A música fica alta até às 5 horas da manhã nos finais de semana e feriado. Se você está procurando um hotel sem barulho para dormir, irá encontrar esse problema aqui.

Resumo corrigido: Fiquei nesse hotel e, após o check-out, já havia pago o consumo do quarto — as diárias foram pagas antes da viagem. O hotel iniciou as várias cobranças duas horas depois do check-out: sempre alterando os centavos, e não devolveram a caução, que também havia sido feita no cartão. Passei semanas tentando entender o motivo das cobranças. Só me responderam que determinado setor entraria em contato, mas nada aconteceu. Forneceram um e-mail para que eu tentasse resolver, porém o endereço era inexistente. Vale ressaltar que a estadia foi paga com antecedência, pagamos o pouco que consumimos no quarto e não quebramos nada. O hotel em si era bom: limpo, seguro, bem localizado e com um ótimo café da manhã — mas tive essa chateação. Até hoje não sei o que aconteceu. Dica: façam as reservas com cartão virtual! Após a cobrança ser efetuada, cancelem ou bloqueiem o cartão. Foi assim que as cobranças indevidas não foram debitadas. Fiz a reserva, aguardei o hotel efetuar a cobrança e, em seguida, bloqueei o cartão. Tentei, muito, fazer contato mas não esclarecem nada.

We were traveling with our 6 year old and the breakfast had plenty of things he liked. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved staying here and would stay again. The pillows were not the most comfortable. The street noise is loud all night long. However we would still stay here again despite those things.

Um 3:20 Uhr sind wir wieder an die Rezeption und das Zimmer war immer noch nicht bereit- Dann sind wir 2 Tage nach Brasilien und haben unser Gepäck dort gelassen umd gleich das Zimmer für in 2 Tagen reserviert was uns bestätigt wurde- als wir in 2 Tagen apät um Mitternacht wieder ankamen, hatten sie keine Reservation, wir mussten nachts um 1 Uhr ein neues Hotel suchen- lausiger Service Zudem als wir morgens um 6 zum Flughafen sind kamen uns Männer mit Prostituierten entgegen- sprich es ist ein Stundenhotel

Danielle (7/5): Disappointed with "view" but a comfortable stay - We liked that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff here was truly wonderful, every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful with any request we made. The neighborhood is wonderful, so walkable, and we had easy access to so many parts of Buenos Aires. I am disappointed as I believe the way the rooms are presented before booking here on booking.com are unfair and the hotel should rectify this. I booked a "double room with a view". The pictures show a view overlooking the Recoleta Cemetery which is an iconic site in Buenos Aires and the reason I booked this room. When we arrived we were given a room on the second floor of the hotel where you can barely see over the top of the wall into the cemetery. I asked to be moved to a higher floor but there was no availability. I found this very deceiving and disappointing as the pictures and stated description allowed me to believe that I'd have a view over the cemetery. While yes, there is a rooftop view available to all guests, it is through glass panes and is not as enjoyable as it would have been to have the balcony view we thought we paid for. Also the elevator broke down during our stay. This may be a fluke thing, I hope it is not frequent. Other guests were stuck on the elevator and the one staff member on for the evening seemed to be dealing with this issue entirely on his own. It was very scary and I felt very alarmed for those stuck. I am sure these things can happen anywhere, but I just wanted to note that we used the stairs the rest of our visit.

Alessandra P (6/5): Worth the view - The location is fantastic and you need to get a room with a view of the Recoleta cemetery. Absolutely worth the small surcharge. Base prices are too high. The facilities and breakfast offer are basic and tired. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives nearby. The little balcony could do with a couple of chairs to enjoy the sunset.

A balada fecha as 06,00 e só a essa hora se pode dormir. Urgente colocarem caixilhos e vidros para poder abafar o barulho, se ouve tudo como na rua. Quarto é confortável e limpo e o banheiro é grande, com água quente e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente. Funcionários atenciosos O café da manhã é apenas satisfatório e o local o de o café é servido é pequeno e apertado. É importante notar que há alguns bares com festa durante a madrugada nas proximidades. O isolamento acústico do quarto até que é bom, mas ainda assim o barulho pode incomodar (no nosso caso, estávamos com bebê pequeno foi um incomodo).

When I could not find him I went back to my wife and she said this was our driver. He lied and then charged us $180.00. Not a good first impression of BsAs. Finding the driver booking.com sent.

Kathy (10/5): Immaculate small hotel beside the Recoleta cemetery. - The hotel has 24 hour front desk staff who were uniformly polite and helpful and proficient in English. The breakfast was of excellent quality with great selection. No suggestions.
ANDRES (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación es muy buena El hotel se describe como “Boutique” y está lejos de ser así. Es un hotel estrecho, con habitaciones que huelen a cigarro. Hay mucho ruido en la noche, de motores de edificios. El rooftop no es tal, es un pequeño balcón con un par de mesas, muy estrecho, en el que por la tarde no se puede estar por el calor. View of Recoleta Cemetery from many rooms, including ours. Civilized breakfast hours: 7-11 am. Nothing major: Some street noise at night, though room was mostly pretty well sound insulated. Slightly irritating dripping sound from drain pipe for several minutes after running water in bathroom.

Kelly (10/5): Great hotel room to relax in and rest between attractions in B.A. - The location was great, the staff were very helpful and nice. Their customer service and interaction was perfect. The room was so much larger than rooms we usually stay in and had a great view with the balcony facing Recoleta Cemetary. The breakfast offered is also a great way to start the day especially if you want some light before you go out in the city. There really isn’t much to complain about at all. The value of this hotel is great and I would stay here again.
