• Justin Adam (8/5): Superb location and comfortable stay. - Location was excellent - didn't feel touristy, but we were very close to the tram which took about 10 minutes to get to central. Plenty of coffee shops in close vicinity and a 5 minute walk to Vondelpark. Room was cozy and clean, comfortable enough. Staff very friendly and accommodating especially regarding leaving bags for the day. Really no complaints!

• Michaud (5/5): erträglich für 2 Nächte - Lage Zimmer lange vorausgebucht, hatte gleich vor dem Fenster ein Gerät das enorm laut war, das Fenster offen haben, war unmöglich Im Boden unter dem Teppich hat es inmitten vom Zimmer ein riesiges Loch Frühstück: obwohl es draussen kalt war, wurde klimatisiert und es war so kalt, dass Gäste mit der Daunenjacke frühstücken kamen
• Franz (1/5): Kurz gesagt: Nie wieder. - Matratzen waren bequem. Lage war gut Bettwäsche war sehr dreckig und auch die Ersatzbettwäsche war nicht sauber. Im Bad hat es nach Abflusswasser gestunken. Boden war nicht sehr sauber. Vom vorherigen Gast lag noch eine kleine Tasche auf dem Boden - die hat man gut sehen können - wurde also nicht wirklich viel geputzt an dem Tag. Türen so dünn, dass man vom Flur jedes Geflüster hören konnte. Badezimmertür auch nur eine nette Geste - großer Schlitz auf dem Boden (weil kein Fenster oder sonstige Belüftung), also hat man auch da nicht wirklich seine Privatsphäre. Regendusche war kaputt. Schrank war auch sehr klein. Also für so viel Geld kann man mehr erwarten.

• Jillian (10/5): - Place was clean and very good location. My husband and I like staying in the neighborhoods that are quiet at night but still want to easily get to the city center. There is a lovely pub nearby and a bike rental store that made it extremely easy and pleasant. You are like a 5 min walk to the bus and metro station as well so no need to get an Uber or taxi. Also nearby is a wonderful park it seemed like everyone goes to on a beautiful day. To get to both the light district and or Anne frank home I recommend getting a bike as it would be a bit of a walk to get there. The museum was right there though so very convenient to walk. You also have easy 24 hour access with you room card. Rooms are small but for many including us this will not be a deal breaker

W pokoju był ekspres z możliwością robienia kawy i herbaty - rewelacja. Niemożność otwarcia okna i wywietrzenia pomieszczenia. Bardzo mały pokój jak na trzy łóżka, nie było gdzie rozłożyć walizek, w pełni otworzyć drzwi do łazienki.

• Kelly (6/5): Voor de luxe moet je er niet zijn. - Locatie was oké van het concertgebouw Ontbijt was oké Prijs! We hebben meer dan 150 euro betaald voor 1 nacht. Bij aankomst hoorde ik een ander koppel veel minder betalen omdat ze ter plaatse binnen kwamen en betaalden. Zeer jammer. Receptionist zei ook dat we mochten inchecken om 14u30. Eenmaal zover heb ik nog 5 euro moeten betalen! Schrijnend... Kamer was oké. We waren ons aan het douchen en we merkten dat ze zeep op was, echt niet leuk. Alsook zakjes voor hygiënische verbanden waren op... stomme, jammere zaken. Ik vond alles veel mooier beschreven dan het eigenlijk was. Ook was ons donsdeken te klein t.o.v. ons bed: heel de nacht een getrek aan donsdeken om toch wat gedekt te zijn. Beetje tegengevallen...

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, leider dreckig und es war Schimmel am Fenster. Insgesamt war es für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich würde nicht wieder buchen.

• Carli (8/5): Todo es correcto y funciona, no esperen lujos - La ubicación es muy buena, un poquito apartada del centro. El desayuno es básico, pero correcto. La limpieza y la ducha es muy buena. La habitación esta bien, pero de superficie reducida. Poco espacio para caminar y ubicar las maletas. La caja de seguridad es muy buena pero está en el fondo del placard, de difícil acceso.

