We were given an upgrade which was unexpected but very nice. Room was large and very clean with extra toiletries which we needed and water replacement at turn down service and the following days .. Bed was very comfortable, pillow king size and also comfortable. Coffee machine which was most welcome and the room was quiet . Location was great . I have read that the hotel needs a refurbished, I can assure you that the floor we were on they had blocked a complete section to do just that.. Thank you forsaking us feel welcome Nothing

En conserjería nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones, tanto de restaurantes, como para masaje de pies, muy dispuestos ayudar en todo momento. Pedimos mejora de habitación con vistas a la bahía ya que coincidía con mi cumpleaños, y la señorita de recepción no tuvo ningún interés en hacerlo, aunque ya lo había solicitado al reservar.

The location, food and service were great, and the staff went out of their way to help and assist you. 10 out of 10. the room could have been bigger, but this is Hong Kong and real estate is very expensive. - Stephen (8/5): We loved the Kowloon walkability and abliging staff in the club lounge. - The staff were very attentive, especially in the club lounge. The pool area was very disappointing as an outdoor pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. It is very small and has only 8 sun loungers and 12 chairs with 6 small tables, no facilities to purchase food and beverages. Whilst we were there, very vocal workers were removing and planting plants whilst we were trying to relax after a long flight!

If I skipped my tea time, I would’ve ordered more. Gavin and Chloe had served us well. Ensuring that all things are in place and having us well fed.

We also had a ton of fun playing with the foam printer (try it!). I really liked their signature sour and White Tiger (Negroni twist). The atmosphere is like an elegant old school bar, perfect for a relaxing night out with a bunch of friends, all dressed up.

Special thanks to Summer Bonnie at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, professional, and so helpful with all our requests. Her service made our trip perfect! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

We stayed in a club room with harbour view and could watch the light show from our room. A very big shout out to the staff especially Alex for his outstanding service, smile and ability to make you feel very special. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel and Hong Kong!
- Inc_cleaner (10/5): Excellent stay as usual - Having tried a few different hotels in the area on my last few trips, I have returned to the Grand Stanford as it really does offer the best value for money and delivers a consistently good product. The rooms are clean, spacious and well laid out. The staff are attentive and the food is excellent. We had breakfast in the club lounge for the first time and it was great. It’s also a really nice walk along the waterfront to the more happening areas of TST. Extra points for the excellent allergy labeling of all the food. A real boon in Hong Kong. Will return (already several future trips booked).

Service - exceptional, particularly from Frank in the Club Lounge and Thomas in the main breakfast area. Location - very accessible to the harbour front, but 10 minutes away from the crowds to be a relaxing stay. Rooms - decor in good order Lounge - great for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes Breakfast - good range and quality in the main restaurant but the lounge is quieter with a more personal service!

- MIKI (10/5): 安心できる場所 - 初めて香港に行ったので、慣れない環境で観光した身体を癒してくれる場所でした。とにかく綺麗で清潔で快適です。観光しないでホテルにずっといてもいいな？と思ってました。チェックインのときしか会話はスタッフとしてませんが、英語での会話です。 ちょっと駅から歩きますが、意外と気にならなかったです。コンビニが歩いて3分くらいのところなのが惜しいポイントです。夜景はそんなに期待しない方がいいと思います。笑
