Blisko do metra, przystanek autobusowy przy hotelu, blisko plaży oraz wielu knajpek. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia tzn. panele na podlodze oraz meble w lazience mają swoje lata. Materace wygodne ale mogłyby nieco lepsze.

- Mia (10/5): Positief verblijf - Rustig gelegen op 5 minuten wandelen van het leuke strand. Centrum Barcelona goed bereikbaar te voet (ongeveer 4km tot Sagrada), openbaar vervoer of met tourbus die je kan nemen op 2 of 10 minuten lopen afhankelijk van welke organisatie je boekt. Modern hotel en klein rooftop zwembad is leuk om 's avonds wat op adem te komen voor het diner. Voldoende restaurants in de buurt. Ontbijtbuffet is zeker zijn geld waard, veel variatie en verzorgd. Personeel is vriendelijk en correct. Voor ons waren de bedden het minste van ons verblijf, harde matrassen en kleine kussens die niet veel ondersteuning bieden.

- Elizabeth (8/5): For 2 nights, this is the best option. - Location – there are many restaurants, brunch cafés, and specialty coffee spots nearby. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a pillow that was too tall, and they quickly assisted us and found suitable alternatives. The curtains are almost blackout, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The room was clean; however, for this level, I would expect slippers and bathrobes to be provided. At the very least, some basic toiletries should be included. The breakfast was disappointing. If you have dietary restrictions like mine (dairy-free and gluten-free), you’ll likely struggle to find something to eat. About one-third of the options were pastries and baked goods, another third consisted of cheeses and cold cuts, and there was only a small table with savory items (omelette, bacon, etc.). It’s not worth the €15–18 I paid at reception. There are many brunch cafés nearby where you can get a similar or better breakfast for the same price.

- Irene (10/5): Top confort and location in Poblenou near the beach - I loved the spacious and impeccably clean room and bathroom, with a nice view. I enjoyed the swimming pool at the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect for our needs: at the heart of Poblenou, near la Rambla del Poblenou and the beach, with good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The expensive price, which is the usual in Barcelona, and really discourages me to visit the city beyond work purposes.

La colazione abbondante con ampia scelta . Per il mio viaggio, che era di lavoro, forse un pò scomoda per raggiungere ogni mattina la zona di interesse. Per una vacanza sicuramente ben posizionata

Inclusive, como já relatado em outra reclamação, tivemos uma mochila furtada nos sofás em frente à recepção. Pelos próprios comentários de outros clientes, esse tipo de situação não é incomum no local, e mesmo assim nenhuma medida efetiva é tomada para melhorar a segurança. Como se não bastasse, além da falta de prevenção, também não há qualquer suporte após o ocorrido. Não acionam a polícia, não tomam iniciativa, limitando-se apenas a informar onde fica a delegacia. Estávamos com horário de voo marcado e simplesmente ficamos sem alternativa. O mais grave é a falta total de preocupação. Se houvesse alguma atitude — como acionar a polícia, verificar o ocorrido, disponibilizar imagens ou prestar suporte — isso já ajudaria a minimizar e até reduzir esse tipo de situação. Tivemos um prejuízo de quase 1.000 euros. Situação lamentável, frustrante e, infelizmente, recorrente, como demonstram outros relatos aqui.

Auch befinden sich ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe wo sich für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel was finden lässt. In die Stadt braucht man mit den Öffentlichen dann doch 30 Minuten. Muss man halt mit einplanen. Da unsere Abreise vor den Frühstückszeiten lag, haben wir vom Hotel einen Lunchbeutel bekommen. Top Alles super

- Hélène (8/5): Très bien. - Nous avons apprécié la grande chambre et la grande salle de bain. L'hôtel est aménagé simplement (couloir et chambre) mais avec goût et sans tableaux kitchs, ce que nous apprécions. L'entrée est élégante et accueillante bien qu'il s'agisse d'un grand hôtel, avec beaucoup de fauteuils et d'endroits confortables pour s'asseoir. Il y a un restaurant à l'entrée et nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois, le personnel est sympathique et les plats sont bons. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de la mer et à quelques pas d'un quartier agréable et moins connus des touristes, le Poblenou. Il y a là pléthore de restaurants. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est énorme et très varié. Rien sauf les taxes mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Il faut penser à rajouter ce montant au prix de la chambre. 9 euros par personnes en plus.
