- Ali (6/5): Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber kleine Zimmer und eine nur durchschnittliche Lage ohne besonderen Mehrwer - Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut und auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten außerhalb des Hotels zu frühstücken, was wir als positiv empfunden haben. Zudem gibt es in ca. 6–7 Minuten Entfernung ein Q-Park Parkhaus, das man bequem vorab reservieren kann. Die Lage war in Ordnung, aber nicht optimal. Das Zimmer war – wie in Paris oft üblich – sehr klein und bietet außer zum Schlafen kaum Komfort oder Mehrwert. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir insgesamt etwas mehr erwartet, da es an zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort gefehlt hat.

- Martina (10/5): Overall a lovely hotel stay, I would visit again. - Good, quiet, cosy, modern hotel. Friendly informative staff. Good location, easy to get around- train/bus very short walking distance. Shopping area 13min walk away. The rooms are a bit small but the room makes up for it in comfort and style. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time very aesthetically pleasing. The late check in time and early check out os very disruptive to the day when you travel in early and leave late you are limited to your day plans on a short stay. I requested earlier check in but didn’t get a reply.

Staff at breakfast is nice but the provisions are just insufficient. Within 30-60 mins of opening, buffet runs out of stuff and none of the items are topped up.

- Voyager37014979255 (2/5): Beware of the ground floor room - absolutely horrible - Beware that you may get a room at the ground floor by the lobby toilet, which looks like a cheap dirty motel. Even worse, there is no light at all as there is one very narrow window, so it is very dark. Even worse, you can hear everything that is going on on the street like the people passing by were actually in your room. Really horrible experience. After a sleepless night I checked online that there were rooms available but it took a long fight with a manager to get us moved upstairs. He agreed only when I said that I am not staying in this hell hole no matter what, and will simply find a different hotel. He tried offering me free breakfast (seriously?) while all I wanted was a normal sleep. I am uploading some pictures taken from the room.

- Alison (8/5): Nice hotel, good location - The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. The very large, comfortable bed was great. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. The shower room lighting was poor. Just one spotlight over the toilet. Not very helpful for applying make-up. A magnifying mirror is always a big plus but you were forced to stand very close to it which was difficult between the basin and the toilet.The lights around the large shower room mirror look pretty but are not effective. Our room was not made up until nearly 5pm on one day, fortunately the reception area is a very pleasant place to sit and wait.

Oda biraz küçüktü ancak genel olarak şehir otelleri hemen hemen benzer boyutlarda olduğu için ve iki gece konakladığımız için bize sıkıntı yaratmadı, genel olara memnun kaldık tekrar gitsek tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel oldu.

- Shelley-bel (8/5): Great location - The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 12pn but they allowed us to check in and leave our luggage which was very helpful. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Stayed in an accessible room on the ground floor. The room was noisy as the window is beside the street and it’s next to a connecting room. There was mould on the silicone in the bathroom, the single beds are tiny. It has a mini fridge, shower gel, shampoo, the floor is carpet, desk & chair plus small table & chair, bottled water. The telephone wasn’t working. No slippers or bath robes. I liked the downstairs hotel toilet decor and amenities

- Nicola (10/5): - The hotel was very classy, traditional, of a boutique style. Its location was ideal. Close to the metro and walking distance from the Eiffle Tower and Arc du Triomphe. The staff were helpful, friendly, and available. The family room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. A lovely little hotel!
