• Michele (10/5): It was our second time and it was just as good this visit as it was last visit. - We arrived very early in the morning (6 am); we hung out in the lobby and then by the pool. The woman at the front desk was able to get us a room very early so that we could rest before our cruise.

• Sherpa47246153918 (6/5): Truck Stolen from Parking Lot - Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot on this trip. The hotel, staff, and management were very good to us and helpful. We parked right by the front door, under a light and in full view of a security camera. We have good video of the thievery which only took about 2 minutes to complete. Beware of current truck theft in the area. Two trucks were stolen from a hotel across the street in the same month that we know of. The only reason we know that is through the rental car company we had to use in the area. Again, the hotel itself and staff were great. Losing our vehicle and everything inside.......not so hot.

• Raynelle (1/5): Very disappointed. A waste of money!!!! - The property is in walking distance to stores and food places. The property is outdated and dirty. My room was dirty. Urine was on the toilet, I found an acrylic broken nail and a fake eyelash. The shower was dirty. I felt very uncomfortable. I was insulted when water cost $10 a bottle! I will never book again. I really should get a refund!!!!! Super disappointed.

• gordonbI4520XE (10/5): Awesome Stays since 2017 - For the purpose of business I’ve been staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West off and off for 9 years. I have Diamond Status, from my experience this Homewood Staff are one of the most attentive Hotel Staff in the Country. If there is ever maintenance needed via the Hotel Room or Laundromat I’ve never waited for an extended period of time. I would be remised if I didn’t mention the cleanliness and organization at the 7 days a week hot breakfast buffet and the 4 days a week Complimentary adult beverages. Soft drinks and buffet Dinner offered by this Hotel. Of course the location being Miami you can expect those Latin Flavors every now and then. From me being a Diamond member I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

• benlO6921HC (10/5): Great amenities and a good value for money - Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for great amenities and saving some Monday on meals. This is an older property that sits in a triangle of hotels with a shared parking lot in the center. I stayed at the Homewood suites and it had a good breakfast as well as an evening social Monday - Thursday that functioned as a free dinner. They give you access to all of the amenities between any of the three hotels which was great. The best hotel gym as well as the hot tub and newest rooms is at the Hilton garden inn. The Homewood suites has gas bbq grills and the free evening socials. I recommend staying at the whole Garden Inn unless you need a kitchenette in which case use the home suites. Home suites is a bit older but still well cared for. The staff at the Homewood suites is great and very friendly.

• craigm496 (4/5): Disappointing Stay. Not to Hilton Standard - What a disappointing experience. My flight was on time. My bags were first off. And then, I went to the hotel shuttle area a little after 5:30. I expected to see the van around 6pm at the latest, however, it never arrived. I saw several other hotel shuttles go by at least twice before deciding something was not right. After almost 45 minutes, I called the hotel and never got a person to answer. I called back and after wading through the system, got a woman on the line. When I explained I was waiting for the shuttle, she very rudely informed me I had to call. Nowhere on their site, in the voicemail system, or on any documents I received did it say I needed to call. Everything states the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 7am-11pm. While waiting is never fun, being scolded by a staff member before you even arrive at the hotel is never a great start. Once the shuttle finally arrived, almost an hour after I arrived at the airport, they had picked up another guest at the previous stop. So clearly, there were several of us waiting for the shuttle. Because of the late pick up, I was not able to fully enjoy the evening reception. Again, disappointing. This whole experience is not up to the Hilton standard. It’s unfortunate this property isn’t being handled to their benefit. I can only hope future guests may have better care. And, as I’m writing this, the wifi signal keeps dropping. Yet another disappointment.

• Stezinho (10/5): Amazing last minute booking! - Our flight home was cancelled so had to find a hotel at short notice. This hotel was wonderful, all the staff were so lovely, helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, spotless and had everything you could need. They even included a social meeting in the evening and provided food and drinks. Had a lovely breakfast next morning which was included in the price. We chilled at the pool the next morning before our flight home. Highly recommended would definitely stay again. Thank you for all your help it was really appreciated.

• Thomas (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again next year - From the check in to the check out everything was great. The room was clean, spacious and convenient. We were able to walk to our choice of restaurants for dinner that night. Got up the next morning and used the treadmill in the gym and then had breakfast in the kitchen area which was excellent served by a very friendly staff. Check out was a piece of cake and took only seconds. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and customer oriented. The only issue, although minor, was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

• bwilley77 (10/5): Great for a pre-cruise night. - We've cruised from Miami before and stayed at a number of places. I've seen this place on my previous searches but hesitated having never stayed at a Homewood before. It turns out it's a lot like the Hampton brand. I used the Hilton app to select my own room and get a room key before arriving. My phone worked perfectly to open the room. I loved that I didn't have to wait to check in. Favorite thing. - I was able to set the room AC fan to ON and it stayed on all night. That white noise is like gold to block out noisy hallways and door slams. Surprisingly fast elevators! Standard free breakfast that you would expect. No complaints. Airport shuttle - they stop at certain Miami airport doors. The message said every hour and listed those doors. We were at door 14 and it arrived around 25 after the hour. Be aware there are a couple hotels with similar names. This hotel had a mini bus with a couple other hotel names on it. The Staff I encountered were friendly and I would stay here again. It cost me about $50 (with tip) to get to the Miami port in an Uber.

• Lawrence (8/5): Great clean hotel, with friendly staff. - Good variety with breakfast. Hotel is close to the airport. Facilities were very clean and house keeping was done daily. Rooms are nice and spacious The pool could have been heated.
• 170gizellel (8/5): A great experience - We stayed here for 10 nights in December 2025. The room was clean, hotel was clean and house keeping was done daily. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and hotel shuttles work well. I recommend. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool, the water is always cold and it doesn't get any sun. We will easily stay here again
