• Özlem (6/5): Top Housekeeping und schöne Aussicht, aber Strandschließung und Reparaturmängel mindert den Gesamteindruck - Das Konzept Zimmer Bodrum“ hat mich wirklich beeindruckt. 🌟 Die Aussicht war traumhaft und das Zimmer stets makellos sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Housekeeping: mein Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und perfekt aufgeräumt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren äußerst aufmerksam und professionell. Ein großes Lob geht an Merve und die Vorgesetzte Yasemin Hanım – beide haben mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Herzlichkeit dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Ihre Arbeit hat den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht. Kurz gesagt: wunderschöne Aussicht, Sauber und ein Housekeeping-Team, das Maßstäbe setzt. 🏅 Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Schon beim Empfang musste ich feststellen, dass der Strand wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen war – sehr schade, da dies ein wesentlicher Teil eines Aufenthalts am Meer ist. Darüber hinaus gab es im Zimmer einige Mängel: Das Telefon funktionierte nicht, die Badezimmertür ließ sich von außen nicht öffnen, und insgesamt besteht noch deutlicher Reparaturbedarf. Diese Punkte haben den Gesamteindruck leider beeinträchtigt und zeigen, dass hier dringend nachgebessert werden sollte.

• mccormack (1/5): Dissapointing - We have been twice before with no issues, great food, location etc howerver we were not informed of work being done and no facilities. Hotel outdoor area was under construction and we were not told. No sea access no sunbathing area and water in the pool. We had to move hotels. Booking.com were excellent in helping us but our first day was ruined due to us not being informed
• Zineb (8/5): Beautiful view and lovely stay - We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The location is also convenient and relaxing. The shower water was not always hot, which was inconvenient. The nearest bus station is not very close, making transportation less easy. The breakfast, although good, had the same menu every day and finished quite early at 10:00 am.

Понравилось место для завтраков с огромными панорамными окнами на море. Рядом есть магазины, много кафе и в общем то все что надо рядом) Место хорошее и уютное. Неожиданно и приятно удивлена.

• Ulrich (8/5): Durch einen Zufall strandeten wir sehr spontan im Bilem Hotel - Durch einen Zufall strandeten wir sehr spontan im Bilem Hotel. Und was soll ich sagen, es war wirklich unseres Glück, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es passte alles und wir können nur positives berichten. Das Hotel steht malerisch an einer Klippe, in der nähere Umgebung gibt’s viele Läden, Restaurants. Viele der Hotelzimmer verfügen über einen wunderbaren Meeresblick. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß, die Betten bequem, alles was man so braucht, war vorhanden. Zum Hotel gehört eine Badeplattform, auf die gelangte man über einen Fahrstuhl, für Gäste des Hotels ist dieses Service kostenlos. Die Badeplatform hat genug Liegestühle, um jede Tageszeit findet man da Platz. Getränke und Essen, die bis auf die Liege geliefert werden, runden den entspannten Tag am Meer ab. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich gut um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Übrigens, klasse Musik, uns hat es gefallen. Auch zum Frühstück fährt man mit dem Fahrstuhl in den Saal. Schon die Aussicht ist beeindruckend schön, es macht Spaß den Tag so anzufangen. Es werden angeboten mehrere Backwaren, ausreichend frisches Obst, Käse, Wurst, die Eier werden frisch zubereitet (großes Lob, die waren perfekt) und noch einiges mehr, alles war frisch und die Auswahl war reichlich. Den Tag konnte man in dem Restaurant auf der Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick über das Meer bei Essen oder einem Cocktail abschließen. Für den angenehmen Aufenthalt möchten wir uns bedanken bei allen Angestellten, ob in der Rezeption, am Meer, in den Restaurants, ihr alle habt einen tollen Job gemacht und dazu beigetragen, dass wir paar schöne und entspannte Tage verleben konnten. Sobald wir wieder die Gelegenheit haben sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder.

• Grete (2/5): - Extremely disappointing experience! We booked a room for 2 nights — the hotel looked beautiful, clean, and had great reviews. But when we arrived, the reception staff were smoking inside, and the entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was impossible to sleep in such a smell — even my husband, who smokes, couldn’t stay there. The pool outside was dirty and not suitable for swimming. The balcony was full of dust and dirt, although the view from the window was beautiful. We couldn’t stay because of the terrible smell and had to book another hotel across the street, losing €140 because of this place. Very disappointing! 🚫

Rommene var ikke som er beskrevet på booking.com. Det var masse Mauer på soverommet og små dyr. Soverommet lukter og dusj kabinett var forferdelig skytten. Stikk kontaktene fungerte ikke. Jeg gikk og klagde på respsionen for at de skal bytte rom. De nekter å bytte og de bare om vi skal bytte rom du må betale 400$. Så jeg måtte betale 400$ i stedet å sove på et rom full av små dyr.

