setup was a little strange. Wasn't great for two people, though the facilities worked well. Getting to the hotel is a little bit of a nightmare since isn't in the historical district.

Elegantní, klidné a plné atmosféry, která tě okamžitě vtáhne. Každý detail působil promyšleně, výhledy braly dech a člověk měl pocit, že si město vychutnává všemi smysly. Místo, kde se zpomalí čas a kde chceš zůstat déle, než jsi plánoval. Nenapadá mě jediný detail, který by narušil kouzlo tohoto místa. Všechno do sebe zapadalo s lehkostí a harmonií, jako by hotel dýchal stejným rytmem jako samotná Florencie

Es konnte kein Spa und Wellness Angebot gebraucht werden. Sehr entäuschend. Der Preis ist zu hoch, dafür das der Spa und Wellnessbereich im Umbau sind und nicht genutzt werden kann. Eine Massage konnte nur für einen hohen Aufpreis (>120 EUR) bezogen werden.

I even went to the roof terrace which is pure perfection and despite not having a booking the staff did everything to get me a perfect spot in time for sunset. I was initially in a single occupier room which had a lovely bathroom but the bedroom was a bit like a hostel and there was an issue with a light or something that made a lot of sound. The staff was amazing as sorting it out and changing my room thankfully, but just feedback for the next time :) also I was sad the spa was closed so when I booked my massage I was sent to one of the rooms for the treatment which again was fantastic but would’ve been good to enjoy the facilities fully :)

If you book, do not include the breakfast you can find other cafés and restaurants for better value. The bridge view was not worth it because it was on low floor so you were directly on the street with no privacy. When getting changed or taking a shower we had to close the blinds everytime.

It’s a 15 minute walk to a train station (Firenze SNM) and 5 minutes walk to any landmark or boutique. Couldn’t be more convenient I booked property with a thought of using the spa and sauna. Unfortunately during our stay it was under construction and this amenities were completely unavailable which my husband and I were looking forward too. It wasn’t listed anywhere on the website that this is happening when I was booking a room.

We travel monthly all over Europe, and a well-known fact of others that enjoy overseas travel, a 4 star or even 5 star property does not always translate to the quality or luxury we usually expect in the US. This hotel ticked every box for us. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable...we were right across from the Ponte Vecchio with a view of the river ...the location allowed us to walk to every destination. But above all was the excellent service and attention of the staff. We arrived quite late and appreciated the warm welcome upon checking in with Stefano. The staff took every opportunity to make us feel we were valued guests and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Aschraf for his above and beyond consideration and attention. He made sure we were hydrated and pointed in the right direction every day! When we ventured to the rooftop to catch the view even though the bar area was closed for the season, he showed up to take pictures of us.
