The laundry room was very convenient & helpful & the kids loved the recreation room beside it. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Special mention to to staff member, Eunice (Pineapple). She was very friendly & helpful & even got us a welcome tray with fruit/candy. There is a 7/11 just 2 minutes away & Starbucks, Burger king, Subway & a few other shops located opposite the hotel McDonalds is also just a 5 minute walk away. Friendly & helpful staff ready to assist with any enquiries enquiries. Nothing... Everything was great!

- Celine (10/5): - I like everything about this hotel! 🏢 The room is very clean just like any rooms you can expect from 5 star hotels. We comfortably fit ourselves in 1 room with 2 adults and 2 little kids. 🍽 Breakfast is amazing! Such a wide variety of choices and almost everything is delicious. I especially liked the Jianbing (a popular Shanghainese breakfast pancake filled with all kinds of proteins and veggies). 😇 Staff is very helpful here. They help receive your tabao packages. A special shoutout to Myers and Rabbit from the F&B dept -- who gave us a nice little surprise on our last day. Also to Ricci from the front desk -- who are helpful with our inquiries. Even though the location is quite good, you cannot go out and be in the middle of a bustling street. It is located next to the train/metro station and there are malls across both sides of the hotel. But it is not so convenient to just walk out of the hotel as it is surrounded by large busy roads.

Both times we had a very good experience: the location is convenient, very close to a train station and 2 metro lines, the rooms are spacious and maintained very clean, there is a very good variety in the breakfast and the self service laundry room is of great use for travelers that have longer stays. Besides that, the staff was always extremely nice and helpful. Especially on our second leg of the trip when we had a late check in and were visibly very tired, Rachel Wang and her “banana team” was very nice, helpful and warmly accommodated all of our needs.

- Wee Ming (9/5): Great and value for money stay. Huge gym for those who need a gym during their stay. - Overall, it was a value for money stay. The gym is complete and decent for a hotel. Feels like commercialised gym with enough equipments to complete your chest/back/leg day. There is a 24/7 7 Eleven within less than 5mins walk from the hotel. Didi is easy to get too. The housekeeping staff Ms Huang at Level 19 is very accommodating and friendly. By 9am daily she is already cleaning from room to room and by the time I’m back from a day out in the city the room is clean, bed made and amenities replenished in a generous amount. The concierge staffs were also resourceful and helpful. They would gladly offer to help make dining or massage reservations using their personal mobile without hesitating. I highly recommend this hotel if it is within your budget. On average, it takes about 15-25mins Didi ride to get to the city / touristy areas and approximately 1hr to get to/fro Pudong International Airport (PVG). Will be great if there are eateries within walking distance from the hotel though there is a train station within 5-10mins walk from the hotel. There is a 7 Eleven within 5mins though.

Everything was good: the rooms were clean, comfortable, breakfasts were nice and offered a great variety of food. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the girls Rabbit and Pineapple for their kindness and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. We booked two superior rooms with a view and panoramic windows, but one of the rooms did not have panoramic windows, and was less spacious. We mentioned this to the reception staff, but they said that it was still considered a superior room. This was the only issue during our stay. Otherwise, everything was good. The hotel is conveniently located near the 1000 Trees mall. The area is quiet and cozy, and it is easy to get around by taxi or public transport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was great, especially enjoyed the green-tiled wall on the sink. Could use a bit more space but overall a nice value for the money. The staff were quite attentive and helped us with our questions, gave us a welcome drink and umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast was truly exceptional. I enjoyed having both Chinese and Western food options, fresh fruit and sourdough bread. The gym was also surprisingly well-equipped. It is basically your regular gym that has all the necessary equipment and machines. Also enjoyed being able to use the laundry at any time. The TV in the room shows the washer and dryer availability in real time, which was very handy. And of course, the location was super-convenient. The railway station and metro are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Across the street is a mall and on the way to the station there are some local food chains and a minimart. The windows in our room were a bit dirty, but that wasn't really an issue.

Very close to the central areas of Shanghai and theres a train station right next to it which helped us a lot as we didn’t have to go to hongqiao anymore . The room service was fantastic and the staff (Jihong He - 何继红）was great and very friendly. We also like the buffet breakfast, great variety of food and including all types of western dishes. The restaurant staff are all fantastic and helpful, especially the staff Kendrick (from Pear team) have been very helpful in making nice tea and coffee for us. We like location as well, only 2 minutes from the Shanghai train station and easy to find speed train to get around surrounded cities.

Elle nettoyait la chambre tous les jours à l'heure, laissant la salle de bain, la literie et les moindres recoins impeccables. Am avut probleme cu privire la meniul de pe zbor (cerinte speciale) iar ele au stat in call center mai mult de o ora sa rezolve, chiar daca era trecut de 12 noaptea. 🙏🏻 Lemon si Rabbit ne-au ajutat de asemenea si la micul dejun, foarte dragute si amabile in fiecare zi. Camera foarte curata, iar locatia foarte buna.

Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious and there was a vast selection to choose from. A special thank you to F&B Banana, F&B Watermelon, F&B Tomato, F&B Pineapple, F&B Strawberry, F&B Eva, F&B Litohi, Main Reception Ricci, & lovely housekeeping lady-big sister on the 6th floor- Xu Meifang and all the other staff. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Every aspect of the stay was thoughtfully done and exceeded expectations.

Завтраки в комфортное время и довольно разнообразные. Очень удобная прачечная самообслуживания, что немаловажно в поездках с детьми. Отдельная благодарность приветливому персоналу. Как комплимент, при заселении был повышен класс номера. Ребята без проблем помогают по всем вопросам. Отдельная благодарность Rachel, очень выручила с потерянным имуществом, а так же помогла с заказом доставки. Спасибо работнице ресторана rabbit за внимание к мелочам! - ZC (10/5): - 前台 Ricci 服務很好，態度友善。住了兩晚，第二天，也有幫忙房務整理，整理的跟第一天一樣乾淨，備品也補齊，房務女員工(很抱歉我不記得全名，應該是梅麗 女士) 很感謝她幫忙。 雖然在地鐵旁邊，但其實離紅線有一段距離，走蠻長一段路。注意旁邊那是火車閘口，再過去優先是地鐵3,4號線。

Specially the front desk employees are exceptional, they helped us beyond hotel services like fixing taxi app payment issue, calling restaurant for reservation etc. Special mention to Rachel who was outstanding and gave us nice surprise during our daughter birthday.