Breakfast was not included but when I saw the selection it definitely was not worth £13 per person. The space of the rooms were small. All the restaurants close were very costly. Some of the staff were rude when asked how to get down to the beach.

Pas convivial. Que le lit Propre. Le reste ça vaut un 3 étoiles 🌟. PAS plusss. Je suis suisse mais minimum un peu de gaieté... Et minimum de propreté,, voilà,, sinon plage très sympa les serveurs ! Staff doesn’t really care and is outdated. Whole place needs a renovation. Indoor pool is unusable and people there are smoking. Oh did I mention mold again. Yes I did. Breakfast was meh. Lunch and dinner voucher is a scam so don’t think you’ll get something like that even if it says so in the booking. Just don’t go here. Get yourself an Airbnb in the city center like Savoy.

• Sedgley68 (4/5): Apart from the beach I don't believe the hotel is value for money. Don't believe the photos you see. - The location was great and probably the best beach in Antalya. Hotel was close to restaurants and shops. Taxi services were good and close to the hotel. Although we were forced to use all facilities at the beach area as the hotel threatened to confiscate all food and drinks (water, pop etc) if we took it into the hotel. Prices were very hight. We went on an tour and told as hotel guests we got a special price, and we didn't. So I felt they were dishonest. Bathroom was a shamble and the shower didn't work and I had to get it fixed. The fridge was broken and didn't work and left water all over the room. The room wasn't what we were expecting and nothing like the photos. Hotel very tired and needs a refresh.

Старый ремонт во всех номерах, но у них есть Стильные тематические номера с видом на море только после ремонта 😉 в них можно попроситься на ресепшен за доп плату, если хотите.

Also the staff at the beachclub couldn’t do enough and the food was lovely there and it was comfy to sit on those mattresses. The first room which had a weird smell + light was coming through the curtains and hair in the bath and no handle in the bath to close.
• alper (1/5): Bedbugs and the worst hotel. - Are you asking me what I liked about the accommodation? I still wonder how anyone could even want to stay here, and why I booked it myself. The hotel has bedbugs, water is leaking from the ventilation, and the whole place is falling apart. We pointed all of this out to the hotel staff, who acted like it wasn’t a problem. We will never, ever stay at this accommodation again. The right thing would be for the hotel to refund our money. This hotel is so bad that there’s nothing to like. They’re just scamming people. If you’re gullible and foolish, go ahead and book this place—but if you have even a little bit of sense and self-respect, book somewhere else.
• Ibrahim (2/5): Extremt dåligt! - - Vi vill uttrycka vår starka besvikelse över vår vistelse på Bilem Beach Hotel. Rummet vi tilldelades höll inte på något sätt den hygienstandard eller kvalitet som ett hotell bör uppnå. När vi checkade in upptäckte vi flera allvarliga brister: • Hål i lakanen och synliga skador på väggarna. (Lakanet byttes inte ut på 3 dagar, efter vi gick och klagade en andra gång åtgärdades detta). • Damm och smuts på golvet (trotts klagomål om detta var smuts och damm kvar på golvet i 3 nätter) • Hår på sänggavel, låg där när vi checkade in, och låg kvar där i 3 dagar. • Myror i badrummet • Spår av ohygien i handfatet samt fläckar på toalettstolarna • Trasiga inventarier • Smutsiga duschväggar Trots att vi informerade personalen redan efter första natten åtgärdades ingenting under vår vistelse. Vi har dokumenterat samtliga brister med bilder, och vi kommer att dela med oss av vår ärliga upplevelse i en recension, så att framtida gäster kan fatta informerade beslut. Med tanke på omfattningen av bristerna samt det faktum att inga åtgärder vidtogs trots vår feedback, anser vi att kompensation/återbetalning är befogad.
• Matti (10/5): Aurinkoinen ja miellyttävä. - Erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Keltainen taksi maksoi yöllä ~900 liiraa, päivällä ~700 liiraa lentokentältä hotellille. Siisti, puhdas. Ranta aivan vieressä. Meluisa. Varsinkin yöllä todella selvästi kuului musiikki ja liikenne huoneeseen.

