- Tour54829647418 (10/5): Great location to get around - Location was good for travelling in and around London. Was not in a noisy part of London so got plenty of rest. Easy to explore and comfy place to stay.
- 1isa82 (6/5): Friendly staff but needs improvement. - Staff here are friendly and the location was good for the tube. Those are the only positives really. The room wasn’t the cleanest with items left under the bed, we had 2 glasses for a family of 4 and the sink took about an hour to drain water. We stayed for 4 nights and the bins were never emptied so we had to provide our own bags and do it ourselves, despite the staff at reception saying it should have been done. We didn’t eat there, just had chips takeaway which we took to our room. The portions were small for the price so wouldn’t recommend.

- paulberkeley255 (6/5): Bit dated - We actually stayed here in January 2025 for a coupke of nights. I was initially not happy because we were told our room was actually in the building behind which I guess is the older part of this Premier Inn. The desk on the ground floor looked long vacated, maybe there wasnt a need anymore as the reception is in the main building. The bed and amenities were comfortable enough but the breakfast was just average in my opinion, better options outside for an even cheaper price. The hotel may have been upgraded by now but if not it defin8tely needs work in some areas
- CurlyH82 (10/5): Great value - Stayed one night in a family room to be close to an event at Olympia (15 min walk). Room was clean and comfy. 4th bed was a bit ropey but for a small child was ok - would need a topper/extra duvet on the bottom for older kids. We had a problem with noise from a generator outside the window that was unbelievably loud and asked to move, this was sorted out swiftly and a new room on the other side of the hotel was provided as well as the kind offer to leave bags etc in the old one so we could go straight to sleep - new room was very peaceful and we slept well. Breakfast was nice, usual premier inn type offering. Bar area on a busy Friday evening was a bit chaotic - not many staff and a lot of people. But it’s not a 5 star hotel - for the bargain price we paid we had nothing to complain about. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and would stay again.

We stayed as a family so breakfast and the option to eat in made it very easy. Staff were great very helpful. And as always a very comfy night's sleep. Clean tidy stylish hotel
- sammab2026 (4/5): Find another Premier Inn to stay in, not this one - Location was pretty good, hotel wasn't great. We finally got checked in 2 and a quarter hours after check in time, not great after a long journey, this was due to them not having any plus rooms cleaned. Staff seemed to have no clue what was going on and the girl checking us in was left to handle not only ours, but serveral other visitors complaints by herself. We had a 4 day stay and were provided with only 2 half rolls of extremely cheap toilet paper with no top ups during our stay. Our heating was stuck on hot the whole visit and the bed was solid. The room was clean enough but very small for a Premier plus, what we would have expected for a standard room, not the more expensive. On 2 occasions we tried to use the toilets by the bar and there was no toilet roll in the men's, women's or disabled. Not only that, there was excrement all over the toilets and they'd clearly not been flushed in quite some time. We didn't bring our car because parking was not guaranteed and was extortionate per night which is insane to me for a hotel. Wouldn't recommend this branch of premier inn again.

- carillak (6/5): Solid stay with a messy finish - It was a very decent hotel and a nice price for the location. But everything was okay until last 2-3 days of stay. We clearly told to clean room and they did not cleaned it at all in last 2-3 days in a row. It was weird and they was aware of that problem and in the last day they just placed towels in the room without cleaning whole room which is kinda weird.

- Trail528424 (4/5): Short stay London - This hotel is conveniently situated to the tube station it’s quiet and beds are comfortable but that’s about it! Informed via email check-in was 12 however on arrival we were told it wasn’t until 3pm unless we wanted to pay £15 for early check-in! hardly fair when that’s their mistake cost should not be passed on to customer for premier inn error! The manager then waived this charge when my husband pointed this out. Very poor customer service and rude staff, breakfast was poor and hot breakfast cold and dried up! Room clean however had to ask for more towels as only one left and we were a family of 4! Outside the room in corridor carpet very dirty and dusty as if it has never been hoovered. Also coffee stain on pillowcase so used extra pillows instead on top of wardrobe. Ordered lunch but had to wait 20 mins for our drinks and a further 20 mins for food which by then we had all finished our drinks, no apology very poor food and toasted sandwiches only toasted on one side! all in all ok experience however staff and customer service is a big letdown and needs significantly improved! :(
- Chews09 (10/5): Immaculate. Very friendly staff - Easy booking. Great price. We booked early check in. We arrived at 11:30 am and our room wasn’t ready. The reception apologised and upgraded us without hesitation to a better room that was ready. Very friendly staff, breakfast was very nice. Definitely recommend. Would stay here again.
- G1651JFmichellea (2/5): Brand new hotel with awful staff! - Brand new hotel, totally let down by its unhelpful team! Car park on site on a first come first served. Parked up and paid the £20 per night for two nights. The following morning we were told to move our car because they wanted to reprint the lines we asked where we could move to and the manager said ‘I’ve no idea I’m not local!’ This was super helpful ! We had no coffee in the room and we asked for a refill and they said they didn’t have any ! We then had to pay again for a car park elsewhere and the entire time they still didn’t paint the lines. Very disappointed with this place and the fact they just weren’t interested in helping

