Cuando llegamos, un domingo a las 2 pm, dia de la madre, con 2 niños pequeños y 4 maletas, no habia ascensor. asi nomas. ¿cuando lo van a arreglar? no se sabe. Suba usted a la habitación en el sexto piso solo sus maletas. no hay nadie que lo ayude, nadie de gerencia duante 4 dias. Pagamos previo de 4 estrellas para obtener servicio de youth hostel, sin faltar el respeto a los youth hostels. un desastre.

Virginie (5/5): Pas conforme aux photos - Propreté chambre qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo, bien trop petite, obligée de se contorsionner pour rentrer dans la salle de bain, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain. Accueil moyen, on ne m'a pas proposé le petit déjeuner, idem quand le matin je me suis plains de la chambre, la personne parlait à peine français et n'a probablement pas compris ma requête et m'a demandé d'écrire un mail. Décevant, pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et de mercure.

We booked the room for 4 people, one person couldn’t came together, and for this price the offer something for us to make us feel better. But the just doesn’t care about this thing. Les équipements de l hôtel étaient impeccable,j ai pris une grande chambre avec tout le nécessaire et un grand lit confortable. Mais ce qui nous a le plus plu c est l emplacement idéal :à côté des transports et a proximité du centre ville Je recommande fortement. Rien à signaler
Grégory (4/5): Catastrophique - Honnêtement nous avons été déçu par cet établissement alors que nous descendons souvent dans les établissements Mercure A peine arrivé à la réception les valises en core en main il faut régler immédiatement la chambre. Erreur de facture nous retrouvons un post it pour venir régler le complément en rentrant dans notre chambre. Il faut redescendre à l’accueil pour faire remarquer qu’il manque peignoir et chaussons. Nous mettons le panneau ne pas déranger ce qui n’empêche pas la personne de rentrer sans frapper dans la chambre à 9h. Dernier point nous demandons le petit déjeuner en chambre bien entendu il a fallu le réclamer par téléphone ne le voyant pas arrivé. La solution que nous a proposé est : « vois ne pouvez pas descendre plutôt ? » Et une fois enfin livre de notre petit déjeuner rien ne correspond à notre commande

Hasret (8/5): Een top verblijf met parkeergelegenheid, schone kamers voor een dure stad Parijs. - De locatie is top, vooral als je van plan bent om met de auto te komen. Je kunt je auto netjes in een prive garage parkeren van het hotel, zo staat je auto ook veilig. En dan ben je gemakkelijk met de metro binnen 20 minuten in het centrum. Als ik nog een keer naar parijs zou gaan zou ik weer naar dit hotel komen. De parkeergarage was wel erg krap, vooral omdat ik met een wat grote auto kwam.

Konum iyi sayılır, mahalle arasında aslındaç Odalar çok çok küçük, standart oda 13 m2 ancak bana verilen çatı katındaki (5. kat) oda çok daha küçüktü. Odada hiç rahat edemedim. Oda o kadar küçük ki valizimi açacak kadar bile bir alan yoktu. Bu kadar yüksek fiyata böyle bir odada kalmaktan dolayı çok üzgünüm.

Michael (7/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub für den Geburtstag meiner 18. Tochter - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und der Blick auf den Eiffelturm ist wirklich beeindruckend. Ein Highlight, das den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Das Zimmer war modern und gepflegt, und insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zwei Punkte sind jedoch erwähnenswert. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, sodass das Ein- und Ausfahren etwas schwierig war. Außerdem war der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft. Wir haben es an der Rezeption gemeldet, leider wurde das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, und das Hotel hat definitiv viele Qualitäten, die überzeugen.

Есть ванна, что редкость для Парижа, достаточно мест для хранения, есть чайник, чай-кофе (растворимый)-сахар. Отель выступает за разумное потребление пластика, поэтому в минибаре вода из кулера в стеклянной икеевской бутылке. Завтрак для Парижа прям богатый. Очень долго ждать лифт. Его, конечно, мало на такой большой отель. Но спасибо, что он есть в принципе) Что касается завтрака — для Парижа он прям отличный, были случаи, когда я грызла одинокий дубовый круассан, которым можно гвозди заколачивать, а тут прям реально шведский стол. Мне не хватило вареных яиц (не люблю вот эту вот размазню — перескрембл\недоомлет). Но удивило то, что вообще совсем нет никаких овощей и зелени. Ни листика салата, ни перчика.... Маленькая мисочка не самых свежих помидоров черри на всех, я обычно такую одна съедаю)