Everything you want for a short stay. - Hotel was in a lovely quiet area, but still just a few minutes walk from the museums and galleries. Our room was decorated like a boutique hotel and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The room wasn't huge but all we needed was a place to sleep and it was perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was great, just enough of everything you might want. Technology on the check in and on the rooms was fun, there are even vending machine where you play a game while your drink is being made. Best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very friendly, and nothing too much trouble, great with information on transport and restaurant recommendations. Easy to get to on trams and bus straight to the airport just round the corner. I booked there for the price and location, I would go back for the people and the comfort. They provided shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but they could have used topped up.

Mycket tyst och bra AC. Bra dusch och toalett. Hotellet låg i lugnt och trevligt kvarter. Frukosten var medioker, saknade tex grovt bröd. Ganska lyhört, men blev ändå inte särskilt störd. Inget kylskåp. Ganska dyrt i förhållande till rummets yta och standard.

• Rhaiane (9/5): Conforto e boas memórias. Voltaria novamente! Recomendo. - Fui surpreendida positivamente ao chegar no hotel, pois havia lido muitas reclamações. Roupas de cama/banho limpas e cheirosas e um destaque para o chuveiro. Como brasileira que sou e amo tomar banho, o chuveiro estava perfeito! Grande, cai muita água e bem quente! PERFEITO. O quarto possui aquecedor e mesmo ligado, ainda estávamos com frio. Eles foram solícitos em liberar o aumento da temperatura (já que era travado). O café da manhã também foi satisfatório, nada a reclamar. Sobre a localização, não é dentro dos canais kkk tem que andar um pouco. Mas, é um bairro muito bom, perto de parques e museus! Fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos, mas quero deixar um agradecimento especial ao rapaz que fica a noite (não pegamos o nome dele, ele mora em Zaanse Schans), ele foi excepcional, nos ajudou em tudo, nos deu dica, foi super legal. O café da manhã poderia estar incluso na hospedagem. Pois o valor é alto, considerando 30 euros por casal por dia.

• Susie (8/5): Comfortable, friendly and good value. - Hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and did everything they could to make the stay a happy one. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum stop on most canal tours. Two good restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed my stay. It is a bit far from the main centre of Amsterdam but walking is all flat.

We didn't get to try the breakfast, however we were very happy with ouur stay and would recommend it! The only issue we experienced was that the hotel room didn't include a mini fridge, however there are two very big vending machines in the reception with many snacks and drinks.

It was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the parking garage, which made coming and going hassle-free. Even better, several museums were nearby, so I could easily explore the area without needing to travel far. The surroundings really added to the overall experience, making it a great choice for anyone who enjoys being close to cultural attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, especially if location and accessibility are important to you. Everything was perfect, zero complaints.

La chambre est très petite et manque de certains équipements pour optimiser l’espace (des patères pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain par exemple). Il y avait une odeur désagréable d’égouts dans la chambre, et les bruits de pas de la chambre du dessus étaient dérangeants.

• S (1/5): An exposed ground floor room with noise and no real privacy made for an uncomfortable and unsettling stay. - Near Vondelpark Privacy and security were a real issue here. I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a window, but it ended up being right on the back street at ground level. There was essentially no privacy, you can see from the photos how exposed it is. The noise from people coming and going with their bikes kept me up and on edge at night. Someone actually tapped on my window! I turned and there was a person peering in with their hands cupped so they could see through the window. It was alarming. I had raised concerns about the room location when I checked in, and was told not to worry because it is a residential neighborhood and everything calms down at night. The hotel also refused any refund, which was disappointing given the situation.

• Celine (5/5): Hôtel calme et bien situé mais un petit effort sur le matériel et l’entretien serait appréciable . - Nous avons apprécié la chambre familiale avec une alcôve pour isoler l’espace parents. La douche est très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier calme . Le réceptionniste est très affable et de bon conseil . Pas de kettle, machine à boissons et verres tout en plastique. Nettoyage sommaire pendant notre séjour même si les lits et la salle de bains étaient bien refaits. Nous aurions apprécié avoir des chaussons de bains qui paraissent indispensables avec un sol en moquette .