Family Room good size and beds super confortable. Breakfast could have more fresh fruit and kitchen was taking a bit of time for the cooked breakfast. Very good quality for the price.
- ijer0me (4/5): Needs to be run better - My booking email stated check in was available from 12pm onwards, wasn't the case when we showed up at half 2 and was told to wait until 3pm. We got into our room by half 3 as it wasn't ready at the correct time.. communication was poor, we had to ask for updates as were forgotten about even though we were sat in front of them in the lobby.
- 77andiev (10/5): A great place to stay. - Great location and fabulous staff. Kara and Faheem were exceptional and really made our stay special. The hotel is new (previously a Holiday Inn) and was truly lovely. Beds super comfortable, good level of comfort in the standard double room and quiet at night. The restaurant is lovely and the food we had was good. Definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here when I am next in London.

- reswinton (10/5): Lovely staff, good value for money - Newly opened hotel - had only been open a week when we stayed and there were a few teething troubles. However, everything was corrected with an apology and a smile. The room was pretty quiet and the bed was comfortable. It had been freshly decorated and was clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel on a meal deal. This made it very reasonable cost-wise. The food was tasty and there was a good selection to choose from. Service was pretty slow, but the chefs did come to apologise (1 was new, so was learning and not yet up to speed) With the hotel being a little bit out of the centre, we weren't sure if travel would be a problem, but we got the bus directly from the V&A pretty much straight to the hotel, and then we got the tube back in the morning - the tube station was about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, a lovely stay with warm and welcoming staff.

The reception staff were not empathetic and not quick to resolve the prob - On the first evening we were assigned a room where the heating was not working. The central air conditioning was blowing cold air. When we reported the issue at reception, we were told that it was broken and nothing could be done except giving us extra blankets. The room was so cold that we could not even undress; we slept fully dressed and were unable to take a shower. Fortunately, the following day, after I insisted, they changed our room. The breakfast is advertised as unlimited and plentiful, but in reality it was quite average. In particular, the hot milk/coffee machine kept running out, and we constantly had to call the staff to refill it. They really need to improve the service and organization, especially since the hotel is always full of guests.

- Lesley (10/5): Comfortable London stay good value - Great room, beds, air con, shower, breakfast, luggage storage. Staff were extremely kind helpful and friendly. Strict on check in and check out times but stores luggage. Only downside was 7/8 minutes to tube station which was a pain with bags. West Kensington also has only steps no lift or escalator. Buses closeby.
- thomasdD6555FW (4/5): In need of a refurbishment - Really poorly maintained hotel. Frequently use IHG hotels due to the brands usually high standards in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. This hotel falls significantly below expectations. As others have suggested hotel needs a renovation. The hotel room was dirty with a stained sofa and various markings on the wall. Bed was comfortable and had good night sleep, bathroom was clean - shower pressure good. The breakfast/bar area is really poor - gives off shameless vibes. Breakfast itself was also disappointing coffee watery and weak - watery beans, hash browns soggy and bacon inedible. If you’re thinking of booking here due to the “free breakfast” I wouldn’t bother. We didn’t use it after the first experience. There are much better hotels in the area for a similar price point. We won’t be back to this hotel.

- Geoffrey (10/5): Good value for money - A great hotel for the money, with reasonably priced parking as well. Rooms are a decent size. Bed is comfy enough. Everything is clean, but a little bit worn. You're not in the centre of London, but the tube station is a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Heathrow is just 20-30 minutes away, if you want to stay in London either before or after flying. The EV chargers in the on-site parking haven't worked since 2022 - which is a bit annoying. But there are chargers directly outside the hotel if required.

- harryjS9413WT (6/5): An ok hotel. - I stayed at this hotel and found it ok. I would say the hotel felt a bit dated and in need for a refurb. The shower was good and high pressured. However I was constantly being locked out of my room as my phone kept on very quickly de-magnetising my key cards so I had to get lots of new ones, I was locked out a total of 4 times whilst only staying for 1 night! Breakfast was good though.

