Wi-Fi is free for all in-house guests; maximum of 2 devices can be used simultaneously. Please note that Frascati Café, Oskar's Bar, Tea Tree Spa, fitness center, in-door swimming pool and shuttle bus service are currently closed until further notice. - As part of our hotel upkeep program, the Executive Lounge on the 1/F will be undergoing maintenance until further notice; alternative hospitality services will be provided for Lounge Access. - During this period, an ongoing renovation program for our restaurant on the 13 ft floor is scheduled as well. Please proceed to the Chinese restaurant located on the 7/F for your dining and refreshment needs. There will be inevitable drilling and hammering sounds when the heavy works are in progress, but these will only take place on Monday – Saturday between 10:00 – 18:00. rxshaddock (10/5): Amazing, hotel of choice when visiting Macao - I feel very lucky to have found this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. My chambermaid did an outstanding job—she clearly takes pride in her work and never cuts corners. The location is ideal: centrally situated and close to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding casinos to feel მშვიდ and relaxing. Although it’s rated as a 4-star hotel, it truly felt like a 5-star experience. And that’s coming from someone who has visited 68 countries and 6 of the 7 Wonders of the World. I highly recommend this hotel. Despite being surrounded by 5-star properties, it easily gives them a run for their money. It’s also very close to Senado Square—just a 10–15 minute walk puts you right in the heart of the action. A special mention goes to John the bartender and Suki at reception—you were both exceptional. Whenever I return, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

Номера большие, просторные, есть все необходимое, оборудование работает. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор местной и европейской кухни. Совсем недалеко зона казино для интересующихся. В целом, хорошая гостиница Цена, на наш взгляд, для номера гостиницы этой сети оказалась выше ожиданий.

В отеле Holiday Inn Macau by IHG очень неприятный запах — буквально на каждом этаже, в коридорах и номере. Последний раз такой запах чувствовал, наверное, только в Нью-Дели. Ковры, похоже, не мыли с самого открытия, пахнет пылью и сыростью. Заселение было долгим, персонал не спешит и не старается помочь. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Честно — не рекомендую, особенно за такие деньги.

438murrayj (10/5): Great Location and Good Value - The Hotel was very close to the city centre, spacious room, excellent staff at reception. Very obliging and helpful. Comfy beds and would stay again. Only negative was I had paid for the Hotel some months prior to staying there and when the staff wanted a credit card held for "sundry items" and they charged us again for the room. I had given them a different card as the original one was cancelled through attempted fraud. Only realised when we got back to NZ about a week later. An email sorted it out promptly with an apology and a stated refund within a few minutes of sending it. A tip, when coming across to Macau by ferry do NOT take the taxi a person offers you. Go to the taxi stand and get to the Hotel at 1/3 of the price. Lesson learnt.

743vv (6/5): An old/smokey hotel with an incredible staff. - An old Smokey hotel that reeks of cigarettes from the carpets to the AC, with areas infested with black mould; The hotel generally reeks of old cigarette smoke. When I was first greeted with the original room in the 14th floor I was horrified, the room looked like it survived the 1970’s, black mould was visible in the restroom and the walls were literally falling off in the sleeping area. I immediately had a discussion with the supervisor, Ms Astrid who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help me and my family, I am a Diamond IHG member and was given an appropriate room. We got 2 rooms at the top level the 28th floor; a Newley renovated room that looked like a “hotel room”. The staff are extremely polite and I mean highly hospitable and often went out of their way to help the guests, most of the staff speak English and those who who know less English always greet you with a friendly smile. The management of the hotel has gone out of their way to enforce no smoking, every corner of the hotel has a no smoking emblem, and signs warning of the maximum fine and warning of installed sensors, holistically and justly speaking I would personally avoid this hotel it is a very old hotel in badly need of a foundational renovation, it is a shame as it has a top of the line staff that any owner would wish for.
Elsie (7/5): Good - There was a bust stop opposite the hotel and it was convenient to commute via bus back to hotel. Location is not very far from Liboa Hotel and the main bus terminal. Just a five mins walk Don't really like the bath tub in the bathroom. It was troublesome to shower in the bath tub. Hope they upgrade the interior soon

Johnson (3/5): Disappointing breakfast experience, with poor food selection and unhelpful staff, won't stay agaIn. - Comfortable bed. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. For the money, it was not worth it. The selection of food was poor. The food was cold. When we asked to have the staff make us a cappuccino, they stated that we purchased the buffet and said we weren't allowed to have one. Unbelievable. I left a whole cup of bad coffee and much of my meal behind. Needless to say, because of this 30-minute encounter, I will not stay again at a Holiday Inn in Macau.

deniece_perillo (8/5): Macau Trip - The hotel is clean but quite old. The staffs are all friendly and nice. For the breakfast buffet need to add more varieties of food, the air conditioning unit are not cold enough. Overall for the service is excellent just need to upgrade the facilities.

Joyce (8/5): - The room I had was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was quiet and safe. The staff was helpful and nice. There is no convenient public transport, but there were taxis when we needed one and there are some stores nearby. I appreciated having bottled water in my room every day.
Narendra (8/5): Perfect places to stay make your travel perfect. - Breakfast was good and right for day. Location was ideal with walking distance to the Senoda Square, Ruins and for the shuttle buses to Cotai besides the Wynn Macau, MGM and the Lisboa. Cannot think of anything negative.

Citychaser (9/5): Great location and a variety of breakfast options - The location was accessible and most of the tourist spots were walkable. They had great Western and Asian breakfast options. Check-in was quick and the staff helped us book a taxi to the airport. One of our rooms smelled like wet laundry and cigarette smoke.

Ha (6/5): Not necessarily good value for money especial for a 4 star hotel, but for short stay it is acceptable. - But the staff are extremely nice and helpful and the location is rather convenient. The hotel looks decent from outside but the room is dated and the bathroom facilities need revamping. The noise isolation did not work great as you can hear everyone in the corridor. The breakfast is not outstanding.

744arvinv (6/5): Stains - My overall stay went smoothly, but I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback that could help improve their services. On the day of my check-in, I was excited to make myself a cup of tea using the kettle, only to discover that it contained used tea leaves from a previous guest. I quickly called the front desk, and they promptly replaced the kettle, which I appreciated. However, on the second night of my stay, I encountered another issue. I noticed that the duvet in-fill had several noticeable stains on it, which was quite off-putting. Given that this is a budget hotel, I understand that standards may vary, but it does make me wonder how such details can be overlooked. I’m not sure how to approach this situation, considering the price range, but I felt it was important to bring it to their attention.

Just the food for the breakfast need to improve more. The room are clean. The location is near to the attractions. Thank you for providing us excellent service. We will definitely comeback.
