Mykola (8/5): - This was my second time here and everything lived up to my expectations. The rooms are quite spacious and quiet. Parking is convenient, especially considering the hotel's location. The staff is very attentive and polite. Wi-Fi is a little slow, but not critical.

Anton (9/5): - The hotel was very good, the staff was friendly, the room was comfy and there was everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious. It is just located near busy motorway and quite hard for people without a car. Istanbul mall is very close but can't get there walking. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would come back again

MARWAN (10/5): من الفنادق الجميلة في تركيا - موظفين الاستقبال جدا متعاونين وترحيبهم كان لطيف واشكر الاخ مدير الاستقبال كمال شخص محترم جدا لديه المقدرة على كسب الضيف وحل المشاكل مدير اكثر من رائع بالنسبة للفندق مقابل المال يستاهل الزيارة وسوف اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق الفطور جميل ومتنوع بصراحة ماعندي اي ملاحظة على الفندق حتى السرير مريح جدا والنظافة ممتازة المنطقة هادئة وجميلة ويعتبر من الاماكن الراقية في اسطنبول مول 212 قريب جدا بس لازم يكون معاك سيارة عشان تتنقل على راحتك
Lavan (8/5): Kwaliteit voor weinig op een goede locatie - Kamer en prijs Zwembad was redelijk warm maar het kleine badje voor kinderen was erg koud. Daarnaast leken de deuren open te zijn waardoor de ruimte van het binnenbad erg koud was.

Na (1/5): - I didn't even had the chance to check anything out because of the security problems of the hotel and didn't end up staying at this hotel.. Security of the hotel is Nil. Security manager stepped away when I had a problem with the taxi driver who was not accepting payment with a credit card. Police was on the way but instead of giving me protection against the aggressive driver and let me wait inside the hotel till police arrives,he literally kicked me out of the hotel to let me have a fight with the driver. This is so unprofessional and inhumane and I would never step into a hotel where the Security system suffers and has such Security managers. What a horrible experience that didn't even start!!!

irina591 (10/5): Positive experience - Even it is not located in the centre, I really enjoyed my 6 nights stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and can not do enough for you . As I had operation, it was very important for me to have everything I need at hand. Breakfast was brilliant to meet everyone taste. The curdish guy Shokat ( probably I misspelt his name- sorry ) was bringing me a plate for egg shells, serviette, etc. it was so much appreciated! Evening meals also were also great and inexpensive. Checking in and checking out took just less than a minute. And cleaning staff was amazing as well on 11th floor , the girl from Kirgizstan was very attentive, was asking if I need to replace anything, was working really hard! I would definitely stay here again - want to try their spa facilities ☺️. Thank you Sun Dance hotel! And see you next time!

Andrea (6/5): - Struttura un po' vecchiotta, sente un po' il peso degli anni soprattutto all'esterno, suite grande ma solo una stanza, il salotto è separato dalla zona letto dal solo armadio TV, a colazione molta scelta ma qualità passabile, il ristorante si riduce a pochi tavoli nella hall, non molto quieto ne rilassante. Non servono alcolici. Pick-up con uber quasi sempre immediato. Per fare due passi c'è un centro commerciale di discrete dimensioni raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, mentre Mall of Istanbul, nonostante sia vicinissima in linea d'aria, risulta essere piuttosto lontana a causa degli svincoli. ristorante con zero privacy, non servono alcolici, colazione discreta ma niente di che, junior suite migliorabile

The room was extremely hot, and when I asked about air conditioning, I was told the system had been switched to the winter mode. I couldn’t sleep properly because of the heat. When I complained, the staff were unhelpful and only brought me a fan that didn’t even work. For a hotel of this level, this is completely unacceptable. Basic comfort like proper room temperature should always be available, and staff should be better trained to handle guest issues. I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these problems.

Bert and Anucha Hunter (9/5): Nice hotel and attentive staff but poor location. - The breakfast was nice. If you are a vegetarian, it is perfect. The salad bar and olive options are great. I stuck to the bread (there was plenty to choose from) and boiled eggs. The steamed veggies and cut up hot dogs in tomato sauce didn't look very appetizing. Everyone, including the housekeeper, was very helpful. We asked if we could purchase extra water, and she was so kind and just gave it to us at no charge. The room was spacious and newly renovated, it seems. The location is kinda sucks, unless you are into shopping. There is a local outlet mall in walking distance and a International mall that you can only reach by taxi due to the location of this hotel. Keep in mind that there is being a new highrise build right next to this hotel and if your room faces that way, they do work till about 8pm in the evening.

By checkout most waiting 10 minutes for check the room and most pay 20 euro for a little drip of blood on a blanket. Over 3 months back in Istanbul but never more in this noisy hotel again!

Hotellet er ikke det bedste for turister, der er på besøg i Istanbul, da det ikke ligger meget centralt, selvom der er metro i nærheden. Hvis man har bil er det mere oplagt at vælge hotellet. Der er også gode shoppingsmuligheder.

Relax621882 (4/5): At your peril! - I had the unfortunate incident where Turkish Airlines had delayed my flight and I missed a connecting flight home and consequently Turkish Airlines accommodated me in this hotel. The driveway and the hotel nicely lit at night looked inviting but my goodness it is literally in the middle of nowhere! It is at least 45 mins in and out of Istanbul by taxi. I was so jet-lagged that I just fell into bed. In the cold light of the morning I noticed that half the pillows did not have pillow-cases. Unforgivable. I ventured for breakfast to be greeted by unfriendly bordering on rude staff. I had a quick look at the unappetizing buffet. Breakfast closed at 10am and I was there at 9 45am. I decided to have a quick coffee outside which is literally set under a freeway. I thought I was in the twilight zone. I headed back into the breakfast area and if you thought that Covid was lockdown …….all the coffee machines were off and all the breakfast cleared away! I could not believe it. I spent the day in Istanbul as I could not bare to be in that hotel - it was soulless and unwelcoming. Do (not) do yourself a favour and go there. It was one of the worst hotels I had the misfortune to stay over in my life.

Ekaterina (3/5): - Couple of receptionists at the front desk were helpful and friendly. 1) location - you can’t even reach tge Mall which is 800 m away without a Taxi 2) this hotel is alcohol free! Please, mind it :)) 3) the change of booking from 1 to 2 PAX cost me 40 euro more while it’s the same price at booking.com 4) non smoking room smelled smoke badly. 5) one blond young receptionist girl was very unfriendly with her body language… There are some other minor disadvantages, I just don’t have much time to enumerate them.