- MoMoJilJil (6/5): Convenient Location - About 7 minutes walk to West Kensington Station, or 10 minutes walk to West Brompton Station, quite a convenient location. This time we have booked one Double Standard with a Sofa Bed, and one with 2 Single Beds. The room size was relatively small, but you could still open large suitcases, and the bathroom was also on the smaller side. The facilities were similar to other hotels in the UK — basic shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towels, and a kettle were provided. However, items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers needed to be brought yourself, or you could request them from reception. The room rate included a buffet breakfast, and the food selection was quite decent. The taste was standard hotel quality — acceptable. Downsides: one room’s air-conditioning was freezing, while the other room was very hot even at the lowest setting. When we asked the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket, they said each room already had a blanket and refused to provide more, with a rather indifferent attitude. One night when we returned to the hotel, we found an empty pizza box outside our room door, we had to call the front desk and asked someone came to remove it.
- DerekO27 (6/5): Simple and functional - Basic and functional. Very standard simple hotel with limited amenities. Room was fine, bed was comfortable and shower facilities very good. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn buffet, nothing fancy just functional. Ideal as a base to explore London by taking the nearby West Kensington Tube into the centre, about 15 minutes away. Westfield Shopping Centre is a pleasant 40 minute walk or one stop on the nearby overground station at West Brompton. Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage football grounds are nearby. All in all a good place to base yourself balancing cost, comfort, amenities and location.

- sonia (8/5): good stay - The hotel was in an excellent location for the ideal home exhibition. The hotel appeared clean with tea and coffee in the room. However the size of the bed was an issue as myself and my husband usually sleep in a superking bed; the double was a bit of a sqeeze. Breakfast was very good , with plenty of choice.

It's SUCH a shame that this hotel closes in June for a year and then reopens in 2026 under the Premier Inn brand ... a shame for guests such as me and many of my colleagues but losing such quality staff is major and a tragedy for them all. I sincerely wish them all the very best for the future and again, extend my thanks to each and every one of you for your incredible levels of service over the many MANY years over which I have statyed these.

- eduardk377 (10/5): Reasonable budget friendly choice - Overall, most aspects were as one would expect from a hotel of this category: a clean room, a professional service and a solid breakfast. Would stay again. Be warned that the double beds are on the narrower side and that the room configuration with a double bed and a sleeper sofa is very cramped. It would be nice to see more vegetable options for the breakfast in the future. On the other hand, an iron with an ironing board as a room amenity was a very pleasant surprise.
- U5836XKbrians (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect choice for our needs. Well situated for Museums and walking distance from Stamford Bridge. Two tube stations nearby, West Kensington and West Brompton. Room was clean and well appointed in the hotel annex. Being in the annex is not a problem. Security is good with 24 hour reception. We spent three very comfortable nights with splendid breakfasts, hot and well cooked. Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly a young woman on reception when we arrived. We'd definately stay here again.

- 851charmainep (6/5): Short family stay - We arrived two hours early and couldn't check-in. However, the staff let us leave our luggage in a secure and safe area in the hotel. The tube is less than a 10-minute walk (district line), so it is a very handy location. When we eventually checked it, the two rooms needed refurbishment but still good for our purpose. The breakfast was a bit chaotic with eggs, jam and plates running out. However, the staff are friendly, welcoming and pleasant. On that basis, we would visit the IHG hotel again.

Highly recommend to those who don't want to pay insanely high prices for good quality hotels in the historic part of London.

Our room was basic but comfortable and clean, providing a nice place to rest after our daily outings. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast, which offered various options, making it easy to start our day right. The hotel staff was invaluable. They gave us directions, recommended local attractions, and helped with whatever we needed. The location was excellent. It was just an 8-minute walk to West Kensington and West Brompton stations and only a 15-minute walk to Baron Court, making it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay with delicious food and friendly service. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to London!

- Neil (10/5): - Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good.

- Jingler24 (10/5): Another Fantastic Stay! - Had another amazing stay at this hotel. Stayed for one night with my wife having stayed a couple of times previously. Also brought some friends along as we were seeing a show. As always the welcome was first class, thank you Patrick for your help, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot food and the cleanliness was exemplary considering how busy it was. A special thank you to Marinela who sorted out a couple of requests prior to our visit, this made the stay really great for us. We will no doubt be returning again very soon.

Janet, the lady on the front desk was very helpful as she kept my son’s package of cheese which he was taking back to the USA in the hotel fridge. Breakfast was okay, only one type of egg which was scrambled and I would think we powdered instant eggs.