• Cintia Ildiko (8/5): Vissza jönnék ha jobb lenne a kiszolgálás a Beachen. - Minden tökéletes volt meg voltunk elégedve a szállással. A recepción mindenki kedves és segítő kész és mindenki más aki hotelben dolgozik. A szobák tiszták és szépek, jó a hotel elhelyezkedése. Az étteremben a kiszolgálás szörnyű. Akik ott dolgoznak egy nő volt aki értelmesen kitudott szolgálni minket mindenki más katasztrófa amit leművel pedig az étel tényleg nagyon finom.

• Sahika (9/5): Amazing - The location is perfect, very friendly , helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is very good organised with Valet parking. Breakfast was great with many choises- fresh baked pastry, fruits, various cheese etc.We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

• Eva-Elise (4/5): - The sea view. And the lovley cleaning lady. The fact that its forbidden to bring any kind of drinks or food from outside and into the hotelroom. Literally cant even bring in water from the supermarked. If u want anything u have to buy it at the hotel bar, hotel beach or hotel resturant.
• Peter (4/5): - Everything looks good on the photos but when you get there you can see things need improving. The air con unit was leaking water as ice was trapped inside it. The restaurant for breakfast looks shabby and needs an upgrade The bathroom door is made of MDF and has water damage. Another resident had a toilet that did not flush

Özellikle gece saatlerinde gelen biraz yaşlı gözlüklü beyfendi sürekli tersleyip surat asıyor biz ona bedava bir şey yaptırıyormuşuz gibi ve 3 yıldır düzenli bu otele geliyorum her yıl bu beyfendi böyle. Çalışanlarına biraz daha güler yüzlülük tavsiye ediyorum :) kimse size hayrınıza bir şey yaptırmıyor.

• Richard (8/5): A pleasant stay with a wide range of facilities. Good hotel for couples, and would stay again - The room with a balcony sea view was very pleasant. Attentive and helpful staff. Good food and super location to the sea. Private beach was excellent. Room service was sporadic, some staff seemed indifferent to our requests. Menu needs to be in English as well as Turkish

• Anastasiia (3/5): Не вернусь в этот отель больше. - Неплохой пляж, удобный лифт для спуска. Номер на 3, ужасная слышимость, спать было невозможно. Это все, что нам понравилось в этом отеле. Не понравилось практически все: грязные пляжные места, платные полотенца на пляже, ужасный завтрак, очень грязный ресторан, порванные скатерти, вообще это был один из худших отелей, в которых я когда либо была. Вода платная в номере и об этом никто не предупреждал.

• Viktoriia (6/5): В целом хорошо провели время в этом отеле, мешали только муравьи. - Шикарный вид на море из комнаты 403, симпатичный номер и интерьер. Хороший напор горячей воды. Пляж в минуте ходьбы оборудован лежаками, переодевалками и душем. Чистое море. Выдают свежие полотенца для пляжа. Недалеко автобусные остановки и несколько торговых центров. Есть 2 бассейна. Один на улице, рядом с дорогой, работает до 18:00 и больше подходит для детей. Другой в подвале здания, не пользовались. - Муравьи. Они жили прямо в изголовье кровати. Постоянно ползали по всей кровати. - Можно взять только один ключ от номера. Если вы с партнером, это создает неудобства. - Тонкие стены. Люди за стенкой постоянно громко занимались ночными утехами и мешали спать. - Невнимательный персонал. Два дня просили принести туалетную бумагу. Сперва звонили, затем прямо на ресепшене спрашивали. Так никто ничего не принес. - Нельзя приносить воду и еду в номер. Цены в местном ресторане бешеные. - Скользкие лестницы на пляже. Некоторые люди падали при спуске. - Холодная вода в море. Мы были в конце июля. Из под земли бьют ледяные ключи. Отплыв чуть подальше вода теплее. - Тренажерный зал. Несколько тренажеров в темной тесной подвальной комнате сложно назвать залом.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Le séjour très bien passé l’hôtel très bien. Dans le réception mR berkay très serviable. Juste le soir musique très tardive. On attend jusqu’à la chambre. Et petit déjeuner à revoir pas trop choix. Jus de fruit en option

• Matthias (6/5): Leider sehr unzureichend. - Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die nächtliche Beschallung der Gaststätte gegenüber ist sehr laut, genauso wie die lautstarken Nachbarn der Zimmer. Zur Ruhe gekommen sind wir nicht. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht mal einfachem türkischem Standard.
• Burak (8/5): - Genel olarak memmun kaldım. Sanırım en üst katta olmamdan dolayı, biraz rutubet kokusu vardı. Denize sıfır olması, plajının güzelliği ve yeme içme alternatiflerinin çok fazla olması güzeldi.
